What moves you?
What helps you rise
another day,
what bubbles up
inside that wishes
to play,
there is a life force
that you are
aware of –
does not your Strength
come from this
Force of Love?
It matters not
how much sleep
you get,
when Love moves
through you,
You Are a powerful
moment,
your self may not
believe
how very powerful
you are,
is this not when
you remember the
Truth of
Who You Are?
Do not dim
or hide the Light
in You,
let it flow naturally
to Be in All
you do,
when you lead
with Love,
is it not with ease
that you accept
the Truth –
Love is the Force
that lights you up
and flows through
You.
Let Love move you
through this blessed
day,
let Joy show you
how to laugh
and play,
your life force
is One that helps
you discover –
you share this Love
with all of your
sisters and your
brothers.

In any space,
at any place,
do you not shine?
And when your Light
touches another,
when you see past
any point of view,
is not your reference
point the same,
when you connect
with the Heart of You?
Each set of eyes
may tell a story
and look a different
shade or hue,
but when you look
with the Eyes of Love,
are you not looking
right at You?
Do you not sense
a familiar connection,
when you look for
this loving Light,
it may be hidden
behind some armor,
you understand this
need for flight,
but ground yourself
in Mother Earth
and reach for the
endless sky,
You Are All of This
that always
supports you,
as You Are a
Shining Light.
In any space,
at any place,
and though you
experience linear
time,
the Love in You
is limitless –
embrace your
loving Light
and let it shine!

A beam of Light
finds its way
through a window –
it may be Sun,
it may be Moon,
it matters not
what lights a room,
when there is One,
are there not more,
can Light not open
any door?
And cannot One
Beam of Light,
brighten up the
darkest sky,
when Light refracts,
do you not see,
all of the colors
that Light can be –
you may choose your
color,
but do you not know,
it is All colors combined,
that make Light’s glow?
You Are the beam,
You Are the sun,
You Are every color
that makes up One
bright shining Light
that is Love’s glow
and in your heart,
yes, this you know.
So shine on,
fellow Lights,
shine your Beam
of Love,
with your starlight,
a Beam of Light
always finds its way,
shine your loving Light,
Be Love today.

A hint of green.
The promise of new growth emerging,
as a tiny leaf peeks out
from a dormant branch.
New growth
emerging,
unfolding.
Without question these leaves
know what to do.
Without doubt,
knowing.
You look around and see the greening,
as it works its way up the mountain,
with the perfect timing of spring.
New growth,
emerging,
unfolding.
Your journey can feel like
this budding leaf,
peering out,
testing the waters,
making sure that
all is right
and okay.
But the leaf does not question
to keep growing or not.
The leaf knows what to do,
without doubt,
without question,
knowing.
Your soul here and now –
is unfolding like the leaf,
peeking out
from this physical body.
Your soul is
growing,
emerging,
unfolding.
Shedding these dense layers
you have wrapped around
yourself,
without question,
without doubt,
knowing.
Let your love and beauty unfurl.
There is no question
to the perfection
of You.

emerging,

It is the perfect timing
of You.

hand,
let your soul
soothe you
so you may understand,

there is no-thing
that you must do,

to shine your Light

gets rough,
there may be times
when you have had
enough,
let Love show you
another way to
Be,
with Love are there not
endless possibilities?
Love is like a river,
does it not always
flow,
sometimes you are at
the center,
sometimes not sure
where to go –
let Love help you
navigate where best
to Be,
might you trust Love
to help you truly
see?
Let Love shine
its loving Light
on you,
and may you remember

Take a breath,
take care of you,
might you make
yourself
a priority –
and take some
time
to be with
you?
In human terms,
you may think it
is “selfish”,
but when you nurture
your beautiful self,
are you not able
to bring your
best self forward,
sharing your Light
with everyone
else?
When you rest
and restore,
can you not feel
your energy
rejuvenate,
you may think
nothing is going on
as you are so focused
on what you create.
But it is important
to take some time,
to let things simmer,
to integrate,
have Faith and Trust
that the quiet
is as powerful
as any sound
you make.
There is a balance
you will find,
when you listen
to body and
soul,
recognize both,
honor the journey,
be it fast or
be is slow.
Take a breath,
honor You,
for every moment
you create,
Be kind,
Be compassionate
with the Whole of You,
Together as One,
in this peaceful state.

is it not time,
now that you see
what is in your mind,
human patterns
you have come to
know,
are they not
opportunities
for your soul
to grow,
no need to fight,
simply understand,
have they not been
part of your
soul’s plan?
With Strength and
Courage
plus Humility,
do you not experience
growth,
for You and All
to see,
when you surrender
to All That Is
Love,
is there not Peace,
that you have been
dreaming of,

from this patterned
dream,

Love

Everything?
And the miracle
that you hope

ask for help,
support,
guidance on where

Divine Source

when you feel

when you give Love,
is Love not also
surrounding you?
Are you not part of
an infinite circle
that is supporting
and loving you?
There are times
when you feel
this deliciousness,
there are times
when you are not
sure,
but always your
soul
speaks the Language
of Love,
you are always connected,
Here.
Listen to your heart,
dear one,
reconnect as you
touch your soul,
meditation or music
may get you there,
a walk may help you
to know.
When you laugh
or when you cry,
do you not feel
your heart opening
to You –
as You Are Love,
receive this Love,
yes, Love always
surrounds You.
Let your soul
touch you,
dear one,
believe your heart
and know,

eternally,
