You Belong

Release constrictions
that once served you,
you are stronger than
you know,
trust and behold 
your beautiful heart
that beats to the rhythm 
of Love’s flow.

This Flow is every breath
you take,
exhale what you 
no longer need,
your vessel integrates 
earth and sky,
Be You expanded,
wild and free.

Grounded You Are 
to Mother Earth,
you soar beyond the 
stars so bright,
you belong to the 
Universe,
behold and shine 
your beautiful Light!
