momentum of motion,
this flow of Love 
is Who You Are,
You Are Love’s Purpose 
in your Be-ing,
return to This 
when things feel 
hard.

May Love’s flow
help you align
to All You Are
and what you know,
your ego sometimes 
has you spinning,
keeping you in place,
afraid of your growth.

Take the hand of you
as your story,
with Love,
with compassion
help you to see,
no part of you 
is left behind,
your Wholeness grows
simultaneously.

Rejoice in this forward
movement,
each step is made 
with Love’s sweet 
Truth –
You Are All of This,
beloved,
trust in Love,
Love believes 
in you!

The Breath of One

Be the help where 
help is needed,
Be the hope when 
Light is dim,
Love works through 
all expressions,
see This Love,
in others,
within.

What you give,
do you not receive,
this care begins
always with you,
as Love flows freely
within, throughout,
Be This Expression
of Love,
This You.

Trust that what 
is needed,
is given,
a bigger picture 
you may not 
yet see,
the world itself 
may not make 
sense,
but You know 
a Greater Reality.

May Love help bring you
greater ease,
share this lovingly 
with All you see,
when you unite 
with fellow Lights,
may the Breath of One
help All Be Peace.

This Light

There is no stopping 
a Light of Love,
This Presence felt
is never gone,
yes, in the physical 
your heart may break,
but This Light assures 
you are not alone.

Eternal bonds stretch
but never break,
your Light of Love
is with you Here,
you sense their presence,
believe This Truth,
This Light loves you 
and is always near.

You see the signs 
that are for you,
take comfort as 
you smile and know,
your loved one’s Light
is with you now,
together, always,
This Light, 
your soul.

Sacred Ground

May Love be the ground
upon which you walk.

You as soul knows 
the greater You,
but you on earth 
may wonder what 
to do – 
may Love be the ground
upon which you walk.

You sense Love’s Peace
connected to your
heart,
but in this world,
you may feel apart –
may Love be the ground
upon which you walk.

You wish to integrate,
not feel so torn,
sometimes this path
may feel long and worn,
but Love is the sacred
ground upon which
you walk.

You walk with Love
be it here or there,
whatever step you take,
Love is always Here,
yes, Love is the ground
upon which you walk.

Breathe deeply,
Here You Are,
forever with Love,
be you near or far,
Love is the ground,
your foundation,
Everywhere You Are!

An Amazing Grace

Love says gently,
do we not travel 
together Here,
You Are part of 
the Web of Love,
Light is You
and We Are You,
dear.

Let us All 
share hearts
together,
connected as the 
sky to star,
as tree roots need
its rich soil,
relationship is 
Who We Are.

We Are All 
teachers and 
students,
evolving as We 
sense Our Strength,
there is learning
in this sacred dance,
may We move 
as One today.

Hello Love,
your heart knows 
This Presence,
ask for Love 
to gently surround,
allow amazing Grace
to remind, dear one,
you are never lost,
only forever found!

The Key of Love

Follow the music
in your heart,
is this not where Love
sings its song,
you are an instrument
in this orchestra,
your soul loves to
sing along.

Those you Love 
are part of This,
allow the notes to 
take you there,
you are All listening
to the same music,
the Key of Love is 
Everywhere.

Yes, as human you 
miss their presence,
but know their presence 
is always with you,
Love finds ways to
help you sense the 
Eternal Love that 
always flows through. 

Your tender heart may
feel bruised or battered,
but Love’s eternal rhythm
beats strong and True,
you are surrounded,
Loved and nurtured,
Love plays its Love Song 
always for you!

A Refreshing Release

Take a look at 
repeating patterns,
might you need 
to refresh some 
space,
bring your awareness 
to your reactions,
or to old paradigms 
that need replaced.

You are evolving, 
creating, expanding,
finding patterns you 
no longer need,
thank them for their 
past expressions,
as you release,
asking Love to lead.

Build your awareness,
ask Love to show you,
what is asking to 
be seen,
as you weave Love 
throughout your story,
might there be changes
to your script,
each scene.

The Essence of You 
is possibility,
and in this world you 
constantly grow,
expand your self,
be open to change,
create and evolve,
Being the Love you know!

The Kindness of Faith

When you hear 
discordant chatter,
you may lose faith 
in humankind,
but are there  not 
many examples,
of helpful exchanges,
loving and kind.

You need not put 
your faith in 
human behavior 
that displays ego’s 
needs,
but at the core 
of every human,
is a Light you may
or may not see.

Might you set aside 
expectation for everything
to make sense,
remember, your own 
belief system may diverge
from family or friends.

But faith in Love,
in Light that looks 
beyond the stories 
woven here,
might This Faith 
create safe harbor
for others to believe 
Love is Everywhere. 

Let your Faith express
in kindness,
let your Light help
you to see,
there may be struggle
upon the earth,
but Love is Here 
for all humanity!

 

Here You Are

Loving yourself,
loving another,
it is really all 
the same,
begin within,
smooth out your 
edges,
turn up your Light 
to find the way.

Peel off the layers 
that keep you small,
you need not fight 
to receive This Truth,
when you see You 
in your loving reflection,
might you then see 
all others anew.

Rewrite your stories 
to reflect This Love,
you are the author,
what will you do?
Create your space,
safe and nurtured,
from this Seat of Love,
is the Authentic You!

Here, There and Everywhere

Your breath takes you
to your center,
your mind’s thoughts
can scatter about,
when you sense turmoil
within you,
is this not you 
identifying without.

Might you be aware 
of your in-between,
where Peace is only 
a breath away,
you may have feet 
in different places,
but in your heart,
you know the way.

In-between is not 
uncertain,
it is a blending of 
All of You,
Here is where forgiveness 
paves the way,
to release the judgment 
of the human you.

May Love create 
this space,
so sacred,
You Are held in 
the Womb of Love,
you are safe,
so Loved and 
cherished,
Here Love as Source,
honors you.

You need not move 
to a different level,
you are All of This
right Here,
on earth, 
in-between,
and Here at Home,
You Are whole 
and complete,
always,
my dear.
