Love’s Healing Flow

Love’s healing balm
always knows
where to go,
you need not
direct it,
but say yes
to Love’s sweet
flow.

You cannot control
another’s journey,
but you may travel
a similar path,
breathing the One Love
that breathes you,
helps you to see
beyond each other’s
masks.

Forgiveness for one
is forgiveness for all,
might you say yes
to what Love can do,
in this acceptance
and allowance,
Love’s healing flow
lights up the
Whole of You.

In this sweet surrender
know Love always
courses through,
let go of doing
as You Are Be-ing,
this healing Love
forever flows through
you!

Good Company

Rest in the company
of angels,
do they not surround you
at all times?
Here is Peace,
Here is Love,
soak up This Flow
of the Divine.

Claim your innocence
precious child,
Love forever flows
through you,
the world may appear
as turmoil, struggle,
but Here at Home,
the Peace of Love
breathes You.

See your self
as the angels
see you,
Be your Self,
Love’s perfection,
free,
you are safe
in the arms of
angels,
You Are Love,
and Loved eternally.

A Love Story

See your past
as a Love story,
that leads to
this present you,
in this life you
unfold linearly,
but You Are always
wholly You.

May you with loving
eyes look back,
see with the perspective
of your soul,
in this real-time
present moment,
what might you
heal, transform,
let go?

You may be a product
of your story,
but as a creator
what say you
now,
with Love embrace
all of your parts,
to know the Wholeness
of You Now.

With compassion and
forgiveness,
past presents in a
new Light,
no-thing can ever
hold you back
from Be-ing your
Beautiful Light.

Faith accompanies you
on your journey,
Trust helps you to
see what’s next,
Grace reminds All Love
is You, dear,
Love walks as You
with every step!

Extending

What might you extend
today?

It need not be fancy
or something to do,
we are talking about
an extension of you,
as an authentic
creation of Love,
what might you extend
today?

Be a listener, observer,
in This moment,
when you speak may
love provide the content,
as Love’s vessel in
space and time,
what might you
extend today?

May you look to add,
not take away,
ask Love what might
you do, see or say,
working as One,
is This not Love’s
way,
Be Love,
extending Light
today!

Faith and Grace

Yes, there are times
you feel uncertain,
you dig your heels
into the ground,
if you cannot see
all of the outcomes,
you may wish to skip
what is coming around,
but does not Faith
arrive to lift you,
is there not Grace
beneath your wings,
has Love not brought
you Here,
so very capable
of amazing things?

Accept the next steps
that move you forward,
wherever that may be,
Love walks with you
every step,
Love is beckoning you
to believe,
with Faith come possibilities,
with Grace, do you not allow
yourself to Be
an instrument of Source,
playing your song
so joyfully?

Let Faith move you
ever forward,
and with Grace
may you humbly
receive,
is this not Love’s
perfect balance,
human and soul
together,
perfectly?

Let Faith give you
Strength,
let Grace allow
you to Be,
with Humility
may you surrender,
and with Love
set yourself free!

Everywhere

You have all
you need,
because –
You Are.

Time cannot
constrain
what is beyond
time,
and This,
my dear,
You Are.

Spaces are filled
in this time
and place,
All of That
and in between,
You Are.

You eat,
you work,
you breathe,
you play,
as human,
yes, this
You Are.

You know,
you trust,
you believe
in Love,
because This,
You as soul,
You Are.

Express
This You,
Your Eternal
spark,
lights the way,
Everywhere –
You Are!

A Beautiful Evolution

Be comfortable
with change,
are you not evolving
as we speak,
you may have rituals,
routine,
yes these can help
with basics that
you need.

But every breath
is a miracle,
every heart beat
is a new song,
you can’t help growing,
beautifully evolving,
does Joy not ask you
to come along?

Your human story
may at times
struggle,
but is this not
the friction that
you use,
to reshape, transform
and create
what turns out to
be a new you.

Break free from what
may be old thinking,
your brain loves to be
challenged too,
accept, allow,
This Peace that flows
throughout this
ever-changing you!

Courageous Awareness

Remember Who You Are,
step out of the role
that you play here,
don’t believe all of
the stories that ego
wishes for you
to hear.

Question often what
is not aligned
with your eternal
and shining soul,
when you feel knocked
off balance,
what does your soul
wish you to know?

Do not pile on more
judgment,
ego loves to set
that up,
when you are open
to what arises,
might you add
more Love to
fill you up?

Sense your Strength
in your awareness,
sit with Courage
and behold,
your innate Power
is Here assuring,
All is Well with You,
beloved soul!

Flowing

Be flexible,
you are flow.

Upon the earth
you may dig in
with heels so stuck
into the ground,
what do you resist
that calls your name –
Be flexible,
you are flow.

Starts and stops,
this ebb and flow
may lure you into
wondering why,
you need not know
all of the details –
Be flexible,
you are flow.

Be Love’s connection
in the mundane,
every experience
to Love is the same,
listen to Love’s whispers
that remind –
Be flexible,
you are flow.

Be as breeze dancing
with the trees,
flow gently as a
mountain stream,
each moment is Love’s
opportunity –
rejoicing,
Be-ing,
You as Flow.

Marvelous

Marvel at the stars
and what you think
you cannot see,
you are part of
the Whole,
including distant
galaxies.

So much of it familiar,
Be fascinated by it
all,
This is You,
marvel at your Self,
you are anything
but small.

Yes, here, you are
human,
but this is not
your only role,
may this perspective
help you sense
what your soul
already knows.

Embrace the bigger
picture,
flowing freely
like star dust,
You Are All
That is One,
beautiful,
shining,
marvelous!
