Alignment

Align with You,
align with Love.

And as you are
an individual aspect
of All That Is,
can you not align
with You,
as you align
with Love?

And it may not matter
which may happen first,
for as you are never
truly separate
from your loving Source,
when you align with
your true nature,
do you not align
with Love?

And during times of
growth or change,
when you may miss
the status quo,
might you welcome
the opportunity
to re-align
with You?

Align with You,
align with Love.

Always back to your
true center,
which is a constant
your whole life through –
you are always aligned
with Love,
now with awareness,
know this is true,
you always work together,
synchronizing with Love’s
constant flow –
when you align with Love –
There You Are,
and welcome Home!

A Return to Love

Come back to Love.

In the world of
this or that,
when you are weary
of the fight,
when you tire
of figuring out –
come back to Love.

Love is always Here
with you,
Love waits patiently
as you work things
through,
when you are ready
to Be You –
come back to Love.

Yes, you will continue
to evolve,
there may be problems
you feel a need
to solve,
but are the answers
not where you know
they are –
come back to Love.

Take a break,
take a moment
or two,
loosen your grip
on what there is
to do,
might you remember
Love is always with
you,
come back to You,
come back to Love.

Be present with this
unconditional Love,
with Gratitude,
can you sense what
you are made of,
expand this moment
and feel Love’s warm,
loving hug –
Love is always with you
as You Are Love.

Everywhere

And there is Love.

When you look beyond
the stories,
what is left for you
to see,
what do you feel
within your core –
there is Love.

You will always miss
the physical comfort
of a loved one who
is near,
but do you not sense
your Eternal Bond –
there is Love.

You may look high
and low
to find it,
does Love not often
lead the way,
back to your heart,
do you recognize it –
there is Love.

When you wish for Peace
and comfort,
when you wish to
feel at Home,
your loving heart
is where you find it –
there is Love.

Be still and feel the beat
of your heart,
as it plays for you,
your breath is how
you sing along –
Everywhere Is Love.

Empowered

Empowered.

Might you allow
your Strength and
Courage
to help you stand
in your Truth,
when you see yourself
through the eyes of Love,
are you not able to see
All of You,
when you set aside
beliefs,
that may block your view
of Who You Are –
is that not your Light
that you see shining,
that has guided you
both near and far?

Your power is within you,
you need not look
outside for it,
you may seek approval,
reassurance from others,
but is it not what’s
inside that gives
you the Strength
to keep moving forward,
the Courage to embrace
your Truth,
might you know
You Are empowered,
when you believe that
Love Is You.

Keep diving down
beyond your stories,
let go of layers
you no longer need,
find where you reside
with Joy and Peace,
a space where you
can truly Be.

With Humility,
do you not feel
Gratitude,
for all that you
have come to know –
stand tall,
You Are empowered,
You Are Love
and You Are Loved so!

Integration

Integrate.

When you make bigger
changes,
when you try out something
new,
give yourself time
to adjust,
to integrate with
You.

Your soul loves
the adventure
and is ready for
whatever you
wish to do,
your human side
may need time –
for all to integrate
with You.

Be patient in this
process,
trust that you
will come to know,
that there is Peace
when you surrender,
as you integrate
with You.

There are times you feel
you are catching up
to what your soul
already knows,
together,
you will find
the sweet spot,
as you integrate
with You.

And oh what satisfaction,
what Joy you embrace,
when All parts of You
dance as One,
as Love integrates
with You.

Exploration

Inquire,
ask,
explore –
when you are ready
to move beyond
the status quo,
might you begin
to open doors,
you may think
it is nervousness
you feel,
but might it be
excitement that
you are feeling
more?

There is flow to
creativity,
does it not begin
to take on a
life of its own,
might you invite
this expansion in,
have you not been
creating since
the day and before
you were born?

You may look back
to earlier times
and be in wonder
at where you are
now,
when you inquire,
ask and
explore –
are these not tools
that can show you
how?

Be a pioneer
for Life,
Be inspired
by the Grace
of Love.
Let Light point you
in a direction,
let Love show you
what you are made
of,
do not fear diving
a little deeper
into what makes
your heart sing –
open doors,
open your heart,
explore all possibilities
that Love can bring!

Purposeful

When you step out
of old patterns,
do they not try
to pull you back,
being with the familiar
can be comforting,
even as you are ready
to move beyond that,
ego wishes to keep
you safe,
though you need to
constantly remind,
that You Are Love,
with a purpose,
with oceans to cross
and mountains to climb.

With awareness
and with Grace,
are there not opportunities
for you,
to see You with
loving eyes,
and to know what
you are ready to
work through,
Love is holding your hand,
Love always has your
back,
to help you shift
your perspective
and to let go
of what may hold
you back.

Life is full of ebbs
and flows,
two steps forward may
lead to one step back,
but is that not from
your human perspective,
for does your soul not
fly beyond that –
let your grip on
past beliefs
loosen up as you
come to know,
you are already free,
you can relax,
you can let go.

With Gratitude,
do you not bless
all experiences
that help you to see –
you are human,
with your soul’s
purpose,
spreading your wings
as you fly free.

Illuminating

Can you see the Light?
In the darkness of
night,
is that not when
a Light is bright –
illuminating a path
for you to see?

And when you follow
the Light,
there may be rocks
that you must climb,
but it does not
take much Light
for you to see.

Be it sun or
be it moon,
the Light you see
is a reflection
of You,
your Love can be a
spark of Eternal Truth,
when you shine
your Light
for All to see.

Can you Be the Light?
Where there is darkness
might you shine
so bright,
your Light illuminates
your way back
Home to You.

Faith and Grace

Yes, there are times
you feel uncertain,
you dig your heels
into the ground,
if you cannot see
all of the outcomes,
you may wish to skip
what is coming around,
but does not Faith
arrive to lift you,
is there not Grace
beneath your wings,
has Love not brought
you Here,
so very capable
of amazing things?

Accept the next steps
that move you forward,
wherever that may be,
Love walks with you
every step,
Love is beckoning you
to believe,
with Faith come possibilities,
with Grace, do you not allow
yourself to Be
an instrument of Source,
playing your song
so joyfully?

Let Faith move you
ever forward,
and with Grace
may you humbly
receive,
is this not Love’s
perfect balance,
human and soul
together,
perfectly?

Let Faith give you
Strength,
let Grace allow
you to Be,
with Humility
may you surrender,
and with Love
set yourself free!

Unconditional

When the child
within you wails,
and brings up stories
it wishes to tell,
might you listen
with all of your
heart,
is this not how
healing can start?

Does not your child
wish to be heard,
when feeling fear
do you not reassure,
there are tools,
techniques
that can help
for sure,
but is it not Love
that goes beyond
any words?

When the child within
is asking for Love,
might you surround
yourself
with unconditional Love,
does Love not innately
know what to do,
let Love soothe,
let Love heal you.

When you feel separated
and scattered about,
might you embrace
All of You
as the One You Are,
let Love hold you close
and let Love soothe,
You Are Loved
beyond measure –
All of You.
