Loving You

And Love
Loves you.

As human you wish
to believe this,
ego says what about
this or that,
there is no comparison
to Love –
and Love
Loves you.

You Are This
experiencing self,
yes quite a ride
it can be,
but beyond time
without exception –
always Love
Loves you.

And as you merge
with this awareness,
you see that Love is
neither here nor there,
All of This
is All of You –
and Love
simply Is.

So as human unfold
remembrance,
delight in moments of
experiencing Peace,
know without conditions,
forever –
You Are Love
Loving You!

This State of Peace

Does ego not take
your breath away,
goading you into
what to say,
you may feel
defenses rise,
these well-worn patterns
are no surprise.

This energy points at
who to blame,
yes external experiences
set up this game,
you still can fix what
needs tending to,
but are you not sucked in
to “them” against you?

You are Strength and
Courage Here,
breathe in and center,
clear the air,
as you look deeper at
reactions felt,
does this not reflect
your fear that
all is not well.

Yes life is beauty
and tumult too,
you worry that control
is beyond you,
but might you control
how to change your mind,
start with letting go
of perceived timelines.

Return to breath,
return to flow,
This is You eternal,
yes this you know,
bring This Experience
to your life and see,
All is Well in
this State of Peace!

Your Eternal Trust

The world is hard to
place your trust in,
here is not where
trust occurs,
trust your soul as
your safe harbor,
Here is your Peace
not of this world.

When worldly problems
get you rattled,
shift to restore
clarity of mind,
give emotions space
to express
deeper layers you
wish to find.

And from your eternal
soul perspective,
allow these layers
to unfold,
give them tenderly
to Love,
honor their stories that
once were told.

You need not analyze
each detail,
Love knows always
what to do,
this transmutation keeps
your heart open,
with Trust and Faith,
say hello to You!

A Little Release

What do you hold on
and cling to,
what beliefs no longer
serve,
these do not need
to be big concerns,
what small things
might you unlearn?

Begin with little annoyances,
preferences,
what comes up for you
so quick,
might you smile
when you see
there is no need for
much of this.

Begin to be aware
of what can make
the ego fall or trip,
as You Are more
than this role on
earth,
might you be able
to handle this?

Be fully human while
you are here,
but observe the hoops
that you jump through,
as you release what you
thought you so needed,
Here is Love and Peace
as You!

Allowing Grace

Sometimes emotion
comes up swirling,
knocking you off
of your feet,
you need not judge
or push back down
what your body is
trying to release.

You need not understand
the layers that build up
in this earthly realm,
but you as soul
can observe, support,
releasing what may be
part of the veil.

This transmutation
clears and releases
core beliefs you may
question now,
trust and know Love
knows what to do,
you need not know
the why or how.

Simply Be Grace
and allowance,
saying yes to change
that may occur,
your soul remains
wholly constant,
eternally beyond
this world.

Your soul is wholly
integrated within
the body that is
trying hard,
may human experience
be the fuel that
returns you Home,
beyond the stars!

Here, Always

You are never separated
from those you
so dearly Love,
they are integrated
within you,
not you here and
them above.

Yes, it breaks the
human heart,
when they physically
take flight,
but your souls are
still together,
every day and
through the night.

Mend your broken heart,
take baby steps,
Love honors the
human life,
and know your
eternal open heart
opens the door to
your brilliant Light.

Love is not lost,
it cannot be,
it resides in your
very soul,
loved ones who are
cheering you on
help you to remember
what you know.

Yes life may look
very different,
but know one thing
that does not change –
Love as your soul
flows forever in you,
with your beloveds
Here, always!

Say yes to Love.

This comes up in
different ways,
as you loosen
what you need,
when you wish
to open up,
say yes to Love.

Awareness may come
with a critical eye,
as you notice things
you do,
with a smile and
thanks to life,
say yes to Love.

Life a a teacher,
this is true,
but there is no test
you must do,
allow your soul
to be your filter
and say yes
to Love.

In a world of choice
may you now choose
from the perspective
of your soul,
the answer is eternally
in your heart –
saying yes to Love!

A Simple Truth

You are known
by your Light.
As Love,
get to know
You.

As you let go
of your self,
more of This Light
flows freely through.

This is not something
you obtain,
it has been with you
all along.

You know it as
you sense it –
Here is Home
where you belong.

Release, reduce
to This Truth,
less is more,
simplicity rules.

As you discard beliefs
once needed,
say hello to Love,
to You!

Shining Eternal

Love is eternal,
everlasting,
Love is the permanence
of your soul,
in the world,
things are temporary,
you do your best
with what you know.

You build awareness
across the veil,
through egoic thoughts
to what is True,
rest assured this is
not a test,
though it’s hard to see –
You are always You.

As this vessel,
Be Love’s bridge,
shining with All
fellow Lights,
be a reminder,
Here You Are,
shining eternal
Here and in this life.

Here I Am

There is no mountain
you can climb,
or space between us
I cannot find,
in your heart is
where I reside,
no matter the world –
Here I Am Love.

Naturally you wish
for much more time,
our Love has its own beat,
its own rhyme,
listen to the birds,
feel the gentle breeze,
and as you breathe,
Here I Am Love.

Our souls are together,
believe this true,
there is no space
between me and you,
rooted through the earth,
beyond the sky above,
together, forever,
yes We Are Love.
