healing Grace.

Surrender to this 
healing prospect,
You Are This

This Is You,
Love fills in 
all painful cracks,
Love is your 
healing Grace.

When you sense
unstable footing,
know Love holds 
you up with ease,
no matter the path 
you walk on,
Love is your 
healing Grace.

In your lifetime
there may be 
struggle,
this world is 
not meant to 
make sense,
your Peace 
dwells deeper 
than earthly layers,
is not Love your
eternal Grace?

In forgiveness is 
there not freedom,
is not forgiveness 
Love pure and strong,
You Are Love’s 
innocence,
whole and eternal,
Love is You – 
forever Grace.

Shining

Shine bright 
your Light!

You may ask,
where is the Light?
Days grow short 
and long is the 
night,
sometimes what you 
may perceive as 
darkness
is a crying out
for Light.

Believe in your 
eternal Light,
you have all you 
need to keep it
bright,
may the Love Light 
that always sustains
you
add to your fellow,
connected Lights.

Are you not like a 
string of holiday 
lights,
with no end or 
break in sight,
wrapping Love around 
all who need to 
believe in
or remember
their Light.

Shine bright 
your Light,
bask in its
glow,
be it day or 
night,
as seasons change 
may you always Be
a forever beacon
of Eternal Light!

Knowing Flow

With trust,
strengthen your
belief,
beyond belief, 
knowing waits 
patiently.

Trust in the flow 
that sees new paths
when you are able 
to let go,
when you allow
what may unfold, 
as you surrender 
your control.

Yes a tiny bit 
of trust,
is all your human 
self may need,
to open doors to 
your soul’s knowing
and Divine guidance
Here to help lead.

There is no need to 
swim upstream,
when Love’s strong 
current will help 
you go,
let go of your 
resistance 
and glide with Love’s 
eternal flow.

Get comfortable with 
“I don’t know”,
be willing to release 
all of the “how”s,
let your connection 
to All That Is 
show you each step 
in your present Now.

Let Love’s energy draw
to you 
what will serve the 
greater good,
be flexible,
go with this flow,
with Love,
release all of
the “should”s.

You can sense 
Divine alignment,
it is beyond what 
you think or dream,
beyond belief,
your internal knowing 
is Who You Are
as a Divine Being!

A Leap of Faith

Love finds a way
to get a message to you,
do you not sense it
within your heart,
answers received,
to questions you are 
asking,
what next to do
or how to start.

There is Divine timing 
to much unfoldment,
as human it is sometimes 
hard to wait,
at times the quiet 
of gentle healing 
needs to happen,
before the next 
stage.

You like to plan 
and process what 
steps look like,
might you expand 
to all possibility –
when you take a 
leap of faith, yes,
we will catch you,
Love gives you wings
to soar as you 
are set free!

There is no end to this
eternal process,
be open to transformation
of your human plans,
your loved ones are 
with you upon this 
journey,
accept and take their 
lovingly helpful hands.

I hear each word,
in your dreams,
yes, it is me you 
heard.

Be it words or 
silence,
do we not share 
this bond,
it always connects us,
for Love is never gone.

The essence of me
is free of struggle 
and pain,
what you see is 
my eternal Self,
though I am me –
you can tell,
the same.

Yes, I am so close,
part of the web 
you know is True,
I forever Love you
and celebrate this day
of You.

An Invitation

You Are Courage,
You Are Light,
you may be used 
to putting up a 
fight.

Yes, ego’s reaction 
is to keep you safe,
but is there not 
another way,
to get through the day?

As a seed through 
winter 
is buried deep in 
the snow,
does it not trust 
that sun and rain 
will invite it to grow?

Your soul carries 
this invitation,
beckoning you at this
present time –
come play with me,
beloved child,
your purpose is Love,
the same as mine.

Your Light is the sun,
your tears are rain,
your soul is the 
soil,
for you to bloom 
once again.

Precious Child,
you are watched over 
by the stars,
the Universe sees 
this Truth,
of the Love You Are!

Without Judgment

When judgment drops. . . 

Are you not able 
to sense all Love,
flow as freely as the 
breeze?

Do not beloved pets
model the freedom
that no judgment 
brings,
in this instant,
the next moment,
Love for you is 
All they see.

When judgment drops,
the stories propped up 
begin to fall 
as what remains,
is it not easier 
to find common ground,
when the Love You Are 
is One and the same?

There is no judgment 
as the sun,
gently rises 
upon every morn,
the moon shares all 
of its phases,
the Light of full
or new moon reborn.

Leaves return to 
earth’s soil,
to replenish what trees
may need,
you need not judge
winter,
is it not needed 
for rebirth
of spring?

Let judgment slip 
through your 
fingers, today – 
let your open heart 
be free,
to Be the Love You Are,
always!

A Balance of Love

Is there not a balance
to be found,
between standing up
or backing down,
might you discern
from which eyes you see,
ego’s power struggle 
or soul’s neutrality?

A situation may come 
your way,
to shed light on 
a role you play,
ego wants you to
jump into the fray,
are there not plots
to stories 
that get in your way?

Might you ask spirit 
to see beyond this 
scene,
what is deep within,
wishing to be seen,
on the surface you 
may feel defensive,
justified,
but might this be a request
to know Love inside?

Yes, you may need to 
heed actions of this 
life,
but your reactions 
need not cause you 
strife,
allowance need not 
add to any blame,
let Love and Peace 
transform any judgment 
that remains.

Stand firm and grounded 
in the Truth of You,
this balance is always within
the soul of You,
you need not balance 
the external view – 
This Peace,
All Love is always 
in the Heart of You!

Naturally, You

Your ego voice may 
be loud and bluster,
it likes to drown out
all other sounds,
but there is Truth
that softly vibrates,
that your soul hears 
no matter what else
is around.

Words and worry 
can go in circles,
but in your heart 
You Are at Peace,
discernment helps you 
to discover,
beyond ego’s voice 
is You, naturally.

Yes, you may tune 
into your body,
as part of your Team
it can serve you 
well,
it may show you 
where you are 
constricted,
it may release 
when you know 
All Is Well.

Simply Trust and 
know You Are 
Beloved,
there is no earthly 
complicated test,
partner with your body
for earthly functions
and allow your soul
to handle all the rest.

Trust – 
You Are always 
One with the Light 
you seek.
Shine on, 
Beloved Child,
Here You Are,
Home eternally.
