Who I Am

May you soar with
wings of Love,
this is a natural 
thing to do,
your True Nature
is free and fearless,
you are supported
through and through.

Yes you as human 
walk upon the earth,
sometimes a challenging 
place to be,
but even in life 
you are connected 
with All you Love 
infinitely.

Take Love’s hand
that beckons gently,
live your life as 
best you can,
you have purpose,
this life needs you,
as you Awaken to 
this – I Am.

Sense Love lifting
you with tenderness,
constriction melts
away,
“who am I,” you ask
with new-born eyes,
Love answers – 
let’s find out today!

In Truth

Truth in the world may 
shift and scatter,
truth as belief may
evolve and change,
Truth that you seek 
may not be found in 
what you hear or read
on a page.

Does not compassion 
open the doors
to what Truth is 
all about,
looking out for one 
another – is a way 
to Be One within,
without.

The world may say empathy 
is a  weakness,
but is this not a  
limiting view,
do you not sense the 
Strength of Love
when heart to heart,
kindness shines through.

You need not agree 
with everyone’s beliefs,
Truth is not about 
who is wrong or right,
as human you stand up 
for your convictions,
as Soul in Truth –
for All You shine your Light!

Your Authentic Purpose

You may long for
creative connection,
is this not a way to 
be heard or seen,
the human experience 
is sometimes fulfilling,
but are there not times
you wish to fit in.

Is there not a calling 
for All Lights,
the world now needs 
to hear your Voice,
you need not have a
bully pulpit – 
Be-ing you authentic 
is a perfect choice.

Begin by connecting 
with your soul,
what lights you up,
what fills your tank,
a creative endeavor pulls 
in imagination,
which is key to the 
You that says, 
yes I can!

Sharing experience helps
others see themselves
and feel they are not
alone,
Be You wholly,
simply,
authentically – 
you are the purpose 
of your soul!

Knowing This

You may not know 
the why or how,
the ways that spirit 
shows up for you,
it may be a more 
than gentle nudge,
or seeing the past 
with a different 
view.

Ego analyzes with 
what it knows,
a bigger picture 
may be unseen,
might there be comfort
in being okay with 
knowing you don’t 
know everything.

But know this 
dear precious child,
you are never alone 
with spirit by your side,
your soul is always 
a part of this Team,
Here for every moment 
in your experience 
of life!

This Song of Love

Sense Love’s hum that 
connects you All,
trees and flowers
sing along,
sun and stars keep 
their Lights burning – 
lighting the earth from 
realms beyond.

In the face of 
life’s challenges,
be they big or 
sometimes small,
with Grace, compassion 
and soulful purpose,
Love connects the 
Strength of All.

Life often presents 
so upside-down,
but You see with the
Eyes of the Soul,
join with bird-song,
sway with trees,
This Song of Love  is
One that you know!

Teaming Up

Take a breath,
relax your shoulders,
life brings much to 
make you tense,
this may trigger 
fight or flight and
in some cases 
paralysis.

Scan your body,
this sacred temple,
what is asking 
to be freed,
noticing, loving 
all parts of you
is a way to heal 
what is in need.

Be aware of external
pressure,
but notice internal 
pressure, too,
what beliefs must 
you live up to,
what is driving 
this human you.

Why not today –
let spirit drive,
to assist throughout 
this day,
you and soul are 
a dynamic Team
that works together 
in every way.

Yes as human it 
may be hard to 
“give up” perceived
control,
why not “give in” to
your True Nature,
to Love, to You –
a Master of Flow!

A Bridge of Love

You may feel small 
in a world so big,
but you are not 
only you alone,
your heart connects 
to Loving Oneness,
precious child you are
always Home.

Does fear not drive 
passion and discord,
perspectives that differ 
cannot see eye to eye,
and yet a deep dive 
to fear’s source finds 
ego using fear to 
divide.

You may think the 
gaps between you 
and others,
are a chasm too 
wide to cross,
but as all wish to be
heard and valued,
might your listening ear 
build the bridge you 
walk.

Might you set aside 
expectations and 
outcomes,
maybe pause justifying
your point of view,
might small exchanges 
finding common ground
be the seeds of hope for
connections to bloom.

Beliefs in life work to
stake out sides,
build awareness on 
how you cling to this,
as You Are also a soul
may your heart 
remain open to
Be-ing Love’s Bridge!

Be Hope Rising

Step with Love 
into This day,
stand tall with your
head held high,
pressure from life 
may feel so heavy,
but Love’s Strength 
and Courage help 
you feel light.

No-thing can steal 
away your Joy,
even when events in 
life are hard,
fellow Lights are 
always connected –
This Web is Here
so close, not far.

Reflect the hope 
of dawning Spring,
Be the Strength of 
what comes back 
to life,
Be compassion and 
feel it rise,
shining inspiration with
your eternal Light!

A Caring Heart

Turbulence is energy felt,
be it from the skies 
or earth below,
fear can appear with 
this unrest – 
as human fear can 
disrupt one’s flow.

But my dear all 
is not hopeless,
disruption can create
a response so vast,
you may ask – where 
is loving kindness,
has compassion been 
buried in ash?

Behold Love is the 
Phoenix Rising,
Love is the first 
flowers of spring,
after fire in a forest,
the nutrient-filled soil
grows Everything.

Discomfort is difficult 
by day,
it may keep you awake
at night,
but as an awakened,
powerful soul,
beam rays of kindness 
with your Light.

Remind your neighbors 
of compassion,
a polarized world may
have forgot,
hurting hearts need 
these reminders
to realign to what 
feels lost.

Here hope and your 
Strength returns,
This is a purpose that 
you can share,
in a world that has 
forgotten,
shine with compassion 
your heart that cares!

A Stitch Beyond Time

Life is a tapestry woven 
with all of the threads 
and fabric that find 
you,
there are patterns you 
may wish to change,
as well as some gaps 
that need tending to.

In a linear world you
may have some regrets,
thinking it may be 
too late,
but dear true healing 
has no demands of 
time,
with Love’s golden thread
you need not wait. 

Invite your loved ones,
guides and angels,
All know just what 
to do,
this perceived mending is
a way for Love to help 
you to remember the
Whole of You.

As you stitch your self
together,
is it not surprising what
you may find,
shining through the 
spaces of your tapestry,
is your infinite,
beautiful Light!
