A New Adventure

Be flexible.

As comfortable as you are 
with your surroundings,
might you loosen up
your grip,
as you relax your 
mind,
do not new ideas 
flow into it?

You may sometimes 
balk at new adventures,
you may take comfort 
in your routine,
life – with time,
is ever-changing,
what is the next phase
wishing you to bring?

All You Are 
is ever-present,
all that you have 
created 
stays with you still –
it may feel hard 
to leave what you 
cherish,
but what is the next cup
of Love to fill?

When all you need 
is deep within You,
when Love can 
never go away,
no-matter what comes 
in and out of life,
be assured that Love 
is always Here to 
stay.

Be flexible,
create,
you are resilient
believe this Truth,
as a powerful creation 
of Source,
out-source the Love 
that flows through 
You!

With Purpose

connecting with stars 
at night,
as your purpose 
Is Love,
how brightly shines
your Light?

You are an integral 
component
of infinite synapses
you may not see,
might you Trust 
that You Are part 
of a vast web 
of Love’s electricity?

As your vibration 
rises,
does this not turn 
up the Light,
your soul already
knows this,
but in your awareness,
is there not joyful 
delight?

Your soul knows its
purpose,
you need only listen 
to your heart for Truth –
You Are part of Love’s 
tapestry,
woven into the 
Essence of You!

Love Received

Receive Love.

You may be more 
comfortable with 
giving,
you may do this 
with greater ease,
what is the resistance 
that puts a wall up,
what makes it harder 
to receive?

You need not place 
cultural aspects 
on what is a natural,
loving flow,
as giving and receiving 
are one,
you are a conduit for Love
that knows where 
to go.

As You Are holy,
wholly Love,
let Love recharge you
and rejuvenate,
when your loving tank 
is full,
what mystic miracles 
may you make?

Receive the Love 
that you are,
accept,
allow this to 
be True – 
open all gates 
so Love may express
fully the Miracle 
of You!

Without Judgment

When judgment drops. . . 

Are you not able 
to sense all Love,
flow as freely as the 
breeze?

Do not beloved pets
model the freedom
that no judgment 
brings,
in this instant,
the next moment,
Love for you is 
All they see.

When judgment drops,
the stories propped up 
begin to fall 
as what remains,
is it not easier 
to find common ground,
when the Love You Are 
is One and the same?

There is no judgment 
as the sun,
gently rises 
upon every morn,
the moon shares all 
of its phases,
the Light of full
or new moon reborn.

Leaves return to 
earth’s soil,
to replenish what trees
may need,
you need not judge
winter,
is it not needed 
for rebirth
of spring?

Let judgment slip 
through your 
fingers, today – 
let your open heart 
be free,
to Be the Love You Are,
always!

Presently You

the hour,
the minute,
this moment.

Yes, unfolding 
may feel linear,
but is it not 
the allowance 
of what Is?

The expansion of
this awareness 
is the experience 
of All of This.

You are You 
in any situation,
this Present You
does not change.

As human you experience 
differences,
but the Essence of You
stays the same.

Let the day unfold,
be assured
You Are Whole 
and complete.

Your Soul,
Love As You 
is present,
always Here,
eternally!

A Season of Change

Enter a season of
release.

With the night 
getting longer,
might you not see
how bright is 
your Light?

Might your trust 
grow deep within you,
flowing in where fears 
are released,
your sacred Light shines
in every corner 
of your mind that 
holds onto these.

You need not stand 
upon false foundations,
your True stability 
is forged from the 
Strength of Love,
do not layers dissolve 
in Love’s presence,
as you become below
What You Are above.

Behold a Season of 
Change,
but dear, do not fear
what feels unknown,
always with you,
with certainty and 
comfort,
Love is beside you
walking you Home.

A Balance of Love

Is there not a balance
to be found,
between standing up
or backing down,
might you discern
from which eyes you see,
ego’s power struggle 
or soul’s neutrality?

A situation may come 
your way,
to shed light on 
a role you play,
ego wants you to
jump into the fray,
are there not plots
to stories 
that get in your way?

Might you ask spirit 
to see beyond this 
scene,
what is deep within,
wishing to be seen,
on the surface you 
may feel defensive,
justified,
but might this be a request
to know Love inside?

Yes, you may need to 
heed actions of this 
life,
but your reactions 
need not cause you 
strife,
allowance need not 
add to any blame,
let Love and Peace 
transform any judgment 
that remains.

Stand firm and grounded 
in the Truth of You,
this balance is always within
the soul of You,
you need not balance 
the external view – 
This Peace,
All Love is always 
in the Heart of You!

Here Is Peace

There is an eye to 
every storm,
Here is Peace,
Here is Calm.

Where do you place 
your intention,
your focus,
gather in to where 
Love dwells,
at your center 
is Where You Are –
Here is Peace,
Here is Calm.

You know This Peace,
your soul always 
remembers,
the human mind 
is comforted by 
this Truth,
Be with Love now
in this sacred 
heart-space,
Here is Peace,
always with Love.

Who You Are

Be Who You Are,
now.

You need not wait 
for stars aligning,
you are always 
aligned with Love,
your human perception 
may beg to differ,
but are you not below 
as you are above?

You need not convince 
your ego,
ego knows only how 
to push back,
as an expression of 
Eternal Love,
how could there be 
anything that you 
lack?

You need not wait 
for a miracle coming,
You Are Love’s miracle 
right now,
within you are Peace,
Truth and understanding,
may a Touch of Grace 
be an answer to how.

One day at at time 
is a good suggestion,
does not your body 
respond to this release,
be Who You Are 
in this perfect moment,
aligned with Love 
and with eternal Peace!

Your ego voice may 
be loud and bluster,
it likes to drown out
all other sounds,
but there is Truth
that softly vibrates,
that your soul hears 
no matter what else
is around.

Words and worry 
can go in circles,
but in your heart 
You Are at Peace,
discernment helps you 
to discover,
beyond ego’s voice 
is You, naturally.

Yes, you may tune 
into your body,
as part of your Team
it can serve you 
well,
it may show you 
where you are 
constricted,
it may release 
when you know 
All Is Well.

Simply Trust and 
know You Are 
Beloved,
there is no earthly 
complicated test,
partner with your body
for earthly functions
and allow your soul
to handle all the rest.

Trust – 
You Are always 
One with the Light 
you seek.

Beloved Child,
