In This precious

Love is Here with you,

You Are This,

this is hard to grasp
in the human mind.
Expand beyond
your body, dear,
Here You exist
beyond space
and time.
Yes integrate as
best you can,
but you need not know
every answer, dear.
Stand in your Light,
breathe Love in,
You Are whole and
complete –
This You,
right Here.

in every moment
You create you,
rising up from
experiences,
let Love inform
All that you do.
Face your fears,
you are not alone,
every road taken
always brings you
Home,
release the layers that
cause you strife,
in this newfound freedom,
may you live your life.
Like a flower unfolding,
nourished and seen,
see your own beauty –
fresh and clean,
begin again,
begin anew,
receive Love’s blessings
that honor you!

this can be subtle
as your human mind
often gets in the way.
Sense with all of
your senses,
then expand these to
realize,
your heart and your
seat of knowing
is more attuned
than are your eyes.
Say yes to dancing
with your beloveds,
this flow is natural
to your souls,
You Are together
now and forever,
trust and believe
as This you know!

for Everything,
follow where your heart
may lead you –
Be of service
in the name
of Love.
A quick interaction,
a path so long,
fulfill a dream,
there is no right
or wrong,
simply follow
where Love leads,

in This moment
now.
Experience This
with no strings
attached,
throw a wide net out,
what might you catch,
any opportunity
that comes from
the heart,
is Be-ing of service –
sharing One Love.

a note,
a steady hum of Love
in you,
you can breathe it,
sense it,
feel it,
shifting focus
to Be,
from do.
Does not nature help
you sense this –
sky with clouds,
the trees so green,
waves in ocean
beat a rhythm,
flowers blooming
bring you Peace.
May the song of bird
remind you
of Love’s song within
your heart,
You Are the Light
of every sunrise,
You shine as bright
as night’s twinkling
stars!

then know This Truth,
your loved ones are
always with you,
as souls connected
there is no other way,
your hearts as One
beat together always.
You love the signs,
but you also know This –
your vibrations harmonize
with All That Is,
you do not experience
all by yourself,
together as One
your souls know
All Is Well.
This Truth soothes and
brings you Peace,
you miss their physical
presence so tenderly,
believe and trust
with your heart
and soul,
Love is forever –

Be reassured,

shift and then

This is not magic,
life will unfold
in sometimes
unpredictable ways.
But count on Love –

ups and downs,
this does not affect
your wholeness,
in difficult times know
Love surrounds.
Return to what you
can always count on,
Love and the angels
walk with you,
your guides and
loved ones reassure

With a deep dive
say Yes to Love,
release your fears –
Love takes them
away,
Be nurtured in
This Truth –
Beloved You Are,

Ego has thoughts
and beliefs that seem
to grow stronger when
you really look,
this part of you
digs in more deeply
when it thinks you
with it are through.
It is so hard to change
ego’s mind,
but this mind is not
the only one,
You of One Mind
are always present,
even when you think
ego has won.
Make this shift,
it may be subtle,
loosen the grip that
ego has,
you need not defend
or talk the ego
into something it
cannot comprehend.
This natural state of Be-ing
from ego’s perspective
may feel quite
strange,
Here is where your
True Self is –
integrating with ego
throughout the day.
When you feel judgment
and constriction,
might it be your ego
acting out,
Love this part of you
unconditionally –
This is what Love
is all about.
You need not tell
your ego
how to think or do
or feel,
make a shift to your
soul’s perspective,
This Is You –
authentic and Real!

Be a clear instrument
for Love to flow,
trust and believe
what you innately
know,
ego jumps in to always
fix and do,
You as soul knows
there is a greater Truth.
Ask to see things
in a different way,
what does intuition
have to say,
what comes from fear
or old patterned doubt,
is this not a chance
to turn things around?
Be Here in the presence
of You as Love,
Here you are connected –
below as above,
you need not travel far
for This to see,
You Are This Truth,
One with Love
and free!
