You have no-thing
to hide,
though ego may 
think you do,
look with your soul’s 
loving eyes and
see your Truth 
shining through.

Ego stirs up shame
and guilt
from remnants past
or present time,
now is your chance 
to clear paradigms 
and patterns that 
ego mines.

Once this fuel that 
ego craves gets 
transmuted to its
natural Light,
does this not lift you
oh so higher,
empowering you to 
shine so bright.

Give freely what 
flows through you,
there is no-thing 
left to hide,
You Are whole,
complete and 
nurtured,
Divine Love 
is You, 
inside!

Your Peace Within

Give yourself space and
time to process,
then remember Who 
is in charge,
your mind goes out
on its own journeys,
return it lovingly to 
Who You Are.

A critical eye and judgment
are the tools that ego
loves to use,
recognize these layers
that bubble up –
allowing release to 
wholly You.

Surround yourself 
acting as human
with Love that cannot 
be measured,
beyond old patterns 
of your mind
are possibilities 
to be explored.

With Gratitude for 
choppy water that 
invites you to chart
another way,
as you center to your
peace within,
may you sail with 
confidence and Joy today!

Heart to Heart

Steadfast and true
Love stands beside
you,
through thick or thin,
never far but near,
your hopes are realized –
loved ones know 
the journey you travel –
they are always Here.

Yes your heart yearns
for physical contact,
in life this change 
is hard to take,
but changeless is the 
Gift of Love,
heart to heart connections 
are Here everyday.

Count on Love,
your souls together
cannot be separate 
or pulled apart,
Love is a promise,
never broken,
loved ones are 
with you,
heart to heart!

Your Soul Awareness

Ego makes up and 
tells you stories,
they go so deep
you believe them 
true,
from the level where
they occur,
you question and wonder
what is wrong with you.

Ego is a self-focused 
being,
it weaves its stories 
to make something fit,
your mind full of these
repeating patterns,
often finds ego’s stories 
hard to resist.

Changing at ego’s level
is hard,
but You Are more 
than human, dear,
let go of wishing to 
“fix” the problem,
move to your soul awareness 
always Here.

From This perspective
you may see heart 
hurting,
but You as soul are 
safe and secure,
Here You Are 
with infinite Love
that supports and mends –
and gently reassures.

This soul awareness is 
unconditional Love
that is Here with you
at any time,
breathe into This,
let go of that,
and in This Moment,
remember You, Divine!

 

Here Love Is

You may ask 
where is Love,
it is in the air
you breathe,
every cell has Love
within it,
Love is your heart
and is between beats.

Beyond the body,
Here Love Is,
and so are You,
eternally,
your soul extends
beyond your view,
you know this deep
within your being.

Yes you know 
the world needs
Love,
it is Here within
you All,
Be This Truth,
this is your purpose,
awakening is answering 
Love’s call.

You need not 
change the world,
Be Love aligning 
with This Truth –
from Love’s wellspring
of compassion,
share Love’s Light 
that flows through 
You!

Beloveds

Share Love with 
beloved others,
let your expectations 
go,
do not exclude any
sentient Be-ing,
All are You in Love’s 
infinite flow.

Chaos in life 
can be upsetting,
as human you crave
Peace and calm,
lines that are drawn,
with power shifting,
you may seek answers 
within right and wrong.

Be Love’s answer 
to questions asked,
see All as beloveds,
share with their souls,
egos forgot and work 
so hard to save themselves
from fear’s desperate hold.

May You beloved
see your Self,
no matter who 
your eyes fall upon,
rejoice as Love pours
through your vessel,
This is the answer
you have been 
dreaming of!

Loving You

And Love 
Loves you.

As human you wish 
to believe this,
ego says what about
this or that,
there is no comparison 
to Love –
and Love 
Loves you.

You Are This 
experiencing self,
yes quite a ride
it can be,
but beyond time 
without exception – 
always Love
Loves you.

And as you merge
with this awareness,
you see that Love is 
neither here nor there,
All of This 
is All of You –
and Love 
simply Is.

So as human unfold
remembrance,
delight in moments of
experiencing Peace,
know without conditions,
forever –
You Are Love 
Loving You!

Here, Always

from those you
so dearly Love,
they are integrated 
within you,
not you here and 
them above.

Yes, it breaks the 
human heart,
when they physically 
take flight,
but your souls are 
still together,
every day and 
through the night.

Mend your broken heart,
take baby steps, 
Love honors the 
human life,
and know your 
eternal open heart
opens the door to 
your brilliant Light.

Love is not lost,
it cannot be,
it resides in your
very soul,
loved ones who are
cheering you on
help you to remember 
what you know. 

Yes life may look 
very different,
but know one thing
that does not change – 
Love as your soul
flows forever in you,
with your beloveds
Here, always!

a comforting space,
a listening ear,
in This openness,
inviting,
healing Love flows
freely Here.

With no expectation 
present,
with no agenda 
to fulfill,
Be Here truly 
for each other,
and as This Love 
it is you that
is healed.

Love is comfort,
always compassion,
see your Self 
in All you see,
Love is Here,
forever with you,
inviting you 
to blessed Be!

as birth-day,
Love celebrates you 
everyday,
marvel at sun radiating
through clouds,
your Light is brighter 
than sun rays.

Is not each  moment 
a new beginning,
toss off old patterns,
Be fresh and new,
You Are born in each 
precious moment
and Love rejoices 
All moments of You.

Celebrate you as 
Love sees You,
throughout each day,
any minute of life,
share your natural 
State of Be-ing,
radiating your most
beautiful Light!
