high and low –
return to You,
find kindness Here.

Release the weight 
of your critical eye,
soften the lens,
let go of asking why,
the self you walk with
everyday,
responds to kindness
and compassion 
Here.

Without a word 
This ripples out,
others may benefit,
not know what it’s 
about,
Be a beacon 
as you shine 
your Light,
your search is over,
finding kindness

Yes the world has 
ups and downs,
fluctuations spin
you around,
but at your center,
breathe Peace in
and Trust in Love.

In life you may
have some regrets,
anticipation may
bring in dread,
your eternal present 
is free and clear –
Here You 
Trust in Love.

The outside has not
what you need,
but beauty arises
from one single 
seed,
Be new growth,
shine your Light,
share your Truth –
Trust in Love.

When ego raises its
voice,
so loud you cannot
Hear,
listen with your
beautiful heart –

another calling,
fearing that there
is no more,

well-spring flowing –

in this world,
You Are as One –

is You,
Be the clarity

yes it may mean 
change,
but are you not ready
for thoughts to 
be rearranged?

Do not fear growth,
All That You Are 
is Here with You,
is growth not perspective 
changing,
as you open up
to You?

Here with breath
is Love’s solace,
seeing clearly the 
Whole of You,
have Faith in All 
that Love is offering,
in every breath 
and heartbeat –

Flourishing

You look in awe at
nature flourishing,
lush green covers 
what once was bare,
though trees and bushes 
are always what they are,
with linear time seasons
cycle here.

In life your perception 
of fall or springtime,
may affect how the 
body feels,
yet your True Essence 
is beyond the seasons,
at any moment,
shift to what is Real.

In the human world you
may have preferences,
one season may feel 
more aligned with you,
yet just as tree is Tree 
bare or lush,
within your soul,
are you not always You?

Project This into the
world created,
when You Are spring 
burst with growth 
so True,
Be All of This 
no matter the season,
Love as eternal summer,
forever shines through you!

Ebb and Flow

but take some time for
your own experience,
try something new
or take a step back.

Life is an experience
of ebb and flow,
like an ocean tide
you may arrive,
retreat,

then assimilate what

Return to your heart,
your soul,
when your mind needs
a bit of rest,
rest assured Love’s Light
finds a way
to speak to you through
your consciousness.

to know,
always as close as
your breath,

all the chatter,
you may wonder 
what is wrong,
is this Peace part 
of the journey?
Love is This Place 
always for you.

Rest awhile in this 
reassurance,
get familiar with 
this You,

what may happen,
Love is Here 
always with you.

Know whatever may 
come your way
is not an edict 
issued to you,
your soul remains 
steadfast and true,
Love is this powerful 
state as You.

You choosing Love 
as your companion,
is you believing 
in the Whole of You,
release all else 
with Gratitude,
this Peace called Love 
is Home with You.

This Choice

as human choice abounds,

are Joy.

With the chance

ego’s voice,

This Choice.

Be This Love 
as You Are Loved,
say yes to This 
that is flowing through,

State of Be-ing,

unfolds before you,
release the judgments 
that begin,
what attachments 
have you woven,
might you see with 
Vision that is within.

Might you open to 
allowance,
yes life brings many
things your way,
you need not manage 
all that happens,
might you flow 
with acceptance 
throughout the day.

Walking a path of 
least resistance,
loosens the grip
you have on life,
may you flow with 
a gentle Peace,
seeing All shine as
Love’s infinite Light!
