A Peaceful Place

What brings you to
the state of
peaceful waters,
do you not feel this
in your heart?
You need not look
into the future,
waiting for the
other shoe to drop.

Yes, there may be issues,
situations,
but do they not help
you find Peace,
as a Seeker of Truth,
does Truth not reside
inside of thee?

As human and soul,
you have multiple
perspectives
to look through,
you may forget
you can always
choose to see
from a different
view.

Instead of reacting
to the external,
might you turn it
inside out –
when you live life
from your heart,
is this not what
coherence is all
about?

It may not mean
there is no more
struggle,
does not struggle
bring you back to
your center where Peace
is always ready
to remind you of
the Love that
flows through You.

Let Peace always
remind you,
that at your core,
All Is Well.
Let Love,
let Peace
help you remember,
Home is Everywhere
you dwell.

The River

5/17/16

A rock
juts out
from a
river bed.

Water –
flowing,
streaming,
cascades
over,
around,
almost through
the rock,
as it continues
along its way.

It may appear
that the rock
is an obstacle
in the path
of this water,
this flow.

But look again.

The sparkling
streams of water
as they redirect
around the rock,
pick up rays
of light,
creating mist and sound
as the mirage
of a rainbow
appears
ever so faintly
in this
spray.

It may appear
that the water
is covering up
the beauty of
this rock
as it rushes by.

But look again.

The constant
stream of water
releases all debris
clinging to the rock,
as its newly polished surface
provides just the
right angles
to direct the water,
creating mist and sound
as it sparkles
just below the surface.

The river,
the rock,
the water –
where does one end
and
the other begin?
For All are
needed to
make up
the river,
creating mist and sound,
the beauty that you seek.

There are times
when you feel
like the rock –
or the water.
You cannot
separate these from
the river.

All are needed to
make up
this River of LIfe,
creating mist and sound
and rainbows –
the beauty that you seek,
the beauty that is You.

For You Are,
the rock,
the water,
the river.

All That Is –
Is You.

The Message

When Love is the message,
does Love not speak
for itself?
It may be simple
in its delivery,
but a no more
powerful thing
can be felt.

The Message of Love
is a Universal gift,
it is delivered
by One and All,
might you receive
All of It.

Love’s message
may arrive
in so many
different ways,
but is that not
what is so delicious,
knowing Love
has come to play!

It matters not
who is the
messenger,
a bird
or child
or angelic one,
does Love not
speak for itself,
with a message
for Everyone?

You may listen
with your ears,
you may interpret
what you hear,
but is it not in
your heart,
that you understand
what is clear:

You Are Loved
beyond measure,
you and you
and you and you –
All Are One,
Love says,
the Message of Love
is that You Are,
too.

You can make it
complicated,
but is it not
the easiest thing
to do,
when you strip down
to your True Essence,
do you not see
the Love
in You?

Love is always coursing
through you,
it is in every breath
you take,
when there is suffering
and sorrow,
you may think Love
has taken a break.

But as Love is
Who You Are,
is not the Miracle
of Love,
You?

As Love extends
beyond the breath,
beyond time and
space you think
you know,
Love is infinitely
Everywhere
you think
or where you go,
the human mind
can barely grasp this,
through your heart
knows it is True –
Love Is Everywhere
You Are,
Love Is
always within
You.

You can make it
complicated,
but in each moment
feel the Truth –
Love is your
very Essence,
You Are Love
and
Love Is You.

This Love

Be the Love
that you wish
is True –
and come to know
that This Love
Is You.

No matter where
you look
Love Is Here,
sometimes it may
be hard to see,
but find the spark
that is Here, always,
yes, all are your
sisters and your
brothers
in this Life.

You cannot “fix”
another’s journey
that they walk,
but can you not Be
the Face of Love
when one’s forgot,
let them see themselves
in you,
they may have forgotten
this Truth,
that the Love of
All That Is,
is within them, too.

Remember,
sweet child,
that All Are Love,
no one more
or less,
it is All Are One,
and when you
know this to be
true,
are you not free
to Be You,
You Are Loved
beyond measure,
for being You.

Be the Love
that you know
is True,
feel the Peace,
as you know
This Love
Is You.

Celebrate the balance
of You.

As you are from
a father and a mother,
are there not two
sides to you,
in the world of duality,
is there not a balance
always between two?

Some days you may
spend time analyzing,
some days you play
with the creative side
of you,
when All work together,
do they not make up
the Amazing You?

Spend time getting
to know all
parts of you
that make up
the beautiful Whole –
you need not use
a label,
simply Be open
to Love’s flow.

Embrace all of your
qualities,
the differences that
reside inside of you,
and when you Love All
unconditionally,
is that not when
you can experience
All of You?

There is an unbroken
bond that is created,
that exemplifies
unconditional Love,
on this day that
celebrates Mothers,
might you envision
this connection
to One?

One Love connects
you to
All That You Are,
with each breath
that you take –
sister, brother,
father, mother –
you embody All
as Love celebrates.

Stretch outside
your comfort zone,
be open to what
is Here,
Here – is possibility,
that invites you to go
beyond any fear,
trust in what your
intuition
might present for
you to see,
be open to creating
from all limitless
possibility.

You have help,
you are supported,
the Universe is working
with you,
yes, as human,
you make choices,
sometimes you balk
at something new,
do not judge yourself
too harshly on the
timing of this or that –
set your intention
on the bigger picture
and trust what unfolds
out of that.

Set your intention
with Love,
indeed you are
always returning
Home,
the ebb and flows
upon this Journey
has you sometimes saying,
“I don’t know”,
you need not know
all of the answers
to the questions that
you seek –
trust Love,
trust You,
set your intention
for Love
to Be.

Stretch yourself
so you may know
another aspect
of the Divine You –
You Are Love’s
expression,
express the Love
that always flows
through You.

What does Love
look like today?

Might you be open,
with delight,
with no expectation
to get it “right” –
might you be surprised
when you can simply say,
what does Love
look like today?

It may be big,
it may be small,
there is no size
that can contain
it All,
but will you not
know it
when Love touches
your heart,
what does Love
look like today?

It may be a bloom
on a perfect spring
day,
it may be in the
eyes of another
that say,
I See You
on this glorious day,
what does Love
look like today?

And as you look
with the Eyes of Love,
when your heart is
full
with the knowing
You Are Love,
you need not look
to the heavens above,
are You not
what Love
looks like,
today?

Be a Beacon of Light
today,
what you beam out
always comes back
your way,
you need not do
but Be,
along your way,
You Are what Love
looks like today.
