behold the Joy of
Love flowing through.
As you rejuvenate
and ground,
may Love’s foundation
feel safe and firm,
now try on new ideas
and ponder,
what fits,
what doesn’t,
Love helps you discern.
You are not alone
upon your journey,
make sacred connections
along the way,
and always at your
Core of Be-ing,
is You, Beloved,
so loved,
always!

Change routine,
try something new,
weed and release
what becomes dense,
new growth flourishes
from the unexpected,
do not overthink –
does not Love
know best?
Become more comfortable
with not knowing,
does not possibility live
in this open space,
remember You Are
a creator,
with intention bring
Love to any place.
Give yourself time,
refuel with breath,
Be present with what
unfolds in life,
Behold your growth,
it is on-going,
the Universe sees always
your shining Light!

When you sense constriction
or static,
there is a place that
you can go,
use your breath and
Be expanded,
Here is your natural
State of Flow.
Is Here not space
to untie knots
that keep you tethered
in one place,
there may be thoughts
that get entangled,
expand now to your
natural state.
In this lighter
State of Be-ing,
may you relax your
working mind,
you may be surprised
when answers come –
as they are needed,
not tied to time.
Your human brain is
powerful, yes,
but your Soul Power
is Here for you,
flex these muscles
as you expand,
see what unfolds
in All You do!

take each step
on your journey,
discover your Self
in every one,
looking ahead may
be a mystery,
looking back – see how
far you’ve come.
This linear view
is but a way for
your human self
to experience life,
your True Essence
observes it all,
your Source of
Be-ing and
eternal Light.
Ego may search for
more understanding
to find the pieces
that make a whole,
dear one,
You Are whole and
complete already,
This is the Essence
of your soul.
As soul,
you walk with
this curious ego,
finding new discoveries
along the way,
but always This Peace
that passes understanding,
is Here within
This You,
always!

Follow the rhythm
of your soul,
you may sense
to rest,
another day says
go,
Be in tune with
the Cycle of You,
listen and Be
the rhythm of
your soul.
Your calendar lists
what next to do,
but if not all aligns,
be flexibility too,
you know how to pivot
when weather changes,
adjust to the rhythm
of your soul.
Do something for you,
be open to receive,
reacquaint with your Self,
trust and believe,
breathe in deeply –
Here You Are,
remembering Love’s rhythm,
dance with your soul!

for a peaceful
return,
Peace is always Here –
in your breath,
your human self takes
many journeys,
but return Here to
center and rest.
Ego has you reaching
for the external
to fill in spaces you
think are here,
Love reminds you
your Wholeness shines,
you will find within
what you seek my dear.
From This centered place,
now walk this journey,
knowing Peace always
walks with you,
as you engage with life
from this Fullness,
may Love and Peace flow
through all you do!

Reclaim your power –
don’t give it away
to whatever ego says
must go its way,
expected outcomes
can be restricting,
Be open to the
mystical –
see what spirit
might bring.
Your Strength is
creation,
set yourself free,
see what unfolds
and in you believe,
untie ego’s knots
that wish to keep
you small,
take a leap of faith,
Love will not let
you fall.
Release the old,
start with a blank
slate,
with Love’s infinite brush –
what will you create,
transformation converts
past to fuel,
Love’s brilliant Light
is empowering You!

You wish to know
all that is unknown,
but is this not what
the journey is for,
there is discomfort in
the “I don’t know,”
but is it not This that
has you opening doors?
If not for friction,
sand would not be
a pearl,
sometimes expectation may
disrupt your way,
Be patient as growth
needs time to unfold,
Be present,
Be in wonder throughout
this day.
Change and transformation
can create rocky roads
as ego wishes to control
and judge,
possibilities flourish in
the great unknown,
Be patient and receive
what comes to you
in Love.
Review the stories
ego tells you now,
peel back the layers
that are no longer
you,
the shedding process
may be uncomfortable,
but with loving patience –
may you create anew!

Soften your heart for
deeper connection,
with reverence,
allow your heart
to lead,
if there is disconnect,
return to roots,
tend to your garden –
nourish and weed.
In times of change
and energy shifting,
does this not stimulate
new-found growth,
you may not like discomfort
but do you then
not long for flow?
Move forward and
not backward,
resist the urge to
stay the same,
ego frets when things
start shifting,
but as Love’s creation,
embrace This change.
May you create sacred
space through your
heart,
You Are surrounded
with Love my dear,
may This Womb of Love
bring comfort
through all change and
transformation here!

do not give up
on your dreams.
Be a marvel of
possibility,
Be One with
Everything.
Be You,
Be authentic,
Love wishes to
hear your Voice.
If you stumble in
this world uneven,
Love resets your
Grace and poise.
It is your grounding
to Mother Earth,
that allows you
to soar so high.
