Might you reflect 
without resolving,
let emotions flow
through you,
you need not analyze 
the why or how,
allow past experiences
to move through.

You may have pushed 
down past emotion
at a time when feelings
could hurt,
but now you know 
the Strength of Love
is eternally Here
for you.

Let core beliefs that
tell a story 
now bubble up to 
be released,
you are not tied
to any script,
create from your heart –
now set free.

Refresh,
reclaim,
rejuvenate,
it is okay to 
take things slow,
You Are the Master 
of your journey,
fearlessly creating from 
Love’s sweet flow!
