Listen to the trees
that speak,
you are surrounded 
by the sky,
every step you take 
upon the earth,
sends out a rhythm 
far and wide.

You share this space 
with Every One,
sense This Truth
within your soul,
you are in communication 
with all sentient 
Be-ings,
above and below.

You belong and 
you are needed,
yes, this world 
is very vast,
but as a created,
Divine expression,
You Are the fabric 
that forever lasts.

In this quilt lovingly 
stitched together,
yes, your stories 
tell a tale,
but may the golden thread
that weaves you,
remind always that 
All is Well.

Be as One with what 
surrounds you,
Here is more than 
what you see,
the rhythms of the 
Universe,
love to dance with you,
eternally.

Your Spirit Within

Do you not sense 
your spirit within,
does it not propel
you along the way,
be it desire or 
devotion,
what drives you to
explore today?

Love is a force 
that reminds you
is there not something 
that you miss,
in this chaotic human
experience,
you sense there may 
be more than this.

With a heart that 
is so tender,
with a graciousness 
so True,
tap into your innate
spirit within,
this Spark of Love 
that breathes you.

Play and create with
your True Nature,
Love delights when 
you sense This Truth,
Be as One with your
spirit within,
sense your magnificence,
the Truth of You!

This Perspective

Shift your perspective,
your awareness,
what other ways 
might you then see,
you have extended,
ethereal senses,
you may experience 
these differently.

Yes, your body can 
give you feedback,
but shift your focus 
on how you sense,
might the Whole of You
paint a picture,
helping you see with 
a different lens.

Let your heart,
your soul bring
into focus,
what you know 
is always there,
from this perspective 
is You, eternal,
this mindful moment 
contains Love always
Here.

You have Vision,
you know the way,
tune into your vibration
that sings This Song 
of You,
as you expand, 
extending your perspective,
find Here You Are,
with Love,
wholly You!

A Ripple of Love

You are a ripple 
of Love,
with no beginning 
and with no end,
you have purpose,
You Are Grace,
sense this sacred
flow within.

You are infinitely linked
throughout this
Web of Love that 
weaves its thread,
this guiding force is 
what propels you – 
on any journey 
you are always 
led.

In human time 
there is past and 
future,
but You as Love 
ripple eternally,
in Love’s Present 
Eternal Moment,
Here You Are,
sacred Divinity!

Fellow Lights

Love leaves a Light 
on always,
it is Here for you 
to see,
as Fellow Light,
You Are this essence,
believe and know,
then simply
Be.

In this world 
you give, receive,
this cycle is the 
way of life,
but You as soul
are Love’s infinite
spiral,
always aware of 
your beautiful Light.

As Light cannot 
be separated,
may you combine 
with Fellow Lights,
Be the Light that 
Love leaves on
for All to see,
This Love,
in life.

Forever, You

Let down your guard 
to hear Love’s message,
it has been within you
all along,
in the human realm,
there may be struggle,
as you search for where 
you truly belong.

My dear,
this Home is 
always with you,
it is not somewhere 
out of reach,
it resides wholly 
in your heart,
it is not external,
you need not 
seek.

This world sets up 
many contrasts,
you are weary of the 
bouncing from this 
to that,
in the center,
Here is Peace,
ask your soul 
to show you 
the way back.

Resist the urge
of push or 
pulling,
Love has a force 
all its own,
Here is the Peace 
that you have 
longed for,
in This Present,
welcoming 
you Home.

Beyond this world 
is You, forever,
you need not wait 
to sense This Peace,
with humility 
and open heart,
awaken to your eternal
Grace and ease.

This Belief

Release what tethers 
you to beliefs
that pass judgment 
upon you, dear,
might you realize 
your beliefs are often 
made up of old fears.

See your self as 
Love sees you,
this is the clearest
vision held,
you need not count 
on the chaotic world,
to let you know that
All is Well.

When you remove 
external needs 
that are precarious,
and not secure,
might you find your 
True Foundation 
is below, around you,
safe and sure.

This is a paradigm shift,
but This is not something
“out there”,
the word “external” 
without one letter,
is You, Eternal,
and always Here.

Place your energy,
your trust,
in This Belief
that beckons you,
Here You Are,
Love says with knowing,
You Are This 
and Love Is You!

A Natural Perspective

Be aware of your 
perspective,
Love can help you 
make a shift,
you may need to 
change your thinking,
for beyond thought is 
All of This.

Lower the volume of 
ego drowning out
what it thinks you 
must do,
in the spaces between
these words,
Here always within,
is Love,
is You.

You need not learn 
from ego’s perspective,
that is a rocky road
indeed,
release the judgment,
listen with your heart,
you will remember 
what you need. 

It is a challenge 
in this life to 
look beyond to 
what is Real,
bring in Love’s 
natural perspective,
and with This Vision
see All is healed!

This Gift

Be grateful for your 
Strength and Courage,
have they not been 
with you through all,
they have held your hand
through darkness,
sometimes helping to 
erect a wall.

Now with eyes that 
see more clearly,
you see the Light 
was always there,
you thought you needed
some protection,
Strength and Courage 
helped with care.

You have always had 
this power,
it is within you 
eternally,
Love and Joy are 
always with you,
as you now walk 
so fearlessly.

Bathe in This Light 
of pure awareness,
receive This Gift that 
blesses you,
You Are Love’s gift 
as your True Be-ing,
Love’s holy Light 
shines within you!

Love’s Experience

and Gratitude,
allowing curiosity
to lead the way,
might you ponder 
this present moment,
throughout your experience
of the day.

Yes, this world is 
linear,
but You as timeless
are ever-present Here,
may This experience
begin to merge,
may you sense All 
who are so near.

Angels, guides and 
loved ones, too
are part of your 
experience,
may the Joy of this 
awakening,
bring you Peace 
and confidence.

Set expectation 
to the side,
marvel at what 
you may sense,
trust and believe 
in your soul,
who joins with Love
in each experience!
