Hi, my name is Sandy. Welcome to You Are Love Now! On my journey of Awakening, in meditation, I was nudged to begin writing what was coming through my consciousness, from my Higher Self and beyond. This happens almost daily and I have been encouraged by those who read these inspired messages to share them with a wider audience. These messages come through me, but they are received from a Higher Source than what my mind could create on its own. I present these Poems of Awakening to you, dear soul, as we travel this spiritual journey together. And the message that I always feel from these writings? You Are Love Now. Perfect. Whole. And always so very loved. If these messages speak to you, I invite you to follow this blog so you may receive the ongoing messages as they are posted.

With Love

2/24/25

Be Here with Love.

You may sit and
meditate,
you may walk on
nature’s paths,
you may stop a second
to remember breath –
Be Here with Love.

It takes but a
single second
in your life of
linear time,
but know beyond
limitations you set,
eternally –
You Are Here
with Love.

When life’s drama
rocks the boat
you are riding in,
remember You Are
the ocean too,
expand to You
a single breath
will do –
yes You Are Here
with Love.

These are tools
you use when ego
comes to call –
as human you
know this well,
crack open the door
to You as soul –
welcome Home,
always Here
with Love!

Your Compassionate Heart

2/23/25

You need not wait for
the wind to calm,
to find the Strength
to carry on,
expand beyond the
world you see
to remember
You Are infinity.

Find your balance in
a world so harsh,
express your Light
be it in words or
art,
Love’s ripples flow
in the every day,
as you listen to
or help one find
their way.

Share your compassionate
tender heart,
This is the Strength
that Love is all about,
Be the counter-balance
to a world on edge,
say yes to Love to be
so gracefully led!

With Threads of Steel

2/22/25

Be Here in This
Moment now,
call upon Gratitude
to make this shift,
as you do your
best in life,
when life feels heavy,
Love is Here
to lift.

Love has guided you
through difficult times,
this is not your first
rodeo,
Love’s Grace is woven
between threads of
steel,
you as human and spirit
make up This Whole.

Lift up Fellow Lights –
their Light is yours,
might you All shine
so All may see,
know Peace is always
Here right now,
go forth today and
as you do – Be!

Nature’s Strength

2/21/25

Draw Strength from
nature all around
you –
majestic tree or
a tiny plant,
beloved mountains
rise to greet you,
a forest path is
heaven-sent.

Even in cities
Mother Earth is
present,
materials come from
Her here,
technology may shift
how She presents,
but All come from
what is gathered
Here.

Life can create a
feeling of disconnect,
but Know that You
are part of This Whole,
you with nature are
creations of Benevolence,
of Love that is One
with your soul!

This Infinite Flow

2/20/25

Love flows freely
through your heart,
all that you seek
is Here within,
your Presence fills
all human spaces,
with no beginning
and with no end.

This Infinite Flow
is your foundation,
a place where you
can safely rest,
Here is where you
belong dear one,
there is no test that
you must pass.

Angels, guides and
spirit flow through
you –
trust that they are
Here now,
you can stop trying
oh so hard to
figure out the
why and how.

Here is Home always
within you,
sense This Peace that
you do know,
re-attune to Who You Are –
always a part of
This Infinite Flow!

A New Direction

2/19/25

When your path
changes direction,
take a moment
to settle in,
you have All you
need within you –
so that a new path
may begin.

Life unfolds
continuously,
you adjust in
time and space,
a shift in life need
not throw you
off course,
the bigger picture
is not a race.

Have there not been
many times when a
silver lining sparkled
in the clouds,
does not a new direction
present itself in the midst
of worry and doubt.

With Gratitude that
empowers you
step forward with Love’s
ease and Grace,
welcome what the Universe
brings to you –
allow Love and Joy
to lead the way!

Your Brave Heart

2/18/25

Let Love heal your
wounded heart,
relationships can begin
at birth,
your younger self may
have some scars
that can affect how
you live and learn.

Energy has a way
of cycling through,
might you allow it
to let you know –
now is a perfect time
to release what has been
keeping you from
your flow.

Check into beliefs
that no longer fit,
ego loves routine
and habits made,
but as You Are a
creative Force,
know your soul says –
come let us create.

Be You proactive
instead of reactive,
you need not wait
for a perfect time,
link arms with all of
your past selves,
your brave whole heart
is now ready to shine!

With Tender Care

2/17/25

Allow emotions to
help you find the
tender spots within
your self.

Trust and know
that Love knows
where to go –
in This allowance
is All help.

What cries for Love
in you is the
same battle cry
humanity shares.

May your prayer
be one of hope –
for All to feel
Love with tender
care.

As an individual
yes do go deep
to heal yourself
within.

But you are part of
a Collective healing
that invites you
to Love with
no end.

The Love you share
with another flows
from and returns to
you.

As you learn to
cherish your self,
why not share This
with the One of You!

Then You Rise

2/16/25

In life you have weathered
many storms,
ancestors before you
did too,
putting one foot in
front of the other
has brought this
moment Here
before You.

Your DNA flows
with them all,
your heart connections
never end,
you hunker down when
storms emerge,
but then you rise
to begin again.

Be resurrected in
each moment,
create with the brush
of journeys past,
stand on the solid footing
of your soul,
instead of sand that
is not meant to
last.

Draw Strength from
All Be-ings that
surround you now,
with Courage do what
you can,
Be This Love when
storms of life pour
down,
reach out –
Love always takes
your hand!

Clearing Paths

2/15/25

Clear the air,
Love is a filter,
use it to see with
clearer eyes,
the world gets cluttered
with egoic stories that
cover up and cloud
the skies.

But you know the
sun is ever-present
even when the
sky is gray,
You Are illumination –
might you turn up
your Light today.

There are times
when you wish to
hide your head
from this chaotic life,
but remember you
are not helpless,
does not the world
so need your Light.

If trusted foundations
crumble,
find your footing
in This Love,
so many wish for this –
Be a Beacon of Light,
reflecting stars above.

Humanity is a collective,
often searching
for the Truth,
you were born
for this time,
All Light from stars
and sun Are You.

Be the ever-present sun
when clouds and fog
make it hard to see,
hold the hands of your
sisters and brothers –
charting new paths
for humanity!
