A Peaceful Choice

There are a thousand ways 
to chip away at 
the walls that you 
build up,
but your quest 
for Love ends 
when you say,
all else – 
that is enough!

Here is Peace,
Here is calm,
no matter the storms 
that rise and fall,
when you realize 
Love has never left,
you know You are
part of the All.

May Love melt away 
any fears or doubt 
that make you
second-guess,
may your only choice 
be choosing Love,
releasing with Love,
all the rest.

Your Eyes of Love 
can look through 
any barrier you 
think you see,
Love is Here
singing with Peace,
you know This Song,
You Are the Harmony!

Be Today

Be today.

And yes, this may seem
like a paradox,
placing eternity next to
time and space.

But as human and
soul,
is this not a 
familiar place?

The vibration of Love 
sings out from all 
that surrounds this 
“you.”

Humanity is your 
current instrument,
what songs are sung 
by you?

Tune in,
tune up,
into this vibe,
that your soul 
wishes to play.

Return to where 
you started,
Be True,
Be Love
and 
Be today.

 

Your Truth

Stand tall in your
wholeness,
you have power you
cannot see,
This Strength,
This Courage,
This Light,
is your natural 
State of Being.

As human, 
you construct 
walls of protection,
as soul you are free
to move everywhere,
is it not your own beliefs
that limit or invite you
to explore Here.

As you integrate,
finding your balance,
question what no longer 
is True,
your Truth has always 
been alive within,
may Love’s Voice speak 
through the Truth of You!

Be Amazed

In This Moment,
Be amazed,
Be in wonder,
This is You.

Your eternal now 
is Here,
there is no-thing 
that you must do.

May This Presence
flow through all 
and everywhere 
you go today.

This Eternal Moment
is not time,
but time is enriched 
when Love shows 
the way.

Love is This Moment,
You Are Love,
embrace this infinite 
Whole of You.

With This remembrance,
Be amazed,
the Joy you seek 
is your Eternal Truth!

Here is Peace

You may think 
you need to do 
something,
shifting from
me and you
to One,
from the human 
perspective, 
this may be daunting,
but only when you 
see where you are 
coming from.

You have resonance,
soulful remembrance,
this is not a place 
you travel to,
it is helpful to change
human awareness,
but it is your soul 
that knows what 
is Truth.

In this upside down 
world,
you seek the Peace 
that you know is Here,
you will not find it 
in this world, eternal,
but may you feel it 
as you Be it, dear.

Be a beacon of Peace,
do not other souls then
recognize themselves,
as you all speak this 
unspoken language,
is This not how Peace 
assures All is Well.

Recognize This Peace,
This Love as You,
residing in the souls 
of All you meet,
may the powerful resonance 
of Love Eternal,
provide the rhythm of
deep, resounding Peace.

 

A Loving Pause

There is a pause 
between the seasons,
as the earth catches 
her breath,
in this space of 
possibility,
you may wonder 
what will happen 
next.

In this pause 
do not the trees
appear to know 
this is enough,
majestically they 
provided shelter
to help cool
everything off.

The birds begin 
their travels,
different sounds are 
in the air,
insects that sang 
summer’s hum,
now make way for 
crickets everywhere.

Might you pause 
between your spaces,
when you move from 
this to that,
notice with Gratitude 
what you are leaving 
and embrace what 
happens next.

Take a cue from 
Mother Nature,
transitional phases
are a natural way,
to embrace change 
and with wonder,
what might you 
experience today?

May you pause with 
no expectation,
follow your breath
to sense This Truth,
in This Moment of 
your perfection,
behold all possibility 
of You!

Love, Eternal

You Are Love and 
Love lasts forever,
you need not worry – 
your loved ones are 
Here,
loving bonds created 
with Love,
are eternal and 
exist Everywhere.

A part of you may seem
to be missing,
in the human life
you lead,
but You Are so much
more than human,
your souls are united 
infinitely.

Cherish your memories 
as you honor their lives,
but know their journey 
does not end,
they walk with you,
two worlds combining,
to support and cheer
your transformation.

Your heart may ache
with human longing,
but sense your heart
opening so wide,
is not your awareness 
over-flowing,
as you discover This Love 
inside?

Take Love’s hand,
it beckons to you,
see your self as 
Love sees you,
you share this journey
with all you Love,
who see with Grace,
this beautiful You!

This Peace

You may be wary
when feeling Peace,
waiting for the other 
shoe to drop,
ego wants you 
to stay alert,
to be prepared for 
what may come up.

Your Team,
your angels 
know you may 
need a hand,
this experience in life 
is not walked alone,
yes, ask for help,
but guidance is always
Here,
you live life’s experiences,
but you are always 
Home.

Reframe, rethink – 
what is This Peace,
is it not what you 
already know,
This Peace that passes
all understanding,
is constant and Here 
always in your soul!

Love’s Spiral

There is a spiral 
to life that shows
you,
different layers
in different scenes,
as your perception 
and awareness build,
do you not see Love
in Everything.

In these moments
of Love connecting,
two can share the 
power of One,
Be it in nature or
with fellow human,
sharing Love’s moment 
is joyful and fun.

What brings you all 
together,
it may be peaceful 
or maybe not,
but Peace and Love 
are a familiar language,
your souls are speaking 
even if you are not.

On your travels 
around Love’s spiral
may you see more 
clearly with ease,
Love is your foundation,
so walk, assured,
Here is always your 
Love and Peace.

May Love remind 
that you are holy,
you flow softly
as the breeze,
may the Peace at 
break of dawn,
continue to flow
as the Love you
breathe.

In this world there
is over-thinking,
might you set your 
thoughts aside,
tune into your Essence,
flowing,
you need not hang on 
to enjoy the ride.

Know you are connected
to your Be-ing,
your soul is eternally 
Here with you,
when you pause and 
seek reflection,
does not this soft Voice
speak to you?

Beyond the din 
of ego’s noise,
is the Truth of you,
so dear,
align with your
own flow streaming,
Here is Peace,
yes, Love is Here.
