You Are.
Already.

Can you resist
the urge
to fill in
the blank,
to identify with
an external link,
of something you
wish to be,
to achieve,
might you begin
with the Truth –
that You Are,
I Am?

You need not
go get it,
“it” is not beyond
your grasp,
when you think
you are separate,
hoping to come together
at last,
might we allay
your fears
and put your mind
at ease,
You Are,
already,
Be You,
Be free.

Yes, your story
helps you to experience
emotions
that run deep,
can you keep diving
and take a look
at beliefs,
do not let your beliefs
define who you are,
You Are,
already,
a shining star.

Dust off what you
do not need,
clear out what does
not serve,
your shining self
will show you
the way
forward,
keep tuning,
keep resonating,
with Love’s constant
beat,
You Are,
already,
the Love you
wish to Be.

Shine your Light.

Does not Light
find another
to make it grow,
can you be
a searchlight,
looking to highlight
where seeds of Love
so gently planted,
can continue to
grow,
keep shining bright,
loving Light,
and let Love
be the reason
why.

Shine your Light,
no matter if
it is night
or day,
as stars and
moon
light up the night sky,
they do not pause
to ask why,
as sun always brings
its gift
of daylight to morn,
may you shine yours,
yes, you were Light
before you were
born,
as constant as the
sun,
the moon,
the stars,
your eternal Light
glows,
as You Are an
aspect
of One.

No matter
the morning
or night that
comes,
shine your Light,
dear one,
as You Are Light
and
You Are Love –
shine on.

Opportunity Rising

Let opportunity rise.

When you get weary
of the down and
dirty,
when it feels you
have lost your way,
when expectations
have a different
outcome,
let opportunity rise.

Are you not
You
in this present
moment,
is there not Light
ready to shine
through you,
might something
new
be ready to step
a foot forward,
let opportunity rise.

Is there not Peace
in an authentic
moment,
as you discover truly
Who You Are,
when you shine
your Light
of Love
for All to see,
do you not see
You clearly,
letting opportunity rise?

From the ashes
is not Phoenix
rising,
does not Love endure
through Eternity,
there is no stopping
Love’s powerful momentum,
is not every moment
a loving opportunity?

See Love in any
and all places,
there is Light
in every corner
when you see,
that Love cannot
be covered up
or hidden,
in every moment
Be Love’s opportunity.

In the Quiet

When day is done,
or has just begun,
in the still,
quiet moment
such as this
one –
look around,
Be as One,
sensing Love
that surrounds
you now –
in every precious
moment,
You Are Loved.

Can you not
recreate this
moment,
throughout the day
or when you play,
or when stress
gets in the way,
take a breath,
look around,
listen for Love’s
soothing sound –
it is in your breath,
every beat of your heart
and also beyond,
as you are never apart –
in every still,
quiet moment
such as
this one,
can you feel
the Love –
You Are Love
and so very,
very Loved.

With Grace and Ease

Ease into what
flows,
what invites,
what you move
with,
try on some
different things,
when you see
from a different
perspective,
might you see
what makes your
soul sing?

Change it up,
change your routine,
change your mind –
let your soul,
show you the direction
to go,
try not to label
good or bad,
simply adjust
to what feels best,
acting upon what
your still, small voice
says.

Do not think of
obstacles
as road blocks,
might they show you
there is another
way around,
and upon this way,
might you then see
something new
to set you free,
a new perspective,
a new way
for you to Be?

There is Grace
even when you
have fallen,
there is ease,
when you find
your way back up,
your soul knows
your Divine Plan,
so simply Be You
again and again,
loving each moment
with Humility
and Gratitude.

With Grace and Ease,
then Strength and Courage
when those you need,
know throughout it all –
There Is Love.

Transformation

Transformation.

It may be a slow walk,
it may be a switch
that flips,
it may be an act
of Grace,
it may be
when something
clicks,
change is a constant
moving force,
as You Are a Being
of creation,
be it small
or something big,
are you not wired
for transformation?

It may be something
you wish to heal,
it may be surroundings
you wish to change,
it may be a load
you wish to lift,
to free you from
suffering
or pain,
you are a constant
wave of vibration,
looking to resonate
with what moves you,
might you move
with Waves of Love,
with Gratitude
for transformation?

And it may not be much
that really changes,
for you to feel
completely new,
to gain a lightness
in your step,
might you unlock
something deep
inside of you?

When you express
your innate Joy,
when you release
the Authentic You,
is that not a transformational
catalyst,
to see how bright
the Love is
That Is You?

When you transform,
when you change,
is that not simply
a return to You?
Transform yourself
into Who You Are,
You Are Love
and
Love Is You.

Magnificent You

Down into the earth
your roots take
hold,
feel your heart swell
full of Love’s magnificent
flow,
do you not draw Strength
from above,
also below,
as you anchor
and ground
into You?

And from this place
of Strength,
does Love not ignite,
giving you a chance
to see
what has come up
to fight,
but might Love not
Be
the answer to what
you seek,
as you balance
Be-ing human
and beyond
the air that
you breathe?

Let Love hold you in
a most loving
embrace,
let mother earth
remind you,
she is with you
in every space,
you are here
and You Are Here,
always part
of the Greater Whole,
a holy child of
Love,
You Are Loved
and You Are Loved, so.

From your roots
to beyond the sky,
You Are magnificent,
You –
let earth and sky
be your playground,
play with Love and Joy,
as Love Is You.

Your Loving Potential

Rest when your mind
is weary,
step back from
figuring out,
there is much
that wishes to
pull you
and your thoughts
into many pieces
to think about,
can you look at
a bigger picture,
better yet,
might you sense
a greater ease,
while the mind loves
a puzzle to finish,
do you not wish
for the serenity
of Peace?

And when distractions
and noise subside,
do you not reach
the answers you
seek,
when your mind is
in tune with
your soul,
is this not a Team
that is a Force
to be reckoned with?

It is worth your time
to let go
and get quiet,
to see what bubbles up,
what you already know,
when in coherence
and not jostling
or fighting,
is it not then
that your mind
can pair with
your soul?

As One,
are you not exponentially
brighter,
greater than the
sum of your parts,
may we remind you
You Are Whole,
connected to resources
you may not know,
might you expand
your awareness
with Faith and
Trust?

Tap into your Loving
Potential,
possibilities exist
Everywhere,
when you relax
into You,
will Love not show
you
what to do?
Believe Love,
Know Love
and Trust You.

Being You

Be You.
Accept You.
Love You.

In the linear world
you live in,
there are many
points of view,
you may not
be in agreement
with another,
might you find what
resonates
within you?

You need not change
another person’s
perspective,
but might you
continue upon
a path
that is true
to you,
knowing at any
intersection
or cross road,
you can always choose
where to go
or what to do.

Yes, there are things
that feel “right”,
when you test
within your heart
to know what feels
good to you,
might you check
often within –
when there is
judgement,
comparison,
might you begin
with you,
to see where
conflict begins?

Be You.
Accept You.
Love You.

As you feel
acceptance
in your heart,
is this not a loving
place to start,
to see another
on their road,
seeking their truth, too?

As you allow
yourself to Be,
loving,
respectful,
are you not free –
knowing All Is Well
within your heart,
so you may simply
Be?

Be You.
Be Love.
Be the best version
of you
that you dream of.
Be authentic.
Be True.
And always,
always,
Love You.
