Do not resist when 
Grace and ease
find you in your
natural flow,
this may not mean 
that things are easy,
but This state is you
allowing so.

Is not struggle 
a resistance
to what you perceive
as bad or good,
if “this” does not happen
or “this” is what you 
think really should.

Your Grace with Peace
is available,
do you not sense this
when you align,
to your soul,
your inner GPS
that nudges you
beyond space and time.

You may not know 
all of the answers,
but Be Love’s experience 
as you allow,
let go of your resistance,
Be Here,
Be Peace,
in This moment now!

to the mountaintops,

seeking is a grand 
adventure,
but Love’s magic 
is within.

Live life fully,
boldly, completely,
rejoice when the 
veil is thin,
you are always 
eternally connected,
as Love’s magic 
is within.

Turn to your Self
with trust that all
you need to know
will find its way,
you need not find
the key to knowing,
believe Love’s magic
is within.

There is no sleight 
of hand,
or any tricks you
need to know,
what is magical
and marvelous – 
is All of Love 
is You,
within!

has on others,

heartbreak,
the grief journey is an
experience here,
souls rejoice in their 
reunion,
your soul shares in

Be a beacon of Light
reminding,
time spent here is not
a measurement of 
the fullness of souls
beautifully binding,
building a bridge 
of eternal Love.

spring cleaning,
much like the freshness 
of nature’s breeze,
do you not center 
and realign,
when you with purpose 
and intention – breathe.

You have a natural 
harmony,
that flows more freely
when you are clear,
what thoughts,
constrictions 
need airing out,
reset with breath,
gateway to Here.

This sweet return 
is simple, yes,
but needs your will 
to see it through,
you hold the key to 
Peace and ease,
join with your breath 
to return to You!

Home With Love

there is one constant
never-changing,
You Are forever,
always Home.

Loved ones join you
on this ride,
connected to your 
heart so true,
experience life as 
it unfolds,
supported by dear ones
who Love you.

You may pack to go
on a journey,
but what is a constant 
you need not think of,
wherever you are 
in this world,
you are surrounded by 
eternal Love!

to receive,
your open heart

what might you now
be able to see.

And with this expanded 
State of Awareness,
are you not now in
Love’s sweet flow,
this is your natural 
State of Be-ing,
forever centered in
your True Home.

May this foundation 
that is with you always,
help you to feel supported,
secure,
your Team,
the angels
and loved ones dear
remind that you 
are always together.

When you see All 
from This Perspective,
you may wonder 
what took so long,
but know your soul
doesn’t mind to remind –
Home is Here and 
where you belong!

With No Resistance

Notice your resistance,
you know this feeling
well,
sense where you feel it,
where do you tighten,
what is your body’s
consistent tell.

You try to counteract 
this feeling,
but this can be 
resistance too,
better yet –
release it fully,
so it has no place
to cling to.

Your body is a 
communicator,
letting you know 
the beliefs you hold,
as you dive beneath
the surface,
see what doesn’t serve you –
and let it go.

Life brings its challenges,
but You Are Strength,
do not waste energy
on what you resist,
face life fully as a
powerful soul,
tap into your Truth
as All of This!
