Love’s safe haven
is within.

This is You.
You Are This Love.
Your human mind
questions and doubts.
You do get glimpses,
breaths of Peace –
Love’s safe haven
is within.

When out of balance,
when the world is
loud,
when your own thoughts
tend to run the show,
instead of seeking,
return Home –
Love’s safe haven
is within.

When you release,
bit by bit,
your core beliefs
that build up walls,
your return is simply
Be-ing,
Here You Are –
This Love within.

You do not travel
to This Place,
This Peace reveals
itself as You,
Here all along,
no longer a mystery,
Love’s safe haven
is You within!

Being Love

Be Love.

Your soul knows
how to Be.

Be kind.
Be compassion.
Be patient.
Be Here.

Listen closely.
Pause and wait.
Be supportive.
Be a dear.

Be open to
receiving.
Be open to
something new.

Be expansive.
Be amazed.
Be in wonder
of All of You.

Be Love.
It is Here.
Spend time today
in This Light.

See another and
reflect This.
All One Love
shining so bright!

A Grand Purpose

Is not the sharing
of your heart,
a prayer to Love
that you send out,
This connection
is infinite –
surrounding you and
all you care about.

Life unfolds in
myriad ways,
being in control
is but a myth,
every journey is
unique,
extend Love and support
to any who needs it.

You may not understand
another’s path,
but beyond your knowing
is your Faith,
souls are eternally
connected,
even as in this life
there is no give
and take.

Be Love’s prayer
in your heart,
angels connect
with you Here,
share This with all
sentient Be-ings,
This is a grand purpose,
always, dear!

Fresh and New

Dear child,
keep letting go,
does Love not know
how and what to
release,
you need not analyze
it all,
simple say yes
to being free.

You may have more
experiences
that bring things
up for you,
when old programming
lights up within,
this is your surrender
cue.

Simply open up and
with intention,
release what you do
not need,
Be brave and dig
down deeper,
releasing all attachments
to these beliefs.

Practice on new experiences,
with a newer you
that knows,
you are not pinged
by the external,
the work is within,
realigning to flow.

Take a periodic
check-in
with your breath,
returning to Truth,
Here Love Is
always within,
say hello this
fresh new you!

A Sacred Grace

As human,
yes you judge,
in a world of
constrasts, opposites,
differences get
weighed down
with meaning,
attached with myriad
attributes.

Might you ponder
how you judge,
begin with awareness
of your beliefs,
there may always
be comparison,
but what do you
add on to what
you see?

Your mind is a
powerful filter,
working non-stop
to make sense of
the world,
what if you lessened
your need for
absolutes,
letting go of
being judge
or juror?

Begin with you and
may you look
with a loving eye
that provides safe
space,
surround yourself with
All That Is,
and sense Love’s forgiving,
sacred Grace.

And from This
Seat of your Soul,
do you not see
what you thought
was lost,
Here Love Is,
in every Be-ing,
when you see it
within,
you see Love
in All!

This Everywhere

Shine your Light,
Loved ones can
see This,
Love is reciprocated
Here,
always together,
never separate,
your souls create
in This Everywhere.

You miss them yes –
but you are not
missing out on
anything,
together your Love
creates a Force
that makes All Souls
together sing.

Love needs you and
as You Are Love,
soak up This Truth
and pass it on,
you are enveloped
by Eternal hugs,
forever Home is where
You All belong!

In Wonder

Breathe in wonder
where you are,
though life unfolds
in linear time,
You Are Everywhere
at once,
Love knows
your heart,
your soul,
your mind.

Days may fly by,
seconds tick off,
but You as Soul
are forever Here,
Be gracious with
your earthly body,
Love your temporary
teammate,
take good care.

Behold the wonder
of All of You,
You fill the earth and
galaxies beyond,
your mind struggles
with what it cannot
see,
your soul reassures –
Here You belong.

May small comforts
touch your heart,
a cup of tea,
a stroke of fur,
may the stillness of
a dawning day,
help you to realize –
You Are Love’s
wonder!

Eternally Home

Here I Am,
Love says
gently,
I am always
with you,
Here,
you can imagine
One or many,
We,
One Love,
are always near.

Love may show up
as a stranger,
helping another
who is lost,
Love is the generosity
of family,
who help no matter
what the cost.

As human you may
question your
connection,
but never worry
about this, dear,
you cannot spend time
away from Love,
as timeless,
Love is forever
Here.

Here We Are,
with you always,
know your purpose
as Love is True,
breathe in Love,
welcome Home,
sense Love’s
eternal Home
in You!

Might you sense it
in the trees,
that sway softly
in the breeze,
is there not more
than you can see,
surrounding you
so gently?

We Are You,
yes, You Are Us,
your angels,
guides and loved ones
too,
these connections
are as real,
as the sacred breath
that breathes you.

Love is Eternal,
what does this mean –
eternity exists beyond
time,
there is no place that
you are not,
You Are Everywhere
with All Divine.

May your heart,
with Love,
be full,
may you sense
Love’s comfort Here,
beyond skies of blue,
yet as close as breath,
Dear One,
as Love,
You Are Everywhere.

Let your soul
remind you where
are the depths
of your Peace,
when you release
your surface thoughts,
is there not a stillness
underneath?

You need not
travel far
or go to great
lengths
to experience
this –
your soul remembers
what you forgot,
Here You Are,
yes,
All of This.

If you need a
visualization,
let your imagination
soar,
you may travel
to the stars
so vast,
you may dive deep
to the ocean floor.

But all of the
Universe
exists completely
in the Soul of You,
for beyond imagination,
is the Truth
of the eternal You.

You need not
understand,
but know your soul
contains All of Truth,
Here is the Peace
that passes all
understanding,
nestled so softly
in the Soul of You!
