You may wish to
find more balance,
in the state
of duality
that life is –
the pendulum’s
arch
can be far-reaching,
swinging this way
and then that,
with balance
may come Peace,
but as You Are Peace
at your core,
even when you feel
“out of balance”,
can you not
find Peace
behind any door?

You may feel
the range of emotions,
is this not why
you are in this life,
but underneath
the sensitive layers,
is not your soul
experiencing
with delight,
what brings you Peace,
what fills you with Joy,
is it not Love
that makes your
soul sing,
and when you touch
your innate Essence,
does this not help
to balance
everything?

Be a Moment of Joy,
feel the balance
of inner Peace,
no matter your
story,
you are the keeper
of All of This –
go here in meditation,
find this space
in what you Love,
you can be doing,
while you are Be-ing,
are you not
a magnificent
Expression of Love?

Call on the Peace
that resides within you,
welcome in Joy
when you need a lift –
Love is with you,
always within You,
You Are One
with All of This.

Create space.

This could be
in a moment,
or in the
physical space
you are,
are there not times
when self-care
means,
to observe life
from afar –
step back,
observe,
does not this
distance
help you to
see,
when you create space
do you not see with
greater clarity?

With different eyes,
another perspective,
might you experience
a different view,
is it not hard
to understand,
when something is
so close to you,
have you not experienced
a greater Truth,
when you contemplate
from here –
when you can
create space
in your life,
or in your thoughts
that tend to gravitate
toward fear?

Create space
with your breath,
be aware of the
space between,
find the balance
in your doing-ness
and in Be-ing
your Shining Light,
when it is Peace
that you long for,
can you not find it
in this space –
that feels like Home,
that comforts you,
surrounding you
in any place.

Create space
for Love,
that is never
far away.
Let Love fill
all of your spaces,
Be a place
for Love
today.

Be present
with Love.

Do you not see
that you can
really be –
nowhere else?

All of You
is in,
All of You
Is Love –
no matter how,
no matter what,
if your mind
cannot wrap
around this thought –
your soul is here
to experience
the Love you
cannot help
but Be,
so Be all in,
express the Love
that helps you
breathe.

Be all in.
Be present
with Love,
spend some time
in this awareness,
see what you
are made of –
no matter the
story,
or all of the
details
that you know,
get to know
You –
this Loving Force
within your
soul.

Feel your power,
sense your Strength,
the magnificence
of You –
is always in,
always present,
forever together,
with Love.

When you open up
to Love,
do you not let
Love
come shining through,
when you open up
to Love,
are you not opening up
to You?

Is not the magnificence
you feel,
when you connect
and are touched
by Love,
is it not when
you realize,
that this Love is
within You?

You need not earn it,
you need not find it,
are you not remembering
Who You Are,
do you not feel it
when you open,
and see you are
shining,
liking a star?

Make a wish,
feel your power,
doors are opening up
for you,
you are open,
you can trust,
the Universe
is ready to support
You.

You may not know
where all is going,
is there not possibility
in “I don’t know,”
follow your heart,
it knows the way,
the destination?
Always Love.

sit with,
connect with
Love.

Is there not Peace
when you open
to it,
it is always
a breath away,
when you need
to simplify it,
breathe into
Love.

If it is balance
that you wish for,
when the scales
are tipping you,
is there not
instant centering,
when you remember
Love?

Breathe.
Be.
In this moment
do you not know –
your heart will
always remind you,
You Are always,
always Love.

There is fluidity
with your soul,
you may be aware,
you may not know,
but as you trust
your intuition,
are you not communicating
with All of You,
as you are part
of the Greater Whole,
might it not matter
how you “know” –
what feels right,
what does not fit,
yes, you can question some
or all of it,
but as you open
even more,
do you not find
it is You
who is opening doors –
to You,
to Truth,
to Love?

As human you want
to know why,
you wish for answers
to come down
from the sky,
but does not understanding
come from within,
you are connected
so much more
than you think,
might you step back,
be ready to receive,
what your human side
finds hard to perceive,
find the common theme
that life is made of –
do you not Light up
when you know
and sense Love?

Body, mind
and soul
work together
as One,
sometimes you feel
separated,
missing All,
feeling one,
let the One
of You
let you know
what you are
made of –
You Are integrated,
fully Whole,
and always Love.

Be Kind.

You may see this
on a sticker,
you understand it
to be true,
but does it not
also mean,
Be kind,
to you?

When you feel rough
around the edges,
when soothing,
smoothing,
would feel so good –
can you remember
to shine Love
inward
and Be kind
to you?

Is it not when
you are Be-ing,
that you can share –
do you not give,
what you feel inside,
when Love and Joy
build up inside you,
yes, is it then not easy,
to Be kind?

But on a stormy day,
may you not need,
some extra Light
to shine your way,
remember to shine
your Light in the mirror,
bring extra kindness
to you today.

Be Kind.
Is this not Love
reaching out?
Share the Love
in you,
sprinkle kindness
throughout your day.
And don’t forget –
Be kind,
and Love you,
today.

Step into your
magnificence
and feel the
Power of Love,
you need not fear
or hold back,
this powerful force
within you,
it is not destructive
in its energy,
does it not lift hearts
to find a way,
is not the Power of Love
what you feel when
Joy
comes out to play?

Is there not a focus
with this excitement,
does not Love get
your attention
so you will believe,
that what you dream
or wish to dream of,
will then align
with Love’s Strength,
there is a gathering of
loving energy
that organically builds
within you –
and when you align
with Love,
is there not anything
you cannot do?

There is no need to
be wary of this power,
it fuels the energy
you may need,
when this power
comes from Love,
are you not strong enough
to simply Be?
To Be of service,
to Be Love,
to Be Strength
in your Humility –
is it not the Magic
of Love,
that helps you Be
all that you
can Be?

Be powerful
with Love.
Be a force
that shines
so bright.
Let Love show you,
let Love guide you,
shine your loving,
beautiful Light!

Reassure you
that You Love
you, too.

When you feel
fractured,
is it not hard
to see,
the Wholeness
of You
that you will
always Be,
when growth occurs,
you may not recognize
you,
but are you still
not You,
always through and
through,
your human mind
may need to
assimilate,
but is not your
soul rejoicing,
with every step
you take?

Reassure you –
with loving care,
when doubt appears,
can you not see
perfection there,
when you create
change,
are you not trusting
Source,
letting Love take
you places,
you may not have
gone before?

Have trust and faith
that All Is Well,
let your soul soar,
let Love be
the story you tell.

Reassure you,
with the assurance
of Love,
you need not wait
for it to arrive,
from above –
when you need
to reacquaint
with you,
ask Love,
what would Love do,
feel Love’s Grace,
always within you,
always there,
always You,
This Love.

It is not going
anywhere,
ask Love if it
is around,
it is in the
quiet,
it is in all
sound,
if you experience
fear and doubt,
let Love show you
what Love
is all about,
Love is here,
around,
by your side,
when you need

can Love not give

Let Love embrace
you
with angel wings,
Love Is Everywhere
and in everything.

Love Is Here –
and with Love
may you always Be,
where Love is –
is where You Are
