A Freeing Allowance

Sometimes you need 
a little help,
it need not be hard 
to simply ask,
reach out to friends,
family, to spirit,
when you are perplexed
by any task.

Asking is opening 
to receiving,
imagine a door being
opened wide,
when you accept 
sometimes not knowing,
All that You know 
appears from inside.

Letting go of expected
outcomes,
is a first step in 
releasing control,
there may be a 
resolution greater
than the one that 
ego thinks it knows. 

Much angst or worry 
comes from not knowing,
try reframing this with
excitement, glee,
when you let go of 
expectations, 
and flow with Love,
are you not free?

Be at Peace with open
allowance,
let Love unfold what 
may come next,
You as soul are part 
of this process,
Trust in Love,
in You, 
and say yes!

A Peaceful Ease

Return to You,
yes Peace awaits,
tap into the stillness 
Here,
when you want respite
from the noise,
your breath draws
in Love,
always near.

Peace is not a thinking 
construct,
resist the urge to 
seek and find,
no matter the earthly
experience,
Peace is Home 
beyond the mind.

Return to This,
your natural Be-ing,
may you flow with 
Grace and ease,
draw in each breath,
Love reassures,
Here is always,
eternal Peace!

A Stillness Calling

Sync with Love,
hear stillness 
calling,
you can connect 
in any space,
when you say yes
to Love do you not 
flow with This
in any space.

You Are Awareness,
sense Love’s presence,
it is the natural flow
of You,
yes as human you do
have questions,
but does not Love’s answer
bubble up in you?

You need not know 
the how or why,
listen to your soul 
and not your mind,
Trust your Self 
who has been on 
this road 
an infinite number
of times.

Flow with Love,
align with This,
quiet the static 
of all else,
Here is Peace,
your natural 
vibration,
your soul reminds
Here All is Well!

Love’s Healing Balm

the body goes through,
Love is with you 
always, dear,
breathe in This 
and sense Love 
filling in any 
cracks or crevices
here.

May Love remind you
of your wholeness,
there is no-thing 
missing from you,
fill yourself with 
Love’s compassion,
Love always knows 
what to do.

Breathe in Love’s 
healing balm,
take a break,
what do you need,
let Love’s presence
create a loving space
for You, with Love,
to Be!

your feet firmly 
on the ground,
the human experience 
may cause you worry,
but return Here 
with Love all around.

You need not tell 
yourself more stories,
simply return to 
where Love Is,
this is You confident
and purposeful,
Be-ing present in 
each moment 
like This.

Say hello to your Self
who is forever Here
by your side,
your search is over,
Here You Are –
Love fully expressed
as your unique Light!

when you see Love

for Light,

feel so good,
life is a complex grid,
but connections made

within your mind,

this moment,
realigns you to 
your Source,
Divine.

Here is where
compassion flows,
this is the perfect
place “to go,”
when you wish 
for inspiration,
or to tap into 
what you innately
know.

Step away from 
wrong or right,
the world’s duality
loves to see a fight,
justification,
defensiveness,
loves to play in this 
world,
spreading its might.

Be You Love 
in this space
now,
you need not ask 
the why or how,
meet your Self,
release your burdens,
Trust and believe 
Love is all around!

Sometimes the past 
tugs at your memories,
the future beckons,
what will I be,
in This Present 
is Everything,
Be present with Love.

This is a challenge 
in linear time,
as past and future
are constructs here,
remember You Are
All of This –
Be present with Love.

Your mind uses thoughts 
to journey often,
taking you away from 
what is Here,
All that you have been
is in This Moment,
so stay present 
with Love.

The ego wishes to 
keep you splintered
into what you cannot
reach,
my dear, All is within 
your heart and soul – 
always present 
with Love.

Love This You with
all your heart,
Love is wholly,
holy You,
breathe in This precious,
sacred moment,
eternally present 
with Love!

Your Essence

Bless and honor your
earthly body,
it has tried to be 
so strong,
with all the contrasts 
in the world,
it may not know 
where it belongs.

You as Source knows
of Truth,
now as your wholeness,
embrace you,
your body holds 
your little child,
let this one know 
Love shows up 
for you.

Listen to what the 
body tells you,
it has tried to keep 
you safe,
return the favor,
whisper softly,
as you reassure 
there is another 
way.

See your self 
in your wholeness,
human and soul 
make up this You,
with This Alignment
may you balance,
letting judgment go,
accepting you.

Bring all parts of 
you together,
Love knows always
what to do,
see your body as 
this beautiful vessel,
who says yes to
Love’s Essence of You!
