ever brighter,
shining networks glow 
like the stars,
full moon beams
energetic blessings
that reveal the Truth 
of Who You Are.

Your body tingles with 
This knowing,
life is an adventure on 
your journey Home,
your soul revels in 
your awareness – 
life may seem separate,
but you are never alone.

Sense waves of Gratitude
washing over
this vessel you have traveled 
in for many years,
bask in the Light of 
the Universe glowing,
connected always with
fellow Lights so dear!

Know Peace

Peace resides within 
your heart,
you need not look 
for it anywhere,
Peace is beyond any
words or feeling,
it is as formless as
a breath of air.

Peace is a state of 
stateless Be-ing,
turn away from ego
to Be Peace Here,
the Peace that passes 
all understanding 
is innately You – 
so cherished and dear.

You crave peace in life
to be balanced and calm,
but This Peace is Home
to your Natural Self,
return to Heart,
let it hold you tenderly,
know Peace 
and know
All Is Well!

This Authentic You

Be you this day
grounded, authentic,
life will unfold and 
wash over you,
you may wish for 
more control,
but in each moment – 
you will know 
what to do.

Give yourself time
when time is needed,
Be aware of breath – 
your natural state 
of calm,
you can navigate 
swirling energies
by Be-ing present 
and carrying on.

You need not prove 
anything to anyone –
most especially to 
yourself,
life is challenging 
for everyone,
with Strength and Courage
ask each other for help.

Dive deep within to know
Who You Are,
believe and trust This 
authentic You,
stand tall and grounded
as the Love You Are,
navigating life from 
your innate Truth!

Your Voice Within

Your Voice within
has things to say,
what might you
receive today?

Release assumptions,
have-tos and shoulds,
what now comes up 
for you to do?

You find more ease 
when you let go,
now approach this day
with what You know.

As mind relaxes,
spirit is Here,
listen with your gut,
not only your ears.

Some paths in life
may not be smooth,
but find more flow
listening to You!

Be-ing Presence

Perception changes 
albeit slowly,
stay in your heart,
This Present Now,
your mind may wish to
figure out more details,
but Be-ing presence 
is the key to how.

The more you tap into 
This superpower,
might Peace ensue
to your surprise,
you need not change 
all things in the world
to Be as One with a 
stunning sunrise.

You may despair in a
tumultuous world,
but You Are Here
to Be Who You Are,
the world cannot help
but shine a little brighter
with the Presence of 
your Beautiful Heart!

A Remembrance of Faith

You hear that Faith will
bring you comfort,
you may think This 
is outside of you,
the Truth lies in your
current perspective,
are you looking from ego
or the soul of You?

You hear that All 
is Here within,
ego often works to 
strike this down,
you read to reach for
a Higher Power,
implying This is not
here on the ground.

Dear one,
there is Truth in
All you hear,
life shows you many
roads to Home,
the human experience has
you on this journey,
but Home is remembering 
what you already know.

Faith is not surrendering 
to “something” else,
you need not reach 
beyond or above,
Faith is a remembrance 
of Who You Are,
a sacred and cherished
creation of Love!

A Breath of Peace

May every breath 
be a meditation,
may awareness Be
with every move,
You Are Source having
This experience,
You Are holy 
in All you do.

Some do a walking 
meditation,
This embodiment of Peace
is a sacred prayer,
You Are This – 
you sense it as you 
watch
Love’s collective ripples
touch others Everywhere.

With intention,
Be Love’s meditation,
explore, yes – 
but find your way 
back Home,
your sacred breath 
is Here to remind,
Peace is the rhythm 
of your soul!

Here You Are

You Are wholly 
of the angels,
You Are Love in 
every breath,
You Are infinite 
vibration –
and Here You Are.

Here may look like 
you are separate,
life is a lens that 
can distort,
in times of trouble 
know the answer –
always, Here You Are.

Be This Strength
in times of turmoil
as innate Courage 
fills your heart,
Be Peace beyond 
your understanding,
grounded, eternal – 
Here You Are!

This Integrated You

Analytical minds love 
to plan, prepare,
this thinking in life 
has served you well,
it may calm some angst
about the future,
you create structure so
you will not fail.

 

You also love your 
imaginative mind,
Here is where you 
connect, receive,
you may sense there are
two parts of you,
how to merge as the
Oneness you know
and believe.

 

Build your awareness
of who is in charge,
might you let go of 
needing all “just right,”
allow your creative side
to take the lead,
fill in the rest later with 
your detailed mind.

 

You may be surprised as
pressure slips away,
when outcomes are not 
the driving force,
sense faith and trust
in you now grow,
as you enjoy the journey
now even more.

 

This integrated You is 
One with Flow,
you need all aspects 
of You in life,
play with surrendering 
more and more,
spirit has your back and
loves to share insights!

Be Peace Darling

You may not find Peace
where you’re looking,
it is not a location 
that you seek,
you work to turn 
your inside out,
when Peace feels close
you sneak a peek.

 

Peace is not an 
answer coming,
it is not a destination
to draw near,
Peace hums softly 
in your bones,
a call for you to 
remember dear.

 

Peace is your natural
State of Be-ing,
it never has disappeared
from you,
you need not find it 
in the world,
Peace is your soul’s
only point of view.

 

This is why we say –
Be Peace darling,
Be the entrainment 
you wish to find,
hum the melody of
your soul,
Be the Presence of Peace –
remember and remind.
