Observe with Love
those you care for,
and as you are able
lend a hand,
Love has built 
the bonds that 
connect you,
but do others not have
their own earthly plan.

In life experiences may
highlight for you,
what wells up in you 
that causes strife,
dive in deeply to bring
to the surface,
what within you 
wishes to see more
Light.

As a Beacon of Love 
shine your Light brightly,
do not fret if you feel
helpless,
your gift of Love 
to another is precious,
know beloved souls 
receive All Love sent!

With Care

Take care of you.

There is a well-spring 
of compassion,
that is available 
for All of you,
begin within,
say yes to This – 
and take care of
you.

Kindness extended
is not hard
when it is felt
within, without,
be kind to your
self today,
taking care of 
you.

You are precious 
and beloved,
you need not wait
to sense this Truth,
breathe This in,
feel Love surrounding,
showering care for
you.

What You Are is 
a gift to give,
begin by giving 
to your self,
Love honors you
in this endeavor,
soak up Love’s care
for you!

No Doubt

Never doubt your Light,
you are the moon,
the sun, 
connected,
you are needed,
honored,
cherished,
the Light of One
shines through you,
directed.

Be you as human,
embrace it all,
and know that Love 
and Peace flow
through,
when you need a 
different perspective,
turn your mind over 
to the Whole of You.

Say yes to receiving,
lifting, flying,
this is your soul 
wishing to rejoice,
your Light is needed,
sense your expansion,
as you share 
your Love,
your Voice.

You know This Truth,
your place in 
This Web,
see you as Love 
sees You always,
with trust in Self
and knowing in 
your heart,
Be You as Light,
shining Love today!

This Day

Be Love this day,
let it flow freely,
release all worry about
what comes next,
Be You,
complete,
in your wholeness,
your soul rejoices,
there is no test.

Each day in time 
is a new beginning,
but You as timeless
are forever Here,
your Light shines in
This Now Moment,
connecting with loved ones,
always near.

Be You this day,
as Love’s experience,
yes, this beginning of 
a new year,
each moment is Love
not wholly creating
This Moment of Love 
for you,
always, dear!

Here For You

As wholly Love,
welcome your self 
Home,
wherever You Are
you never are 
alone,
your breath,
your heart beats 
Here for you,
though your True Essence
extends beyond 
this view.

So settle in wherever 
your feet go,
Love joins you on 
whatever path you
stroll,
when a road gets rocky,
Love helps with what 
is next,
might you need
action,
or maybe need 
to rest.

Take time today to
pause and reflect,
sink into This Moment,
no past or future yet,
Here You Are,
Love shines brightly 
through,
Be You,
believe,
know Love so cherishes
you!

Let your soul 
remind you where 
are the depths 
of your Peace,
when you release
your surface thoughts,
is there not a stillness
underneath?

You need not 
travel far
or go to great 
lengths 
to experience 
this – 
your soul remembers 
what you forgot, 
Here You Are,
yes,
All of This.

If you need a 
visualization,
let your imagination 
soar,
you may travel 
to the stars 
so vast,
you may dive deep 
to the ocean floor.

But all of the 
Universe 
exists completely 
in the Soul of You,
for beyond imagination,
is the Truth 
of the eternal You.

You need not 
understand,
but know your soul 
contains All of Truth,
Here is the Peace 
that passes all
understanding,
nestled so softly
in the Soul of You!

Here I Am,
Love says 
gently,
I am always 
with you, 
Here,
you can imagine 
One or many,
We,
One Love,
are always near.

Love may show up
as a stranger,
helping another 
who is lost,
Love is the generosity
of family,
who help no matter 
what the cost.

As human you may 
question your
connection,
but never worry 
about this, dear,
you cannot spend time 
away from Love,
as timeless, 
Love is forever 
Here.

Here We Are,
with you always,
know your purpose 
as Love is True,
breathe in Love,
welcome Home,
sense Love’s
eternal Home
in You!

Love’s Place of Comfort

Listen to your heart
beat softly,
you are where you 
need to be,
your breath grounds you
to your Source,
peeling back ego’s layers,
Love helps you see.

Ego likes to make 
you doubt,
keeping you off-center
as you second-guess,
drop to your center,
Love resides Here,
as human,
you are beautifully 
doing your best. 

In the world of 
experience,
people walk their 
journeys that are 
theirs to see,
there are many 
intersections,
where you share
a path,
then let another 
fly free.

May Love guide you 
with reassurance,
there is no-thing you 
can get wrong,
you may not know 
the bigger picture,
but know that no one
is ever alone. 

Return to this place 
of comfort,
breathe easily,
let Love be Here 
for you,
in Love’s hands 
you are held and 
cradled,
All you Love 
are Home with Love,

Love never fades.

Memories may come
and go,
the body grows and 
then recedes,
hearts that share in
love’s connections,
remind that Love 
never fades.

Stories told bring 
tears and laughter,
do you not sense more 
than you see,
All you Love are 
gathered closely,
always Love 
never fades.

Shared life journeys 
are Love’s blessings,
generations pass these
on,
Love’s bonds are 
so strong, connected,
ensuring Love 
never fades.

A hug, a kiss
does last forever,
infused with Love 
it never ends,
a goodbye is not
that in Truth –
Love is Eternal,
always.

Believing Joy

Believe in Joy.

Does not a child
in any moment,
find where Joy
loves to play?
Is there not,
within You,
a loving Force
that finds a way,
to let Joy bubble
up to see,
what might delight you
or laugh uproariously –
can you give in
to your true Essence,
and let Joy
come out to
play?

It need not be
from your surroundings,
it may make no
sense
to your adult mind,
but what tickles
your fancy,
what makes you laugh
every time,
Joy may be an
appreciative gesture,
a perfect cup
of your favorite tea,
is it not when your
heart
is full of wonder –
that you allow Joy
with you to Be?

Believe in Joy,
even on days
when it is hard
to sense,
be open to the
potential
that Joy is with you
in any moment,
and when your heart
is full
as the moon that
shines above,
with Gratitude,
invite Joy to play,
with delight
and wonder,
Joy is Love.
