With Peace and Ease

It takes more energy 
to hang on,
it can be effortless 
to release,
though in the world 
of upside down,
do you not “work”
to gain more Peace?

Play with this throughout 
your day,
discern where your 
energy usually goes,
in life you may think
you need to struggle,
but Peace and ease
are You as Soul.

“Hard work” is a phrase
life looks on proudly,
and you do wish to 
get things right,
but letting go,
not holding so 
tightly,
will result in a flowing,
productive life.

You have purpose,
your soul will 
lead you,
be open as you 
loosen your hold,
You Are Love’s 
possibility,
Be Peace and ease
as this day unfolds.

Loving Strength

May Love cradle you,
giving comfort,
sharing Peace,
Love is Here with
All you Love,
shining Light so 
you can see.

Your soul knows 
the bigger picture,
but as your human
self,
be loving and patient 
with your emotions,
even as you know that
All is Well.

May Love fill your heart
that sometimes breaks,
find Strength in your
wholeness, dear,
there is no-thing that
is ever broken,
You and All you Love 
are always Here.

Love’s Experience

and Gratitude,
allowing curiosity
to lead the way,
might you ponder 
this present moment,
throughout your experience
of the day.

Yes, this world is 
linear,
but You as timeless
are ever-present Here,
may This experience
begin to merge,
may you sense All 
who are so near.

Angels, guides and 
loved ones, too
are part of your 
experience,
may the Joy of this 
awakening,
bring you Peace 
and confidence.

Set expectation 
to the side,
marvel at what 
you may sense,
trust and believe 
in your soul,
who joins with Love
in each experience!

Love Sees You

You are part of 
Love’s flow,
life can hide what 
your soul knows,
trust in You,
beloved one,
Love sees you.

Ego manufactures
worry and doubt,
making you question 
what you are about,
in your breath as you
walk each step,
precious child,
Love sees you.

You may wish for 
more control,
the world is tumultuous,
this you know,
Peace is Here
within your heart,
in all moments,
Love sees you.

There is no-thing 
that you must prove,
be gentle,
embrace this 
aspect of You,
Love has never 
left you, dear one – 
forever,
always,
Love sees you.

Remember, Beloved

Come full circle 
with realization,
you have been Home
all along,
all parts of you
that you thought 
were separate,
are complete and wholly 
where you belong.

No matter the age 
or circumstance,
You as Soul 
are always there,
you can visit these 
parts of you,
but remember Beloved,
You Are always Here.

No one is left behind 
as you cannot Be 
anywhere else, 
you see,
You as Soul are 
the master of your
story,
and beyond the story
You Are forever free!

Generate Love

You are a master 
generator,
what do you wish 
today to share,
what fuel will you 
use to create 
hope, compassion
and tender care.

Love is the driving 
power,
let your soul 
lead the way,
you as human 
know Love is 
healing,
may Love help you
always with what
to say.

Love is the spark
that ignites you,
Love is the Light 
you wish to see,
generate Love in 
every experience,
Love is your soul’s fuel
through Eternity!

Of Love and Hope

In the turmoil of 
nature’s power,
or during transitions 
of seasonal change,
what gets uprooted,
what draws your 
attention,
as you look with eyes
not the same.

Get to your changeless 
Point of Be-ing,
the very foundation 
of What Is You,
from this anchor you
experience Love’s balance,
share This Strength to 
help others get through.

In collective times 
of unease, unrest,
may you return to 
what your soul knows,
sense This Peace that 
passes all understanding,
share This Light 
of Truth, 
of Love,
of Hope!

A Body Blessing

When the body seems 
to turn against you,
it is not personal,
it is what bodies do,
surround this vessel 
with loving kindness,
it is working hard,
send Gratitude.

You need not analyze 
or solve
the complex riddle 
that body brings,
thank the body for 
this journey,
has it not taught you
so many things.

You feel more Peace
when body is peaceful,
but as this is not always
the case,
provide what body needs
this moment,
and in This Moment,
Peace shows the way.

Your body is strong 
in its connection
to you as you 
experience life,
with Gratitude,
send blessings to it,
surround and reassure
with your beautiful Light!

A Family of One

Healing for One
is 
healing for All.

You help your 
brother and sister,
look to their soul,
what do they need,
is it not the same 
that you are asking – 
to be at Peace,
to be set free.

Dear ones,
you All are wholly
connected,
Love is the release 
of the burdens you 
bear,
you need not carry 
what feels so heavy,
as Love fills you up,
no-thing else is there.

Join hand to hand,
and heart to heart,
your souls love 
this song you sing,
when one falters,
another is lifting,
helping each other 
no matter what life
brings.

This Family of One
on earth can be 
a challenge,
but with Love see 
what is shining 
through,
share the healing
balm of Love,
receive this Grace 
that returns to
you!

Love Finds a Way

Love finds a way.

Two hearts connected 
as one,
when on the earthly realm
you think one has “gone,”
sense the vibration 
that is ever-present –
Love finds a way.

This is not wishful thinking
upon your part,
the signs you see show
you are not apart,
be sense even closer
than your breath –
Love finds a way.

Your journey at times 
seems overwhelming,
where do you anchor 
when you feel you 
are floating,
follow the flow
where Love is leading –
Love finds a way.

Hearts beat together 
in Love’s sweet rhythm,
your harmony continues 
with no end or beginning,
your eternal purpose 
is This Awareness –
Love is showing you
the way.
