Your Shining Self

Peel layers away with 
eyes wide open,
see your Essence
shining through,
may Faith give you 
the Strength to 
persevere –
may Knowing now
direct you.

You need not trust
all that you see 
in life,
the world is often 
upside-down,
that still small Voice 
within you is your
key to help you 
move around.

Sometimes the path
is clear,
but obstacles can point
another way,
you as human can 
be bull-headed,
but listen to what 
your soul has to say.

Fear of the unknown 
can be unsettling,
life can be a bit scary 
and hard,
behold your Shiny Self
within,
have Faith and Believe
in Who You Are!
