your presence there

Have Faith in your
presence, Be-ing,
Here is where your
power Is,
for in This present moment
are the ripples that
create All of This.
There is knowing
in This Presence,
you need not know
all details here,
with Faith in You,
wholly connected,
All Peace,
All Love,
is with you, dear!

to the body,
what the soul
innately knows,
All that you need
is given,
Love forever
through you
flows.
May Love bring you
Peace and comfort,
during transitional,
earthly change,
the Strength of bonds
connected,
are always intact,
forever the same.
Walk with those
you Love so deeply,
as your journeys
never cease,
sense Love’s promise
to you and loved ones,
as Love is forever,
Here is Peace.

Buckle up upon
Love’s journey,
take Love’s hand,
enjoy the ride,
You Are All
universes together,
All of This
is You, inside.
There may be bumps
upon this journey,
but as you grow,
evolve, you see,
some situations that
you experience,
turn into gifts
to be received.
Find comfort in
your discomfort,
is this not Love
helping you shift,
you are creating,
eternally evolving,
trust in Love,
in All of This.
Take Love’s hand,
leading you joyously,
wrapped in Love’s
infinite flow,
You Are perfect
Where You Are,
forever Home,
eternally Loved so!

Your breath will always
lead you back,
aligning you to
Who You Are,
your intellect wonders
what happens,
what returns Peace
that feels so far.
Dear one, no-thing
has ever left,
though energy can
feel out of sync,
in life the swirling
of vibration
can leave you breathless,
wondering what to think.
Breath returns awareness
in an instant,
so that you as human
can tell,
Here is your natural
vibration,
deeply reminding that
All is Well.
May Peace bring calm
to your body,
may soul and body
together Be,
with Gratitude for this
aligned moment,
sense This Presence of Love
that sets you free!

is what You Are

yes longer days,
invite a clearing
of winter’s haze,
release the layers
you no longer need,
with hope and wonder,
yes, in You believe.
It lifts you up
to hear bird song,
your heart,
your soul joins
to sing along,
in this emergence,
may you feel light,
you rise as the sun
kissing stars goodnight.
Embrace Love’s flow
clearing out the old,
bless every moment
as your path unfolds,
as newfound green
always gives you hope,
You Are Love’s spring,
a wonder of infinite
growth!

what does it say
to you,
when you listen
with your heart,
all that you need,
flows to you.
Your path may be

but oh what tools
are at your side,
Grace and Strength
mixed with Compassion

this sacred flow,

Be brave of heart,
what no longer
serves you,
what are you ready
to let go,
you may feel stuck
within a cycle,
with core beliefs
blocking your road.
With Courage and Strength
at your disposal,
with your soul ready
to navigate,
what might you do
a little differently,
what fresh decisions
may you make.
Ego presses for the
familiar,
even if these clothes
no longer fit,
step into your power
as soul,
from This Perspective,
see All of This.
You may feel like
an imposter,
but This is You
authentic and True,
tell ego to take a
deserved break,
for there is much
for You to do.
Grace is your soul
stepping forward,
ease is allowing
This for you,
believe and trust
in your True Self,
a magnificent soul
experiencing
Love’s Truth!

Sometimes you need
a little help,
it need not be hard
to simply ask,
reach out to friends,
family, to spirit,
when you are perplexed
by any task.
Asking is opening
to receiving,
imagine a door being
opened wide,
when you accept
sometimes not knowing,
All that You know
appears from inside.
Letting go of expected
outcomes,
is a first step in
releasing control,
there may be a
resolution greater
than the one that
ego thinks it knows.
Much angst or worry
comes from not knowing,
try reframing this with
excitement, glee,
when you let go of
expectations,
and flow with Love,
are you not free?
Be at Peace with open
allowance,
let Love unfold what
may come next,
You as soul are part
of this process,
Trust in Love,
in You,
and say yes!
