Realign when Peace 
is needed
to bring some balance 
to the upside-down,
you may not find peace 
in the world,
but You Are the Love 
that makes it go ’round.

The ego expresses itself 
as behavior,
reactions are a part 
of human-ness,
shift to your soul 
perspective to find Peace
and see Love’s Light
that forever exists.

As human you will 
judge bad behavior,
but You as Soul hear 
a common cry,
might you share Light 
with another as the 
All of You in this
challenging life.

You need not be silent 
when earth’s laws 
are broken,
share your voice on
what you believe,
and as a Light that 
shines for Love
include All brothers 
and sisters in need!

Your Spirit Within

Gather Strength and 
fearlessness,
these are innate and 
within You,
Be supported by 
loved ones near,
as Love informs what 
next to do.

Your Be-ingness
is a purpose grand,
this can appear as 
big or small,
trusting in your 
spirit within,
is a purpose that 
helps you and All.

If you feel stalled
check in with fear,
is this not a call 
to heal old wounds,
with tender care listen
and then Be the Love
that nudges you
to move.

Your spirit within 
knows all This Truth,
the human ego may 
need some care,
sense the presence 
of angels and loved
ones dear who 
accompany you 
Everywhere!

Your Shimmering Light

The barrage of life 
can sometimes feel 
like a torrential 
pouring rain,
you seek shelter,
you prepare for 
the worst,
hoping to be 
safe again.

And as the skies 
clear once again,
does not nature teach
you how to grow,
storms are not meant 
to last forever – 
might you now see 
how nature glows.

Be the Light that 
shimmers against 
blue sky,
Be the first flower
of spring,
Be the hope of a
new day dawning,
Be the Whole of 
Everything.

Be the one looking 
for the rainbow,
Be all colors that 
shimmer in the sun,
Be Love rising up 
through any storm,
You Are All of This
as One!

The Magic Within

As human and soul 
you will vacillate between
theses two states 
of consciousness,
you may look for 
a magic wand that 
provides you with 
an eternal shift.

But ego has its place 
here in a world 
it helped create,
you may feel very 
separated,
but Here is You – 
your eternal State.

When grappling with 
the why and how 
of life’s questions
that you ask,
return to You
my dear,
in This now Moment
and not future 
or past.

Your ego has you 
searching as it 
cannot believe 
This Truth – 
the magic that you
wish for,
is forever and always 
within You!

 

A Vessel Precious

Your body is a 
vessel precious,
listen to what it
has to say,
emotions, feelings 
get expressed –
what might you do
to honor these 
today.

Past paradigms may
still be running,
working so hard 
to keep you safe,
allow your breath
to reassure,
comforting your little 
child always.

With Gratitude thank
your human body
that accompanies you
throughout this life,
You as soul need 
body to experience
All of Itself as 
Love and Light!

Humankind

Sense the power of
hearts awakening,
as compassion and 
kindness rise,
humankind maybe once 
invisible,
now wish to see with 
their own eyes.

Is not comfort found
hand in hand or 
in the arms of Love
shared in Truth,
you may not agree 
completely with another,
but compassion builds 
a bridge anew.

The purpose is not 
to change a fractured
world,
but to connect with your
own tender heart,
find your own Source of
kindness and compassion,
Here you remember wholly
Who You Are.

Your experience in life 
may be unique,
but All respond to 
tender loving care,
rise up Lights – 
this is your moment,
shower compassion and
kindness Everywhere!

A Place of Peace

In the world there
are differing views
on how peace should 
show up on earth,
power struggles cause
sparks to fly 
as the world is focused
on power and worth.

You may take sides 
when there is 
us or them,
as competition is 
a human view,
here is no judgment
on what you judge,
but might you also see
as the Soul of You.

With the Eyes of Spirit
Here is true Peace,
This may be elusive 
in the world you see,
if all people knew 
This Truth,
would not Peace then
arise organically?

Yes the world is not 
a Place of Peace,
but this need not 
dampen what flows
in You,
you as human are 
engaged in life
and You as Soul 
have Peace flowing 
through.

Your awareness of 
your perspectives 
will help you find
your Place of Peace,
in life share your heart
of compassion,
as Soul remember 
You Are this Peace!

In Love’s Field

You may think spirit 
is somewhere else,
you ask are loved ones 
and guides near,
You Are the very same
consciousness,
all who you Love 
are always Here.

As human you wish to
feel their presence,
but you need not ask 
for them to come,
they never have left
your side my dear,
the Love you share 
is never done.

You Are part of 
Love’s Field that 
is so vast,
your human mind 
may not see all 
of This,
but as you tune into
your own field,
does not All possibility 
always exist?

You Are your guides
and the angels too,
forever connected to
All You Love,
You Are This before 
birth and after death,
You Are what you have
been dreaming of!

Come Shine

Life often stumbles
into chaos,
the world is known 
for this and more,
what to do when 
no-thing makes 
much sense,
tune in and 
find the Love.

Love is where Truth
sits in wonder,
you need not figure 
out the world,
Be Love’s moment 
beyond time that 
ticks by –
Be Here and 
find the Love.

What arises amidst
the crumbling of 
what you thought 
was true,
Be the One ready 
to create a path
that invites – 
come find the Love.

A million Lights 
are ready to shine
along with another 
million more,
it matters not the numbers 
you think you need,
All Lights – 
come Shine This Love.

In between the 
earthly spaces 
is where infinity 
flows free,
stand up,
stand tall,
Be seen as Truth,
Illuminator –
You Are This Love!

This Healing Space

Use your breath to 
clear out daily,
you have within 
the tools you need,
life is a lot and
can push buttons 
that keep alive 
old past beliefs.

Dive down deep and 
ask to come up 
any sensation that 
may feel old,
as a child navigating 
life,
you may have believed 
what you were told.

Your present breath is 
your secret weapon,
it holds All Truth and
Love with no strings,
create a safe space 
for your little self
who may be still afraid 
of some things.

In the Arms of Love 
now dear one,
bathe All of You 
with tender care,
your breath initiates 
this healing space
that is Here and 
Everywhere!
