You wish for healing
of the past,
know consciousness
is not of time,
might you use
awakened awareness
so Light may clear
a shadow-y mind.

The mind holds and builds
intricate stories,
but always You can
re-write old scripts,
Be the Author now
awakened
and look with Love
upon All of This.

As the past lives in
mind and body,
Be This Presence and
with Love see –
what you hold onto
that was sleeping,
now as Love is able
to be free.

True forgiveness is
nothing to forgive,
may Grace enfold you
in its arms,
Be Here Now as
Loving awareness,
experiencing life as
Who You Are!
