Celebrate You.

“What’s that?” you say,
it is not a birthday,
it is not a special day,
can you move away
from what time,
or day,
or year
it is –
in this moment
and with Love,
might you celebrate
You?

You have multiple markers
in the human life –
to make achievements,
to chart progress,
to take stock
of what you have
done,
there are times you
celebrate
for a job well done.
On holidays,
during gatherings,
you may celebrate
a special time –
but we ask you now,
might you celebrate
You?

What is a celebration –
is it not a time
to see You,
to bring in Joy,
to open your heart,
to be surrounded
by Love, too,
you may think Love
is a special moment
that only happens
once in a blue moon,
but as You Are Love,
are you not eternally
special –
so might you celebrate
You?

Can you invite others
to the party,
do not All have everything
they need –
can you imagine
the confetti,
the Lights
that can be seen
from up above,
would not Love spread
so quickly,
if a party
for Love could be –
as simple as each of you
remembering to celebrate
You?

Celebrate the Truth
of Who You Are.
You Are Amazing.
You Are Magnificent.
With Love,
Celebrate You.

Be Love Today

Be Love today.

Be a breath of
fresh air,
infuse a room
with Light,
give a boost,
be there,
when someone
needs you to
Be.

Instead of waiting
to receive,
what do you have
to give –
can you make a
Circle of Love
that begins with You,
can you release Love
and let it go
where it may,
will Love not always
come back to you?

Be Love today.
It need not be
complicated
or fully thought out –
a kind gesture,
a warm smile,
can go a long way,
surprise yourself,
surprise another,
bring Love into
work or play,
you may be surprised
at the magic
that brightens
your day.

Even in the “doing”
of a day with
a list,
can you add
at the top –
Be Love Today?

And do not forget you
with your infusions
of Love –
pat yourself,
give you a hug,
tell yourself
I Love You –
see the smile,
feel the warmth,
as you are enveloped
with Light,
shine it now
for All to see –
for a minute
or for a day.

Love Is healing.
Love Is precious.
Love Is powerful.
Love Is You.
Take a chance.
Take a moment.
Be Love
today.

Respect Love

Respect Love.

Is not the simplest way
to respect Love,
to simply Be Love?

As You Are Love,
is not being present
with another
in the Presence
of Love
a way,
a space,
of reverence,
of honoring,
of respecting,
is not the simple
act of listening
a way to respect Love?

And as you look into
another’s eyes,
are you not able
to see the Love
that resides in All –
and from your
space of Love,
is it not easy
to honor,
to respect Love?

As it is Love
that connects
you All,
there may be times
when it is hard
to see,
but does not searching
for each Light’s Love
open your heart wider,
so you may be
a beacon,
a spotlight,
exclaiming,
“Here is Love!”
as you shine your
Light,
as you respect Love?

May you honor,
may you acknowledge,
each Light of Love.
Are you not all beams
of a Greater Light?

Do you not grow in Love
when you can see
All Lights –
with reverence,
with respect,
in the
Presence of Love.

Take some time
to rise above.
You may need
to unhook
to remember that Love
is in the quiet,
in this moment,
in the breath
that you just took.

Love is always by
your side,
in your heart,
wherever you look –
when you see with the eyes
of the soul,
you need not go
far away,
a shift in perspective
can make the denseness
fade away,
is there not greater clarity
when you take time
to rise above,
even when you are in
your story,
are you still not
always Love?

Take some time,
rise above,
give yourself
a loving hug,
sometimes the story
brings up things
you would rather
do without,
but is not Love
the healing medicine
that allows you
to let go,
do you then not
make more space
to let Love come in
and Flow?

Take some time,
to remember
that You Are Love –
can you keep
your heart open
to feel what you
are made of?
The You that is watching
how the story unfolds
knows Love,
Is Love,
is always present,
always near.

Love is never far away –
You Are Love
and
Love Is Here.

You may wish to change
a thing or two,
you may have intentions
that are ready to go
through one door
and out another,
but are you not before
and ever-after,
You, evermore?
Be As You Are.

If there is more
that you want,
can it be more Love
that you wish for –
there is no limit
to Love Divine,
Love Is You
on every day of
a year,
might you celebrate You –
is it not You that
creates something new?
Be As You Are.

Let Love inspire you,
let Love remind you,
that you are always
in the Flow of Love –
when you find yourself
searching for
Peace,
Joy
and Strength,
you need not wait
for a new year
to come your way –
there are limitless ways
to shine your Light.
Be As You Are.

Light up
the way
for You to shine.
Love every step
as you walk with Love.
As you close one door
and walk though another –
Be Love.
Be Light.
Be As You Are.

One Light

can you believe
that You Are Light?

Do you feel
One Love
that flows
through You,

through All,
can you believe
that You Are Love?

Do you know
One Light,

for One,

do you hear
your soul rejoicing –
can you believe
that You Are That?

Believe Light.
Believe Love.
Rejoice in the
Knowing that
You Are Love.

All That Is
Is Love
and You Are That.

Know.

When surroundings
around you change,
do you not look
for familiar things,
yes, there is comfort
in what you know,
what you have experienced,
what you have done
before,
but as each day is
new,
as is each moment
that has come before,
what connects you
to All That Is now –
is it not You
who always Is
I Am?

Whether child that is
ready to play
or grow-up who
plans the day,
is not the “you”
who cherishes the memories,
not also You
who has seen it all
and always Is Love?

Yes, in this life
you have played many
roles,
you can fill in –
“I did this”
or “I used to be that,”
but is it not You
who sees the progression
as it plays out, everyday –
some lessons are amazing,
some experiences help you
to navigate
a different scenario,
a different way –
these memories could fill up
many pages in a book,
but is it not all
to help you remember
that at your center –
You Are Love?

You Are the Peace
that you may wish for,
it is at your very core,
the Joy you felt as
a child,
is ready to sing and dance
and roar,
Strength and Courage
are close allies
for have you not
called upon each one,
when you think
that you are separate,
does not Love show you –
You Belong?

No matter your surroundings,
traditions the same
or routines that change,
is not the constant,
is not the Truth,
that You Are
always, always, Love?

Who Are You –
you may ask everyday.
With Peace and Joy
may you answer –
I Am Love
today.

Listen with your heart.

There are thoughts,
there are words,
some harmonious,
some hard to hear,
but can you move
beyond
your thinking mind
and listen
with your heart?

Are there not many layers
to communication,
what you say,
what you think you
hear,
but is there not
another frequency flowing,
when you listen
with your heart?

Words are important,
words are powerful,
yes, language helps
you to relate,
but can not the
Language of Love
move beyond
each person’s story,
dialect,
or human traits –
might you find more
that you have
in common,
when judgement takes
a back seat –
when you see You
in someone else’s eyes,
when you listen
with your heart?

Even those who are
close to you,
that you know
so very well,
you may finish
each other’s sentences,
and know the next step
they may take,
can you look beyond
what you think
you know,
seeing them again
for the first time –
can they not tell
that you are present,
when you listen
with your heart?

Can you share your
heart space
not only with others,
but with you?
Can you sweep out
busy thoughts
and make time
to be with You –
what might your soul
be saying,
what might you hear
it say to you,
can you feel Love
overflowing,
when you listen
with your heart?

Listen.
There is Love
right now.
Your heart is singing,
your heart is flowing.
Listen
with your
heart.

One Heart.

Is not the beat
of one heart
felt by others
who become aware
of their own hearts
beating with this rhythm,
do not all
come together
to create a symphony
of sound –
can you hear,
can you feel,
this rhythm
in your heart –
one beat,
one heart,
One Love?

And one many not
be aware
of this beat,
this tune,
this Love,
that plays
within the heart –
might there be
many layers
that make it hard
to tune into
this frequency,
this song –
but can you not
turn up the volume
as your own heart
plays along,
as you turn up
the Love,
might not other hearts
sing along,
until All hearts
are singing
with one beat,
one heart,
One Love?

And does not this song
keep playing
even when you
are not aware –
you need no special
instrument
to play the music
that is always there –
place your focus
on your heart
and know your heart
always knows this tune –
as you join in with Joy
with one beat,
one heart,
One Love.

When you think
that you are separate
and thinking someone
is out of tune,
when the noise of
discordant notes
is too loud for
your human ears –
can you listen
within your soul
to the heart
that hums along –
to the song
that All can hear,
with one beat,
one heart,
One Love?

You may need quiet
so you may hear it,
in the stillness,
there it is!
It is you
All singing
together –
one beat,
one heart,
One Love.

A Road of Love

What feels “right” to you?

And “right” is quite
a conditional term,
as there is no right
or wrong way to turn –
is it not about
what resonates with You –
what tingles,
what excites you,
when you stop
and check –
what resonates with
your soul?

In a questioning state
are you not open
to trying things out –
how will you know
if you don’t experience
the “this way”
or “that way”
in your life –
can you steer away
from the judgement of
“right or wrong”
and simply say,
“no, not today”
or “yes, I would like to
try this way?”

Will your soul not continue
to show you signs
and nudges
along your path,
that can unfold
with each baby step
or bounding leaps,
remember –
no judgement
on what may
happen next –
does not your
limiting mind
sometimes work
to hold you back?

Even if your mind
can only visualize flight,
is it not your soul
that has the wings
to fly?
When you move
with the flow
in sync with your soul,
in human terms,
is this not when
all feels “right?”

Pay attention to
the feedback
of the Language of
your Soul.
There is no need to
make judgements,
there are experiences
at every turn.
You may not always
understand
the twists and turns
along the way,
but are you not
always traveling
upon the Road of Love?

May each road
that you walk,
run or skip
or even dance –
do not all roads
lead you Home?

You Are Love.
You Are Here.
You are always,
always Home.
