Process your worry 
and your fears,
as human your mind 
has familiar plots,
yet beyond this 
story of you,
a super power arises 
to untie the knots.

You need not judge 
when you travel 
down familiar rabbit holes
so dark,
as You Are Light, 
omnipresent,
no matter where 
you are,
may you Light your
spark.

Might you reassure 
the parts of you 
who fight to keep
you safe,
dear child,
Love is always 
with you,
You Are Courage,
You Are Strength.

When it is hard to see
your True Nature,
know you are looking 
with ego’s eyes,
call on your Soul,
your I Am presence,
from this perspective 
do you not rise?

Honor emotion that 
brings awareness
to parts of you that
long to feel whole,
Love reminds,
You Are complete,
as One with Love,
You Are Loved, so!

Together

As you awaken 
upon your journey,
you may feel you 
are split in two,
your human heart 
aches for your 
loved ones,
your heart as soul 
knows they are 
with you.

You are a multi-layered 
Be-ing,
eternally connected 
to your Home,
Here is where Love 
has never left,
Beloveds assure 
you are not 
alone.

It is human to 
travel with grief,
it may create a path
for you to find,
Love has never 
disappeared,
Love’s web stretches 
beyond all space 
and time.

Encircle your human 
heart with Love,
loving your self 
frees you to see,
you and your 
Beloveds,
together,
are traveling this 
journey,
Eternally!

A Willing Journey

Seeing Love in 
another, 
is this not a reflection
of You?
You may travel 
many roads,
but do they not 
lead right back 
to you?

You may dismiss 
or not believe
that All Love 
is Who You Are,
as Love you see it
when you know it,
shining brightly as
Love’s star.

This Love is You
Precious One,
You Are wholly 
All of This,
the separateness 
that has you 
baffled,
is not your Truth,
it is a myth.

Though whilst experiencing
human form,
may you open and
receive,
in this being-ness,
Be of service,
a demonstration 
of knowing-ness 
beyond belief.

You need do 
no-thing,
let Love lead,
seeing with your
heart and soul,
journey with your
willingness,
with Joy step through 
Love’s open doors!

Echoes of Love

May you sense 
Echoes of Love,
do they not exist
in All Eternity,
do you not give 
and thus receive,
is this not a 
cycle through 
infinity?

Yes, in the time 
and space of life,
vibrations appear 
to move in and out,
but might you awaken 
to Love’s vibration – 
your Home,
your constant,
within,
without.

You Are an 
Echo of Love,
You Are your 
remembrance 
of All This Is,
align and know 
Who You Are,
as Love,
as Source,
You Are All 
of This!

All You Need

With awareness comes 
a fresh look,
at first you might 
not like what you
see,
old programming,
core beliefs,
paint a picture 
of what you believe. 

Resist the urge 
to judge or justify,
Here You Are 
ready to see at 
last,
you have choices,
better insights
into what is Real,
not made from 
what is past.

Life rewards struggle,
paired with survival,
you overcome obstacles 
that come up,
dear one,
you need not climb 
every mountain,
let angel wings 
help you to rise 
above.

You will always need 
to figure and 
analyze while here
on earth,
but be aware of 
these calculations,
and are they tied 
to what you are
worth?

May you embrace 
your Eternal Truth,
lightening your load 
as old stories clear,
your soul is ready 
to create,
with Love’s perspective,
All you need 
is Here.

Answer With Love

Answer Love’s call,
what would Love 
have you do today?
Start with yourself,
fill your tank up,
what possibilities 
may come your 
way?

You need not plan,
when answering yes,
be open to what 
opens up for you,
set aside your 
expectations,
behold what you 
with Love may 
do.

Answer your heart,
it speaks to you,
listen with openness 
and Faith,
answer with Love,
it is Who You Are,
Be the Essence of Love,
as You,
today!

Realization

May the knowing 
of your completeness
be a Light even 
when dark,
Here is Peace,
Here is Strength,
Love is the fuel of
your eternal spark.

Does not this
realization,
permeate your 
every cell,
with awareness
do you not realize,
You as soul 
knows
All is Well.

Your soul sits 
with your Team,
your angels,
guides
and loved ones,
too,
All of Love 
is All of This,
listen to This Truth,
All of This 
is You.

You are your
realization 
experienced,
yes, as minutes 
throughout the day,
but as soul 
You Are
This Moment,
experiencing wholeness
in every way!

A Dance With Peace

Look inward now,
precious child,
all you think you 
need is Here,
yes, you gather 
information,
but your True Knowing 
is oh so near.

As time is of this world
may you spend some 
of it now within,
with Peace,
this is a state
you can access,
by shifting perspective 
in any place.

May you integrate This 
throughout your day,
not setting aside 
the time to still,
invite the Peace that
dwells within,
to join you throughout
your day at will. 

Your ego mind has 
not the answers,
it need not be the 
one in charge,
You as Spirit
are Everywhere,
shift your intention
to the Love You Are.

Enjoy this dance with 
your True Partner,
move gently with spirit 
throughout your day,
Be amazed,
Be at ease,
Be the Peace that 
guides you in 
every way!

Rest, Relax

Take a breath,
rest, relax,
you may feel
you have worked
so hard,
letting go is sometimes
difficult,
to be aware and 
with Love, 
discard.

May you honor your
earthly journey,
even as you let some 
programs go,
the Love remains,
It is eternal,
and now you see 
Love even more.

Memories may shift
to bring you
the True Essence 
of Love’s Flow,
with forgiveness,
with compassion,
may you accept You
as the Love you know.

Yes, in this world 
you work,
but Love reminds 
you, dear, to play,
Be authentic,
Be You,
Be the Love You Are,
eternal,
always.

Here You Are

You Are Beloved,
precious child,
you need not carry 
a mantle of guilt,
your True Nature 
knows this fully,
you need not hide 
behind walls 
you’ve built.

You as spirit 
are flowing,
inspired,
your soul rejoices 
on this journey,
new,
your human self
may dig in deeper,
afraid of changes 
that are changing 
you.

May you see 
your Self 
as We do,
your loved ones,
angels and guides,
in your heart 
you know you 
hear Truth,
yet your ego wishes 
to ask why.

Receive Love’s Light
that sparkles around
you,
may Love lift you 
when you need
some reassurance 
Love is within You,
there is no place
Love cannot Be.

May your breath 
remind you of 
Home,
Here You Are
flowing and free,
Love is You,
beloved dear one,
may you trust,
receive,
and believe!
