Beyond Time

What makes you worry 
and makes you fret
about what has not 
happened yet,
the ego mind loves 
to scan ahead,
is this not what sometimes
turns to dread?

Ego only wishes to 
keep you safe,
though it can annoy 
keeping you up late,
what might you do to 
relax the mind,
would not one way be
to remove time?

This is not folly,
give it a try,
breathe in your Presence,
let go of why,
right Here, right Now
is your actual Life,
not what may be or 
what was wrong with 
or right.

Does this not help you 
to release,
as you unclutch – 
Here you reclaim Peace,
remember Peace is not 
a state of mind,
Peace is your Presence –
Here beyond all time!
