parts of you that
integrate as Whole,
ask your breath
to relax the body,
say yes to the guidance
of your soul.
Check in to see
where is your focus,
attention uses a lot
of energy,
you need not suppress
things that come up,
but might your intention
be to see clearly.

bring You onboard,
wherever You Are,
Peace goes with you,
from this aligned
State of Be-ing,
now experience this day
as the Whole of You!

welcome them as they
flow through,
they are the body’s
way of protecting,
but This is not
the only you.

can assist
in clearing,
transmuting what you

dear body,
you need not hang onto
what can be lovingly

in a challenging,
chaotic world,
but your soul is
secure and ready
for you to Be This
and observe.
