Be You
in this moment,
You are Love
in this moment
now,
let Joy,
let Peace,
bubble up inside,
though you may
sometimes wonder
how.

Does your innate
Strength
sometimes raise
you up,
do you not surprise
yourself with
You,
Joy, Peace
and Strength
are your companions,
as they reside
as the Love
in You.

Do not judge you,
in this moment,
You Are your
brother and
sister, too,
all experiencing
how to navigate
a path,
yes, that always leads
back to you.

With Joy,
with Peace,
may you discard
what may obstruct
this loving Truth,
with Strength
and Gratitude
may you accept,
that You Are Blessed,
as Love Is You.

Know Peace.

With eyes of Love
do you not see,
listen with your
heart,
do you not hear,
and with All
of your Be-ing,
might you sense
what is in the air?

Love is gracious,
Love is kind,
Love connects All
beyond space and
time,
let your heart,
with Love,
gently remind –
Be Love

Know Peace.

You Are precious,
You Are treasured,
You Are Loved
beyond any measure,
soak it up,
receiving Love
with Gratitude –

with joyous Light,
be it a crisp,
clear day,
or starry night,
may you know
you are never
alone,
dear child –
You Are always
Home.

Memories may linger
from moments past,
let go of judgments
that need not last,
your heart holds
All Love that you know,
loved ones and angels
are part of this flow.

Enjoy traditions that
speak to you,
even as you create
each moment anew,
between, beyond
steps of the day,
is not the wellspring
of Love showing
you the way?

Create this day,
O Beautiful Light,
shine as the sun
or starry night,
eternally connected,
sense, know
This Truth –
All Holy Love
forever flows
through You!

An Infinite Embrace

Be lifted in Love’s Light,
Love reflects in
All you see,
as you share what
you create,
does Love not expand
exponentially?

Be Love’s mirror in
another’s eyes,
so all may see this
loving Truth,
you may see separate
beings here,
but as One Love,
you are seeing
You.

Visualize your arms
as infinite,
holding All of you
in this loving embrace,
may your heart grow
three sizes as Love
is the gift you share
with All, today!

This Instant

Precious child,
may Love remind,
you are never lost,
you are safe and
sound,
no matter the life experience,
your True Self
flies with angels
around.

Your human self
has worked so hard
to find a compartment
to fit in,
my dear,
there are no edges
to you –
You Are infinite Light
eternally within.

Yes, consciousness
can be deceiving,
tempting you to think
that this is it,
your soul’s essence
knows the Truth,
as part of the Whole,
You Are All
of This.

Yes, be grounded to
secure your footing,
but know you are free
of any human strife,
in This Instant
of recognition,
may you behold
your Infinite Light!

Home With Love

You may express it
in a place,
a holiday,
or song you sing,
with people gathering,
a quiet moment,
or in the Joy a
beloved pet brings.

Feel the Love that
spilleth over,
do you not wonder
from whence it comes –
this Eternal Fountain
flows across forever,
you cannot Be anywhere
but
Home with Love.

Rejoice in This Moment,
wherever you are,
it matters not the
space and time,
sing out Love’s Glory
within your heart,
All are with you,
always,
Home with Love.

A Beacon of Hope

The sun rises each day
to greet you,
bringing Light,
a beacon of Hope,
Love is the Light
that glows eternal,
this your soul
forever knows.

On a clear day
or one of fog,
in dark of night,
Love forever shines,
be lifted by the
break of morning,
Be at Peace as
Love’s eternal Light.

You Are the wonder
of the dawn,
You Are the Light
that forever shines,
the angels sing
their heavenly song,
recognizing Love’s
Eternal Light.

The sun rises each day
to greet you,
each breath is Love
flowing through you,
as One with Love
upon this day,
You Are Love’s blessing
as Love is You.

Kindness

Kindness is the
expression
of Love’s
unconditional
flow.

Let go of your worldly
conditions,
sharing This Love
that you know.

Leave your judgments
on the bank,
step into Love’s
river that never
runs dry.

Kindness is an
act of compassion,
not needing to ask
how or why.

Be Love’s bridge
as you connect
with your brother
or sister today.

Your heart knows
the language of
kindness,
allow your heart
to show you
the way.

Kindness is the
expression
of Love’s
unconditional
flow.

Be kind,
Be Truth,
Be real,
Be You –
as Love,
as One Who
knows.

When skies are gray
or fog is rising,
when you think you
cannot see,
is not your heart
your lighthouse
guiding –
as Love,
Here is Light.

Familiar darkness
may remind you,
of your search
in moments past,
may you know
in any moment –
as Love,
Here is Light.

Extend what you
wish to receive,
and as you share
with fellow Lights,
every One is looking
for This –
as All Are Love,
Here is Light.

With skies of gray
or sunshine beaming,
may you walk
with Love as You,
with a grateful heart
that knows This Truth –
Here is Love,
thank you Light.

Come As You Are

Come as you are,
to this moment,
to this day,
the human experience
may feel like a
rollercoaster,
you may not know
the ride you
will be on today –
there need be
no perfection,
you need not have it
all figured out,
but might you come
as you are
and let Love
work the details
out?

Come as you are,
you may be rested,
you may be not,
you may be grappling
with emotion,
you may wish
for something
to get excited
about,
might You honor
you,
for trekking upon
this road of Life,
might you show up
as the magnificent
You,
and continue to walk
with your
Beautiful Light?

Come as you are,
and know this will
change every day,
might you discover
something new
about you –
at any moment,
in many ways,
if you do not like
the path you are
on,
you have a compass
inside of you –
set your direction
within your heart,
come as you are –
the Love That Is
You.
