Your past need not
foretell your future,
you are a present,
creative Be-ing,
the past may bring up
old perceptions,
that are ready to
be released.

Do not miss this
present moment,
jumping from past
to future you,
ego wishes for status
quo,
opting for sameness,
instead of creating
anew.

As you Love the
Whole of You,
in linear time
All of You receives
Love’s blessing and
reassurance,
assuring you –
you have all
you need.

Step lightly on your
present path,
you need not struggle
as past may say,
your future You
is eternally patient,
Love rejoices in
the miracle of You,
today!

Symphony

Is not music
the coming together
of seemingly
separate notes?

Even as a note,
a tone,
sounds singular,
does it not also
expand as an
eternal wave?

Is there not
coherence and
a wholeness,
when harmonic sounds
combine together
as one.

Is this not a
Symphony of Love,
when two or more
gather to create
as One?

As an instrument
of Love,
explore and create
your loving song.

Be a Symphony
of Love,
Love invites All
to play along!

Unfolding

Opening to the
“I don’t know,”
is a path to
letting go.

Is there not
intelligence
and flow,
when you allow
things to unfold?

Big or small,
it matters not,
set free,
release your
usual thoughts.

This is how You
as spirit create,
Be present now,
not past or future
make.

You and your
soul are like
hand in glove,
discover,
together,
this moment
of Love!

The Ones You Love

Where do you meet
the ones you Love?

There is no place
you need to go,
and Love is timeless,
as you know,
but in this space
of place and time,
where do you meet
the ones you Love?

Yes, we reside within
your heart,
but you may still
feel far apart,
is it not your perception
that thinks you need
to find where are
the ones you Love?

You may think we need
to come to you,
but you are with us
the whole day through –
yes, this world has
you mistaken,
thinking you are not
with the ones
you Love.

There is no-thing
that keeps us apart,
we share an infinite
bond,
connecting our hearts,
you are me and
I am You,
always One as
We Are this Love.

Beyond your thoughts
we are right Here,
so close as we are
always near,
We Are together,
eternally,
Welcome Home,
always with the
ones you Love!

Your Heart Song

May Love be the
song you hear
from your heart.

Does it not join
with melodious
bird song,
that invites you
to this day,
may you join
with the melody
of your heart.

Do trees not gently
sway with branches
that are One with
a cleansing breeze,
may you dance
with the rhythm
of your heart.

Does not the sky with
sun and clouds
create a kaleidoscope
of art,
may you create
with the rainbow colors
of your heart.

May you add to this
fine day,
Love’s vibration that
creates from You,
may Love play
your unique song,
from your loving,
amazing heart!

Forever, Peace

You may struggle
to make sense of
the unsensible,
there are many things
in this world that
do not add up,
do what you will,
but know you have
another perspective,
the You that knows
the peaceful presence
that is Love.

Once you begin to
look beneath layers
so heavy,
is there not a lightness
that may feel a bit
surreal,
dear one,
this is your True Nature
we assure you,
You as Love is this
experience that feels
so real.

You may be used to
looking for what may
scare or frighten,
ego wishes for you
to be on your guard,
beloved child,
You Are eternally
This Love forever,
your Strength and
Courage,
as Love,
is Who You Are.

There is no need
to make sense
of the unsensible,
return to your
loving Truth as a
choice you make,
in This Moment,
cast aside what
is not Love, dear,
You Are Peace,
connected to One,
forever,
always!

A Natural State

Set aside your
expectations,
Love can take on
many forms,
an exchange of
pure connection,
Love exists
Everywhere
you are.

Love is Gratitude
when you see,
acknowledge and
touch another’s
soul,
Love is Strength
when you are
comfortable
in saying,
“I don’t know.”

Do not miss the
thousand moments
that offer exchanges
of Love today,
Love exists in the
minutia,
Love walks with you
every step of the
way.

Love need not be a
formal banner,
to remind you
what is True,
Be Love’s choice
in any moment,
Be Love’s natural
state of You!

Peace, Love and Grace

Be One with You
in any moment,
your soul is Here
always with you,
any friction you you feel
is from your ego,
who may think you need
something to contrast to.

Here does ease and Grace
reside,
yet your human story
may not want to give up,
the familiar struggle,
earning peace,
though You Are always
Peace,
with what You Are
made of.

Be One with Love
in this now moment,
with awareness know
this Authentic You –
Peace,
Love,
and Grace
are with you,
always,
quiet the chatter,
know This Truth
of You!

Nourished

Is Love not the
nourishment
of your soul?

Food for the body
is needed here,
Love is part of this
as you prepare,
there is much Love
baked and stirred,
as you create dishes
with care.

And beyond food
what do you create,
for nourishment of
your soul’s palate
today?
Any moment or
experience,
can be simmered in
the soup of Love
you make.

Allow your soul to
show you how,
to create,
to nourish,
with Love now,
it may be a solitary
experience,
or connecting with
one or more,
somehow.

Love is the nourishment
of You,
mind, body, soul is
where Love flows
through,
may you be nourished
with loving care,
receiving all gifts
Love has for You!

Strength

Strength exudes from
your true Be-ing,
you are stronger
than you know,
Strength is the Courage
to dig deeply,
to let feelings
and emotions flow.

Your heart may feel
sometimes battered,
broken,
overwhelmed by what
this world brings,
hand All to Love
to be reminded,
restored,
remembering Love
survives everything.

Strength is not to overlook
or leave the parts of you
that feel vulnerable,
let Strength invite what
comes up to be honored,
reassuring that you
are part of the Whole.

With Strength may you
find your Courage,
to love completely
all parts of you,
with Strength,
is this not where
Peace lives,
Love connects,
Love weaves the
Whole of You!
