draw your attention
from where you are,
are you now no longer
driving,
but connecting with
nature’s wonders
from your car?

Yes, there may be
familiar patterns
that tend to occupy
your mind,
does not awareness
let you see
that you make choices
all the time –
what may seem automatic,
need not be set in stone,
with awareness
and once you notice,
might you take
a different way Home?

Notice.
Be aware
and know there
are nudges
that you feel,
your mind may
not believe it,
but this support
is very real –
some signs may
be so subtle,
some will hit you
over the head,
but you are loved,
you are supported,
might you embrace
being lead?

Notice Love flowing
through you,
be aware that
All Is Well,
You Are Love
in every moment,
this is the Home
you know so well.

the story

in the quiet,
in your knowing –

You Are.

clearly,

fog obscures
your view,
but what is

within your heart –

Be
All That You Are,
remind yourself
when the small
self wonders –

You Are.

Connect to the
Highest Understanding,
the Highest Answer
that you seek,
your Higher Self

You Are.

In the quiet,

sense your magnificence
That Is You –

surrounding,

Is busy not only
a state of mind?

Yes, there may be
times
when your time
is filled,
but you need not
have your mind
focus on how
busy you are.

Might you expand
your awareness
of the space
in between,
are there not pockets
of time
that remain to be
seen,
might you shift
your focus
on not what you
need to do,
but to find Peace in
the space that
is always You?

Peace.

You see it is easy
to switch your
perspective,
for Peace always
resides within you,
let Joy sprinkle
its magic
on whatever comes
your way,
are Peace and Joy
not always with you,
throughout your day?

Love.

In all you do
and the space
between,
is there not always
Love flowing
within whatever you
do today,
Love is always
with you,
around you,
Love Is You –
invite Love,
Peace and Joy,
to walk beside you,
always.

Yes, you can find

but purpose need
not be as
elusive as

the integration,
the balancing
of body,

and soul –
is there not purpose
in an instant,
an hour,
or lifetime goal?

Is not Love
the purposeful
You?

What gives purpose
and meaning
to your life?

With your loving heart,
might you Be
Love’s Purpose,
might you Be
a vessel of Love
that brings meaning
to an instant,
a moment,
or stretched across
time.

Let Love be your
purpose,
bringing meaning
to All of You –
You Are This,
You Are purposeful,
You Are Love.

let you imagination
out for a spin,
what do you wish
to create in this
moment,
do not endless
possibilities exist?

You may believe
it is “just” your
imagination,
you may have been told
not to reach for
the stars,
but the Power that
creates light in

is the very Power
That You Are.

Let your imagination
out to play,
is this not the
creative master
in you,
do not children help
lead the way,
demonstrating how
to create with Joy
and laughter, too?

Imagine –
with Love
and Joy,
do you not feel
the shift in you,

powerful place,
as you infuse Love

you do.

Play in your imagination,
you may be surprised
at what you find,
when you play in the
energy of creation,

beyond space and time.

What brings you to
the state of
peaceful waters,
do you not feel this
in your heart?
You need not look
into the future,
waiting for the
other shoe to drop.

Yes, there may be issues,
situations,
but do they not help
you find Peace,
as a Seeker of Truth,
does Truth not reside
inside of thee?

As human and soul,
you have multiple
perspectives
to look through,
you may forget
you can always
choose to see
from a different
view.

Instead of reacting
to the external,
might you turn it
inside out –
when you live life
from your heart,
is this not what
coherence is all
about?

It may not mean
there is no more
struggle,
does not struggle
bring you back to
your center where Peace
is always ready
to remind you of
the Love that
flows through You.

Let Peace always
remind you,
that at your core,
All Is Well.
Let Love,
let Peace
help you remember,
Home is Everywhere
you dwell.

The River

A rock
juts out
from a
river bed.

Water –
flowing,
streaming,
cascades
over,
around,
almost through
the rock,
as it continues
along its way.

It may appear
that the rock
is an obstacle
in the path
of this water,
this flow.

But look again.

The sparkling
streams of water
as they redirect
around the rock,
pick up rays
of light,
creating mist and sound
as the mirage
of a rainbow
appears
ever so faintly
in this
spray.

It may appear
that the water
is covering up
the beauty of
this rock
as it rushes by.

But look again.

The constant
stream of water
releases all debris
clinging to the rock,
as its newly polished surface
provides just the
right angles
to direct the water,
creating mist and sound
as it sparkles
just below the surface.

The river,
the rock,
the water –
where does one end
and
the other begin?
For All are
needed to
make up
the river,
creating mist and sound,
the beauty that you seek.

There are times
when you feel
like the rock –
or the water.
You cannot
separate these from
the river.

All are needed to
make up
this River of LIfe,
creating mist and sound
and rainbows –
the beauty that you seek,
the beauty that is You.

For You Are,
the rock,
the water,
the river.

All That Is –
Is You.

The Message

When Love is the message,
does Love not speak
for itself?
It may be simple
in its delivery,
but a no more
powerful thing
can be felt.

The Message of Love
is a Universal gift,
it is delivered
by One and All,
might you receive
All of It.

Love’s message
may arrive
in so many
different ways,
but is that not
what is so delicious,
knowing Love
has come to play!

It matters not
who is the
messenger,
a bird
or child
or angelic one,
does Love not
speak for itself,
with a message
for Everyone?

You may listen
with your ears,
you may interpret
what you hear,
but is it not in
your heart,
that you understand
what is clear:

You Are Loved
beyond measure,
you and you
and you and you –
All Are One,
Love says,
the Message of Love
is that You Are,
too.
