Love sees you,
give yourself some 
gentle Grace,
release the judgments 
that you have,
do they not feel heavy
in time and space?

May your breath help 
with release,
so you may remember 
this shiny You,
the world is not 
an easy place,
but Grace and Ease
are innately You.

Soften your look as 
you now gaze
into a mirror,
looking back at
you,
may you send out 
This Gift of Love
and then receive 
what flows through 
you.

May you nurture 
your self today,
being so gentle
with you, my dear,
release all struggle 
and join with Love,
You Are always Home,
Love is always Here!

Answering Hope

Be the hope that 
you wish for,
in This Moment,
with This Breath,
as This Love,
Be This Peace,
let This Moment 
fill the rest.

As Love’s wave,
do You not ripple,
never leaving your 
beloved Source,
Be the answer that 
you look for,
within You is
Love’s Eternal Force.

Be Love with brother 
and sister,
no judgments made,
try this today,
Love is the hope 
that you wish for,
You Are This Love,
forever,
always!

The Truth of You

Ego wishes for you 
to feel powerless,
so you will follow
ego’s way,
sense Love’s strong 
foundation now,
rise up and stand 
upon This today.

Fear and doubt 
may feel like 
cracks,
ego expands these 
to pull apart,
but Here is where 
Love’s Light will
shine,
reminding you of 
Who You Are.

Yes, in the world 
of time and space,
opportunities arise 
so you may too,
stand upon your 
Foundation of Love,
safe and secure in 
the Truth of You!

The One of You

Heal your self,
Love says softly
and you may ask,
how is this done?
Love your self,
all parts of you,
the self you see
and everyone.

This is not an 
individual endeavor,
see the Heart of You
expand,
You Are All 
that exists before 
you,
including sea,
the sky,
and land.

Do not leave out 
any one aspect 
that brings up 
emotion in you,
Be the experience 
of transformation,
as you allow Love 
to flow through.

Shine your brightest Light 
as you hold up 
your connection to 
Love’s web,
but see your Self 
not as each part,
but as the Whole 
Oneness instead.

Healing is the flow 
of Love that reaches 
through the Heart of 
You,
join your brothers and 
your sisters,
the Whole of Love 
is the One of You!

Be patient.
Be Love.

It matters not 
how sharpened edges
may have evolved 
throughout your life,
fear brings out the 
urge to defend,
finding ways 
to justify.

With awareness
you can look 
at your reactions,
words and tone,
is it your safety 
that feels challenged,
what makes you 
push back,
saying no?

There are myriad paths 
to take,
might you expand your
point of view,
creating in a world
of chaos may bring out
the little child in you.

Be aware,
Be gentle,
Be compassionate
with you,
letting go of your 
defenses opens 
you up to the 
expanded You.

Here is where you receive
the inspiration that
flows through you,
Here is Peace,
Grace and ease,
behold Love’s Light 
that shines through
You!

You may think 
there are broken 
pieces,
unfinished parts 
that look for 
the whole,
my dear,
You Are Love as
your True Essence,
whole and complete,
is You as Soul.

Life is messy 
with beliefs
that build up 
much like mud
in spring,
may Love grace you
with its Light
that washes away 
what you no longer 
need.

And always present,
Here at Home,
Love graces you 
with judgment gone,
see your self in 
This new Light,
release regrets,
their hold is 
gone.

Receive the Grace 
of Who You Are,
standing in your 
power safe,
sense the oneness
of your Soul,
upon your journey,
Love shows the way!

can be frustrating,

story details
and keeps you 
wrapped up within 
this book,
continue diving
below the pages
to Who You Are
and with new eyes,
look.

Ask angels, guides 
to assist with 
clarity,
may your intention 
be to fully know,
the Truth of You
is healed and holy,
release whatever is 
trying to tell you no.

Say yes to Love,
say yes to You,
release all judgment 
and blame of you,
with no conditions,
You Are Loved 
fiercely,
herein lies the Power 
and Truth of You!

You hear of “holding space”
as a compassionate 
act of Love,
to sit with,
to honor,
to Be,
with another, 
sharing Love.

Might you extend,
expand this presence,
filling in space 
that separates,
does not this space 
then become spaceless,
as Love Everywhere 
is Eternity.

We talk of space
in time and place,
as you walk upon 
the earth,
with intention,
connect beyond,
as collective souls,
you are not of 
this world.

Fill the spaces,
bridge the gaps,
begin with you,
whole and True,
there is no space 
where Love is not,
awaken Lights,
to the One 
of You!

the rough edges,
yes, sometimes 
prickliness appears,
the ego likes to 
draw attention,
using the body 
to stir up fear.

Provide sweet comfort
where it is needed,
you need not fight 
within your self,
you know where 
Peace resides, patient,
you hear soul 
say All is Well.

Relax and let the 
day unfold,
you need not gear up
or prepare,
may a Gift of Love 
be your compassion
to your self,
as loving care.

May Love fill up 
all your senses,
may you sink
into Love’s Arms,
breath in Love,
Peace and Compassion,
Here is Home
where you belong.

Beyond Description

Come sit beside me,
Love says gently,
come and rest
your weary head,
when you tire of 
looking, seeking,
return to Here,
your Home, 
instead.

Even in this world 
that struggles,
All of You are
All of Me,
We Are One,
beyond description,
words fail to grasp
the beauty of this
harmony.

You sense Love 
in nature Be-ing,
Here it is in music 
that moves,
in the stillness
your heart beats 
the Truth that 
returns you 
back to You.

You know surrender 
is a pathway,
think of release as
empowerment,
when you let go of
cumbersome armor,
might you now see
your soul’s embodiment?

Here You Are,
Love reminds,
dearly,
rest a moment,
remember Peace,
now with the Light 
of a thousand stars,
shine brightly, 
dear One,
Home and free!
