A Soulful Dance

Let go,
release,
surrender,
you may hear this
on repeat,
you may choose to
hold on tightly,
but it is flow that
sets you free.

You will still make
decisions dear one,
there are choices
to be made,
but when you soften
your mind’s grip,
what might your
intuition say?

Set aside your perceived
deadlines,
dance with body –
your partner in life,
may your Wholeness
come online,
body, mind and soul
now come alive!
