Love helps you find
your way, dear one,
when the path is
steep and rough,
may angelic arms
and loved ones
help you when you
say, enough.

You have what you
need within you,
though sometimes you
may have doubt,
Love reminds you of
your Strength
and believes in you
as you work things out.

Trust can be a slippery
slope,
as the external has
shifts and change,
but dear one,
Love trusts in you,
your heart and soul
are One and the same.

Love lifts you up
when you are weary,
go to your heart
to embrace this hope,
bask in the Love
of your beloveds,
believe and trust
in your beautiful soul!

Your Self

Let go of struggle
today,
you need not resist
your self.

Let friction invite you
to realize,
it is fear that separates you
and everyone else.

Let Love as healing balm
remind you,
begin with you, dear one
and see.

In Love’s flow that
breathes acceptance,
Here is where you
return to Peace.

You may feel you
need to battle
to hang on to what
you have here.

But Love is always
with you, dear one,
this Self of You
is forever Here.

This Day

Let the day unfold.

Yes, you recognize
presence,
but as you bump into
linear time,
there is an elegance
to gently, softly,
let the day unfold.

Cardinal joins you
before daybreak,
announcing possibility
Here,
answer Love’s call
to bless each moment,
let the day unfold.

May your heart connect
with loved ones,
on this plane and
with you Here,
share Love’s blessing
with all souls,
as you let the day
unfold.

In this Peace
Love hears your
prayer,
sense Love’s Grace
that fills you up,
Love spills over
to touch All hearts,
yes, Joy and Wonder
this day unfolds.

The Integrated You

Find the sweet spot,
here is balance,
as you wrestle with
control,
yes, you as human
make decisions,
but you are also
an integrated soul.

There is no one or
the other,
but who has control
of the reins?
Your letting go may
have you frightened,
your human self
wants to control
change.

Your soul is not
off in the distance,
it is at Home as
the root of You,
as your ego takes
a back seat,
Love navigates this
vessel of you.

You need not take on
all of the burdens
that ego wishes
for you to hold,
extend your hands
palms up,
receiving,
ask what shall we
experience today,
dear soul?

Welcome Home

Rise from your
slumber,
are you All not
awakening
from your sleep?
Yes you celebrate
one returning,
but allowance of
all paths came
with Peace.

May you see fear
as a facade,
clouding your view
with density,
when you are able
to fly freely,
do you not know Love
as infinity?

Your images that
you are seeing
of universes so far,
so vast,
there is much beyond
comprehension,
but you are wholly
All of That.

Seek no more,
weary traveller,
rejoice in what
you now know,
in This miraculous,
eternal moment,
You forever,
always,
are Home!

This Bridge of Love

Love is a bridge
across forever,
yes, you so want
to believe,
your heart beats
with this knowing –
that your loved ones
never leave.

Even through the
density of this world,
spirit finds ways
to help you see,
your humanness sees
separation,
but you as soul
know differently.

Believe and trust
in your perceptions,
your heart,
this bridge,
knows what is True,
your beloveds are
with you, dear ones,
always, forever,
Love is Here
with you.

In You, Believe

Trust your intuition,
resist the stories
that ego weaves,
you may trust what
spirit gives you,
Trust in This Vessel,
yes in You,
believe.

When you detect that
fear is present,
might you lovingly
be aware,
as human,
this is a familiar hum,
that sometimes drowns out
what your soul
may share.

What to do –
there must be
a way,
indeed, may you shift
to the core of You,
Here is where Truth
waits patiently,
as you sense
and know
this You.

You need not push
fear away,
it brings to you
what you think
needs healed,
remember healing
is your awareness,
that beyond fear
is your perfection
revealed.

Trust in You,
beloved dear one,
may Faith bring you
to Grace and ease,
return Here with
Love’s reassurance,
always and forever,
Here is Peace.

Welcome Home

Welcome to Love’s table,
we are waiting for you
Here,
let us experience
together,
all of the Love
that we share.

Does Love not glow
with a smile,
or a gesture you
have known,
a memory may
take you back,
but in This Now,
We Are all Home.

Let Love remind you
to embrace
what your senses here
let you know,
and as an eternal,
expanded Be-ing,
may you be delighted
by Love’s endless flow.

Feel your loved ones
all around you,
there is no separation
Here,
do you not look in
the mirror
to see Love looking back
at you, dear.

Love is alive
in the trees,
the flowers,
the birds,
it is Everywhere,
You, as Love,
are This Experience,
and All you Love
rejoice with you,
Here!

Reframing for Rebirth

Is there not a picture
in your past,
that comes up time
and time again,
your human brain uses
this for fodder,
to keep you distracted
in an endless spin.

Might you let go
of specific details
and sink into the
emotions here,
what is familiar
in this story,
what repeats now
that takes you there.

The human mind will
search for reasons,
looking for fault or
who to blame,
you may point at yourself
or outward,
your ego looks at these
the same.

Might you give Gratitude
for feelings
that come up to be
seen and heard,
you have all you need
within you,
to create a story
of your re-birth.

Might you reframe
any of your pictures,
may you now see with
awakened eyes,
may forgiveness create
the space
for you to know
and realize.

May you take the hand
of loved ones,
angels, guides that are
Here for you,
see your Self in
Love’s perfect picture –
this is how Love
always sees you!

Allowing Trust

You may not see
with your own eyes,
what is working behind
the scenes,
this is the challenge
of accept, allow,
trusting as human
to what a next step
brings.

Your linear constructs
are limited,
and may not show the
big picture here,
but you as consciousness,
part of the Whole,
are participating fully,
indeed, Everywhere.

You as human may wish
to control time,
but even time has
no power Here,
your Strength,
your Courage,
comes from Love eternal,
set your intentions,
then trust in You,
my dear.

Experiences unfold,
may you Be in Peace,
seeing and sensing with
your heart in Truth,
accept, allow,
knowing All is Well,
and trusting Love
is forever Here with You!
