eyes,
may you invite wonder
to delight, surprise!
Is this not Joy
that circles through,
Love flows so naturally
through You.
Be your Self
each moment,
each day,
be open to Love
showing you
the way,
go with what feels
so good, so right
what feels expansive,
with so much Light?
Check in with your Self,
get to know You,
beyond any paradigm
that once defined you,
Be fresh with wonder
and joyful delight,
see your self
as Love sees your
shining Light!

Peace be with you –
may this be a prayer
you share today,
from your heart,
in your actions,
Be this blessing
upon your way.
Peace is a respite
among chaos,
where do you wish
to spend your time?
Peace is not found
in your external,
though nature’s beauty
makes it easier to find.
Peace resides within
your Be-ing,
your search need not
take you away,
when you wish to
escape the chaos,
believe and trust Peace
to show the way.
Be Peace in your allowance,
give freely this vibration
so True,
you need not do,
defend or judge,
simply say Yes
to This Peace
in You!

The opening of
a wondrous gift
that you always
knew was there.
And in This present
moment,
do you not realize
there
is
Here?
In life,
yes moments unfold,
but This sweet moment
is forever
Here.
Is not unfolding
the gentle awareness
that You Are
whole and complete,
my dear.
Rejoice,
you are constant
spring,
beautifully opening
to This Truth.
Unfolding is
the miracle,
of you
seeing
You!

Be helpful.
Be Love.
This may be the
smallest act of
kindness,
or extending Love
to one you do not know,
join in the web
of Divine creation,
Be helpful,
Be Love.
Does this not remind
you are a collective,
intertwined as
soul to soul,
as you face earthly
experiences,
Be helpful,
Be Love.
When you help another
you help yourself,
and is not helping
saying “I see you,”
seeing your sister and
brother with your soul,
is Be-ing helpful,
Be-ing Love.
You ask for help
when you feel
you need it,
Be in this exchange
the whole day through,
Be-ing open to Love’s
sweet gifts,
is Be-ing helpful,
Be-ing Love.

When you ask your soul
what would be helpful,
to contemplate today,
might you invite a
State of Being,
that gives permission
for joyful play.
Might you see
your own Light
shining,
reminding you of
Who You Are,
egoic threads that
feel constrictive
cannot hide the Light
of your shining star.
You need not solve
all of the problems
that your mind wishes
you to believe,
take the hand your
soul extends,
together might you
feel lighter and free.
See your self with
your soul’s eyes,
with gentle kindness,
compassion, too,
may Love,
your soul
lovingly remind,
You Are so Loved,
this perfect You!

Meet someone
where they are,
ask Love to help
you to see,
when you look with
the Eyes of Love,
the Lights of souls
shine equally.
In the world of
this or that,
you may have lines
you do not cross,
be gently aware
of what else simmers,
that with Love you
might clear up.
Even when looking
from a distance,
there is no beginning
and no end,
as souls you all
are connected,
even if in life
you are not friends.
You need not have
all the answers,
let go of judgments
of your self,
see you with the same
Eyes of Love,
All One as soul
knows All is Well.

Receive This
and know
This Truth –
Peace is where
you see,
know and believe
This Love
is You.
You may take a
forgiving journey,
this is a noble
and sacred path,
but know
you have done
nothing wrong,
so free your self
of all of that.
Love simply Is.
There is no-thing
that you must do,
open your heart,
Love dwells Here now,
receive and believe
Love is loving you!

out of sync,
know Love is
always aligned,
your True Essence
never falters,
even as the body
feels a step behind.
Let Love with
gentle arms,
surround to apply
this loving balm,
honor the body as it
walks with you,
through storms or
peaceful calm.
No matter what
presents in matter,
may you sense
This Eternal Truth,
Love is Here,
aligned and ready,
to experience the
Magnificence of You!

Is there not a shift
in your perspective,
sensing the expanse
that surrender brings,
this is not giving in
as ego would like
for you to believe.
When you set up
winners or losers,
are there not sides
separated and drawn,
there must be struggle
to determine,
what is right or
who is wrong.
There is always another
perspective,
that invites you
to shift and see,
leave the fighting
to the ego,
as you surrender
to Love,
to Peace.
This does not mean
you do not care –
no, dear it is the
opposite,
when you look with
the Eyes of Love,
your healing heart
flows to All of This.
The you that thinks
you are alone
may feel there is
not much you can do,
Love’s Power flows
throughout your Be-ing,
surrender to Love’s
Strength in You.

Practice Presence,
Be This now,
in this moment,
throughout your day,
let your noticing
bring you Here,
as you observe
what comes your
way.
Noticing is neutral,
without judgment,
it is the observer
perspective of You,
ego may bring up
what Eyes of Love,
can now gaze upon,
to Love all of you.
Be This Presence,
and as Loving Light,
may you notice
Here is Peace,
holding space for
your beautiful self,
is how Love
Loves You,
eternally!
