Here is your foundation,
forever yours to keep,
no matter what transpires
in the earthly air,
This Vibration of Love
is always there.

Yes, your human heart
gets bruised,
may crack,
but This loving Vibration
always has your back,
you may not wish
for all that you feel,
but your Eternal Heart
is whole and healed.

Listen to Love’s hum,
yes Love is Here,
loved ones and angels
are always near,
may you sense This,
be you awake or asleep,
your Vibration of Love
is strong and deep.

around all you Love,
to protect,
preserve,
your heart connection
is All of This,
Love is eternal,

Experiences in life
may bring up fear,
you may feel small
with no control,
remember innately
You Are Strength
and Courage,
Love is infinite,

You cannot lose
what is forever connected,
your souls dance Here
and in this life,
you wish to know
the next page in
your story,
know Love is Here,
Love stays.

You need not hold
all others together,
may Love be the glue,
the healing balm,
Be This Love that
is You, shining,
Be-ing Love eternal,
Love is Here,
always.

Knowing Forgiveness

and fully live.

In this life what do
you cling to,
what feels heavy,
an unseen weight,
what judgments do
you give life to –
know forgiveness
and fully live.

These may be external
experiences,
but as human all
are internally held,
what is ready to be
released,
know forgiveness
and fully live.

Who do you see
in the mirror,
might you gaze
with loving eyes,
Love’s healing power
is you remembering,
knowing forgiveness
to fully live.

You need no justification,
no-thing to score
or to add up,
This Moment now
is perfect timing,
know forgiveness
and fully live.

Unconditional Love
is All of This,
You as soul
know this well,
breathe in This Truth,
say yes to
knowing forgiveness –
You Are fully Love!

A Loving Reflection

Help each other,
be your brother’s Light,
your extended hand
lifts your sister upright,
You All are Here –
life moves through You,
you are linear time
and wholly infinite, too.

You need each other
in this time and place,
though you may have
experienced this in
another place,
as you awaken
and remember more,
is Love not the Force
that you are living for?

See the bigger picture,
a cosmic view,
you are both individual
and One Light shining
through,
with your heart that
beats as One,
might you remember
your Home,
where You come from.

In the rip and tears
that life can bring,
your Love song heals
when your heart sings,
may your Light shine
for humanity to see,
All are reflecting
One Love,
infinitely.

Love sees you
and honors
your sacred core
that is your Truth,
sense your Strength,
your innate power –
Here You Are.

You are weary of
feeling the burdens
that your human self
may bear,
ask Love to help to
transform them,
Love says –
Here You Are.

Does not friction create
such beauty,
as the oyster with
its pearl,
with the blessings of
all those before you,
precious One –
Here You Are.

You shine with
your spark,
eternal,
your willingness helps
you believe and know,
you are connected,
needed, cherished,
Love is grateful –
Here You Are.

Give Gratitude
to cells in your
body,
they are working
on your behalf,
as a “cell” in the
Universe,
what might you give
then sense it coming back.

Yes, your biology
can teach you
something,
where does anything
begin or end,
as life is cyclical
in its nature,
systems work together
throughout,
within.

You see your Light
as separate in
this world,
but your Light
cannot Be alone,
it is the life-force
of All That Is,
you as one expression
are always part of
the Whole.

Give Gratitude to All
expressions of One Love,
You are All manifesting
as One,
explore, rejoice
in your own
experience,
and know your Light
forever shines
at Home.

your Voice within
knows what to say,
open all windows
of possibility,
your tender Strength
sets yourself free.

Be the balance of
gentle and strong,
Here in This Truth
is where you belong,
loved ones and guides
love to meet you Here,

Lean in to you,
be not afraid,
your soul’s foundation
has the groundwork laid,
walk with confidence,
head held high,
your Essence radiates

Be aware of comparisons,
contrasting,
yes in the world
there is much of
this,
check in with what
makes you take notice,
what self judgment
do you pair it with.

Might you notice
differences,
and extend arms to
embrace with Peace,
when you accept, allow
for someone else,
are you not accepting you
with Grace and ease.

Comparisons need a
place to start,
why not be open
to how you see you,
may your loving heart
embrace yourself,
not needing others
to define you.

Whilst in this world
you can use judgment,
to sense what cries out
in you,
may Love reassure
your human perspective,
to remind you are
the perfect You!

when seasonal changes
affect you,
be gentle with you,
dear one,
comfort your self today.

What feels heavy that
you hold,
Love helps you to
carry this,
you comfort others now
take a breath and

With compassion for all

the very best that
they can,
know you, too, need
reassurance,
comfort your self today.

See your Self in
the Light of others,
All Are Here to
experience Truth,
with the gentleness
of Love, so tender,

what emotions,
uneasy feelings
come up that are
so familiar to you.

Now embrace This Moment,
This Truth of You,
in your eternal presence
Here,
do not give past
any more power,
that is ego’s way
to keep you tied up
there.

You are a creator,
as You Are created,
This Moment is a
fresh slate for you
to see,
in This Moment of
Love cascading,
what do you shape
from Love’s True
energy?

Let go of perceived
past transgressions,
You Are Here with
Love showering you,
this Source of Love
is You this moment,
receive Love’s gift –
This Gift of You!
