As One

Sometimes you need space.

And from the viewpoint
of the separated self,
this may be a use of
space and time
to take a break
from what your
mind,
your eyes,
are showing you.

Now from your heart’s
point of view,
when shifted to the
All of You,
might you observe
that what you see,
that may trigger,
be painful,
causing you to flee,
is a familiar cry
for Love?

In unity with the
All of You,
there is no separate
entity
for you to go to,
look into Love’s mirror,
reassuring you,
I Am Here
and I so
Love you.

So take some space
or time you need,
Love is patient,
eternal,
beyond any belief,
when you see You
looking back with Love,
as One,
so All
are Loved.

A Sense of Strength

Sense your Strength.

The ego is strong,
but True Strength
does not come from
stories told,
it needs no struggle
to appear,
though when you
need it,
Strength is Here.

Is Strength not linked
to acceptance,
there is no-thing
that can keep you
down,
Strength is Love
in every moment,
Strength is your foundation
steady and sound.

Strength need not
roar,
but draw from Lion’s
majestic poise and
presence Here,
let Strength be a
guiding force,
coming from your
passion and not
from fear.

Sense This Strength –
it is what becomes
You,
You Are Strength
from a billion Lights,
be lifted up in this
powerful vibration,
Strength reminds you –
You Are Divine!

Beyond Words

Question your thoughts.
Do they not
only know
how to talk
“about” you?

Now, listen to You.
Is this not a feeling,
a sense,
something you breathe
with,
lean into,
are there usually
no words,
but a knowing,
a feeling,
that This Is You?

Yes as human,
you wish to
understand You –
and words,
even thoughts
are ways to
define you.

But you are
so much more
than a definition
that can be placed
in a box,
with a label,
a description,
yes, the human mind
wishes for structure –
and is there not
a beautiful structure
to the miracle
of You?

You may love words,
the language of
this existence,
there is much beauty
in what they can
convey.

But you are beyond
words,
or thoughts,
your Spark of Light
invites you to
dance and play.

This freedom
Is Love,
your Essence
Is your heart,
your Truth,
your soul
knows All
of This –
hello,
Here You Are,
magnificent You!

A Loving Answer

From the human perspective
you may ask why,
wishing to understand
the cause, effect,
is it not tempting
to look back,
in order to predict
what has not happened
yet?

Here is a simpler,
natural process,
though it may not
make complete sense
to you,
accept, allow this
present moment,
let Love’s forgiveness
wash over you.

With no judgment,
guilt or blame,
Love flows freely
without, within,
there is release
in this surrender –
Love assures
there is nothing
to forgive.

Soak up now
this loving promise,
sense your heart
complete and whole,
here is the answer
you have been asking,
always,
forever,
You Are Loved so!

A Loving Cup

Show up as Love today.

Even if you feel
your loving cup,
is not as full
as you wish it to be,
might another not
fill you up,
is there not balance
in humanity?

Be seen as Love today,
your brothers and
sisters are part
of This,
does not every One
wish to know Love’s
Truth,
is this not a universal
wish?

It takes all parts
to make the Whole,
allow Love to show
how far it goes,
show up as Love today,
be a Gift of Love,
share it,
feel it and
know.

A Masterpiece of Love

You may not see
the bigger picture,
from your perspective
as the painted scene,
but as You Are
the creative Artist,
are you not always
able to create again?

Beauty is in the eyes
of the beholder,
might you have faith
and trust in the
Eyes of Love,
accept, allow –
you need not struggle
against
what bubbles up
to be let go of.

As creative art
are you not constantly
changing,
transforming,
transmuting
to Love’s perfect
vibe,
allow All to see
your outside beauty,
as it reflects eternal
Love inside.

You are not an
isolated portrait,
you are All colors
in this Palette of Love,
mix, blend and
play with All of
Love’s Creation,
the Masterpiece of You
is a miracle of
Love!

Unfolding

Unfoldment is eternal,
there are no limits
to you,
this need not mean
you look to future,
All is happening
at once,
as You.

Evolution is not always
time-based,
there may be no
beginning, during
or end,
yet layers continue
unfolding,
as you experience
Love,
in time,
again.

Do not place limits
on your unfoldment,
as you open to
All That Is,
All of Love
is All of You,
inviting you to see
You Are
All of This!

A Loving Return

With rest,
with ease,
return,
relax
into the
Arms of Love.

These arms
are always
with you,
is it not Love
that you are
made of?

Remember,
rejoice
in your innocence,
let judgment
fall away.

May You see you
with the Eyes
of Love,
knowing you are
loved,
always.

Release,
let go,
may you set aside
what is not Love,
my dear.

Begin with you,
with Grace,
your heart,
always lovingly
returns you
Here.

The Alchemy of Love

You Are Creation,
as Love is
a Creative Force,
you cannot Be
any-thing else,
are you not
Love’s expression
from Source?

All of This
is all within
You,
yes, you may
question how
to know,
beyond your mind
is your knowing,
that exists always
within your soul.

It may begin
as belief
and many beliefs
may need to go,
what is asking to
be released,
so the Heart of You
may share what
it knows.

Create, rejuvenate,
be an alchemist
with Love’s healing
balm,
let your heart,
your soul
remind,
You Are an infinite
Creation of Love!

Becoming Peace

Peace becomes you.
You Are Peace.

Take a moment,
step away,
from what your
thoughts are trying
to say,
feel this deeply,
You Are This –
Peace becomes you,
You Are Peace.

Between the gaps
of space and time,
Peace does not follow
a linear line,
there – that moment,
Here – with you,
Peace becomes you,
You Are Peace.

A relieving breath,
a surrendering sigh,
a reassurance that
everything is alright,
in this moment,
with your sacred soul,
Peace becomes you,
You Are Peace.
