Forgive yourself,
your slate is clear,
know This as Truth – 
only Love is Here.

Yes, choice is present 
in linear time,
say yes to Love,
let the past unwind.

You hold the key 
in your beautiful heart,
beyond forgiveness
is the Love You Are.

Welcome this You
who has never left,
arms of angels hold you,
when you need to rest.

With no conditions, Love
washes over you,
cleansed and free to Be,
this miracle is You.

With a grateful heart,
receive all blessings, dear,
you are safe and well,
always Love is Here.

Emergence

Are there not times 
you hibernate,
much like the bears
in winter’s cold,
huddled protectively,
keeping warm,
even as the ground 
is covered in snow.

At times winter’s patience 
may wear thin,
but as you know spring 
will surely come,
may you picture 
bear cubs newly arrived,
needing to den with
mother’s warmth.

In this seasonal cycle
may you receive
much needed Love,
warmth and time 
to Be,
as every cycle continues 
to turn,
there may be times 
when change is hard 
to see.

Be as the cub newly 
emerging,
when springtime comes 
to warm your grateful 
heart,
be refreshed and curious 
for a new beginning,
the Light of Love 
shines wherever 
you are!

Love’s Sweet Flow

Life can be like 
a roller-coaster,
you may go up then
come back down,
you may try all 
the rides available,
you may prefer 
feet on the ground.

You may feel 
over-extended,
or you may wish 
to further stretch
your wings,
is it not a wonder 
you may experience
whiplash,
with so many 
possibilities?

But there is a 
constant flow 
available,
a steady stream 
of Love and Peace,
this flow is present 
in All moments,
showing a way 
with Grace and Ease.

No matter the ride 
you take,
in the human story
experiences abound,
allow your soul to
find the sweet spot,
where Love and Peace 
sing the sweetest sound.

Some experiences you
would do again,
some arise that you 
would not prefer,
Love and Peace are with
you always, dear one,
your eternal soul 
will help you 
remember.

In Love’s Presence

Do not let time
or timing 
roll you into a 
ball that then 
constricts,
surrender to 
the timeless 
wellspring,
that flows eternally
amidst all of “this.”

Details and minutia 
can set your mind
spinning,
seeking attention,
saying, “look at me,”
yes you may cross 
things off your list,
but check in often 
with your energy.

There is doing and 
there is creation,
you know which parts 
of you does what,
might you blend all
parts of you together,
allowing what you create
to lead all subsequent 
thought.

When fear arises 
or worries of lack,
become the driver 
of what you do,
might you ask 
your soul to 
lead the way,
as Love’s infinite 
possibilities find 
their way to you.

Be grateful for the 
body that gives 
you feedback,
what wishes to be seen,
what do you feel,
in Love’s presence 
may you be reminded,
as Love’s Reality
you are already healed.

Simply, Love

There are no conditions 
to this Truth,
it is beyond bargaining,
deserving,
earned,
cause and effect 
are one and the 
same – 
as Love,
simply,
Is.

What part of you 
cries out for Love,
in your Wholeness 
you cannot lack,
beyond matter 
Love is You,
as Love,
simply,
Is.

Reframe the picture 
you think you see,
let Love clear the 
filters from your eyes,
at your core 
here Love always
resides,
as You,
yes Love,
Is.

Release

for what to do,
might you release 
to what you know.

As your attention 
is pulled away,
might you become
aware of your 
Eternal Seat,
Home.

Breathe in to draw
upon Love’s power,
release,
breathe out
what you have held.

Here is Freedom,
internal,
forever,
You Are Peace 
and 
All Is Well.

Love’s Possibility

Stretch yourself
beyond your 
comfort,
see how your soul 
responds with ease,
even when lessons 
appear not to your
liking,
might reasons be 
beyond what you 
can see.

Possibility lives in 
imagination,
always remember 
you are a creative 
force,
be aware when you
are saying “no” –
might saying “yes”
help you reset 
your course?

The ego is quick 
to shut down
what it fears,
the status-quo 
is where its 
comfort is,
allow your soul 
to speak to your
Heart of Joy,
as an infinite Be-ing,
are you not 
All of This?

This need not be 
a call to change 
the world,
though the world 
changes through 
your Vision of Truth,
be all that is possible
with your courageous 
heart – 
the manifestation 
of Love that shines 
eternally through You!

Release to Peace

Love your mind
and let it rest.

Yes, this may feel 
counter-productive
to the mental gymnastics
you do all day,
you sort,
filter and categorize
to make things fit
a certain way.

Might you accept 
there may always be
uncertainty, 
with the thinking mind 
of course,
but is it not when 
you surrender,
that you sense 
more strongly,
your connection 
to Source?

Thank your mind 
for always working,
though it gets tied up
in tightly wound knots,
do you not often 
feel like a pinball
that bounces off 
walls that are put
up?

There is release 
when stepping off the
wheel,
that spins around in
an endless loop,
let your heart show 
you true infinity,
Love’s sacred promise 
to Love and support you.

Love your mind and 
this earthly journey,
that sometimes feels 
like a rollercoaster ride,
allow your mind to 
take a break and rest,
upon the Peace
That You Are, 
inside!

Love’s Transformation

Let love soften 
all places 
where you have 
stored and stashed 
beliefs,
do you not trip 
on them quite often,
even as you search 
for some relief.

Do not let blocks 
of guilt or shame
cover you up
or quiet your voice,
they are here for
you to climb up,
to stand tall with 
each loving choice.

Embrace your inner 
critic,
who has worked hard 
for far too long,
might you suggest
another purpose – 
finding Love’s connections
instead of right or wrong?

Let Love transform 
what comes up,
asking for Love 
or to be seen,
with tenderness,
compassion,
Love enfolds you
with everlasting Peace!

Beyond Perception

Beyond perception – 
is Love.

You may at times
entertain perception,
wondering where is
Love now?

Let your defenses 
crumble to the 
ground,
with Vision for All – 
Here is Love.

Be a conduit 
for this sacred 
exchange,
what do you give
as you receive,
it is All one and 
the same,
beyond perception,
Here is Love.

In linear time,
in this place of 
space,
your thoughts may wish
to make boundaries 
here,
but as your heart is 
infinite and free,
do not place limits
on how you care.

Beyond perception 
is Love,
Love is in 
all places 
that you look –
open your eyes 
to your boundless 
heart,
beyond perception 
is Love’s Eternal 
Truth!
