You Are Love as

is You as Soul.

Life is messy
with beliefs
that build up
much like mud
in spring,
may Love grace you
with its Light
that washes away
what you no longer
need.

And always present,
Here at Home,
Love graces you
with judgment gone,
see your self in
This new Light,
release regrets,
their hold is
gone.

Receive the Grace
of Who You Are,
standing in your
power safe,
sense the oneness
of your Soul,
upon your journey,
Love shows the way!

transformed,
your innate power
is fully part of

external control
can be frustrating,
inconsistent and
hit or miss.

Ego takes your
story details
and keeps you
wrapped up within
this book,
continue diving
below the pages
to Who You Are
and with new eyes,
look.

Ask angels, guides
to assist with
clarity,
may your intention
be to fully know,
the Truth of You
is healed and holy,
release whatever is
trying to tell you no.

Say yes to Love,
say yes to You,
release all judgment
and blame of you,
with no conditions,
You Are Loved
fiercely,
herein lies the Power
and Truth of You!

You hear of “holding space”
as a compassionate
act of Love,
to sit with,
to honor,
to Be,
with another,
sharing Love.

Might you extend,
expand this presence,
filling in space
that separates,
does not this space
then become spaceless,
as Love Everywhere
is Eternity.

We talk of space
in time and place,
as you walk upon
the earth,
with intention,
connect beyond,
as collective souls,
you are not of
this world.

Fill the spaces,
bridge the gaps,
begin with you,
whole and True,
there is no space
where Love is not,
awaken Lights,
to the One
of You!

Let Love smooth off
the rough edges,
yes, sometimes
prickliness appears,
the ego likes to
draw attention,
using the body
to stir up fear.

Provide sweet comfort
where it is needed,
you need not fight
within your self,
you know where
Peace resides, patient,
you hear soul
say All is Well.

Relax and let the
day unfold,
you need not gear up
or prepare,
may a Gift of Love
be your compassion
to your self,
as loving care.

May Love fill up
all your senses,
may you sink
into Love’s Arms,
breath in Love,
Peace and Compassion,
Here is Home
where you belong.

Beyond Description

Come sit beside me,
Love says gently,
come and rest
your weary head,
when you tire of
looking, seeking,
return to Here,
your Home,
instead.

Even in this world
that struggles,
All of You are
All of Me,
We Are One,
beyond description,
words fail to grasp
the beauty of this
harmony.

You sense Love
in nature Be-ing,
Here it is in music
that moves,
in the stillness
your heart beats
the Truth that
returns you
back to You.

You know surrender
is a pathway,
think of release as
empowerment,
when you let go of
cumbersome armor,
might you now see
your soul’s embodiment?

Here You Are,
Love reminds,
dearly,
rest a moment,
remember Peace,
now with the Light
of a thousand stars,
shine brightly,
dear One,
Home and free!

upon your journey,
you may feel you
are split in two,
your human heart
aches for your
loved ones,
your heart as soul
knows they are
with you.

You are a multi-layered
Be-ing,
eternally connected
to your Home,
Here is where Love
has never left,
Beloveds assure
you are not
alone.

It is human to
travel with grief,
it may create a path
for you to find,
Love has never
disappeared,
Love’s web stretches
beyond all space
and time.

Encircle your human
heart with Love,
loving your self
frees you to see,
you and your
Beloveds,
together,
are traveling this
journey,
Eternally!

Do not judge
your emotions,
observe with Love
as they move
through,
might they bring
up to Light,
feelings that dwell
deep within you.

Surround with care,
invite them in,
might you with Love
let them know,
they may feel like
broken pieces,
but rest assured
All are part of
the Whole.

In this holy state
of Love,
may your Wholeness
help you to see,
All of You are
One with Love,
held with sacred
care, eternally!

Reset With Love

Hand over your struggle,
Love can help to
ease the way,
when ego buttons
get pushed,
what might help you
throughout this day?

When there are things
out of your control,
this may bring fear
bubbling up for
you,
remember and remind
your self,
your Self is always
Here for you.

Instead of trying
to swim upstream,
release and set
your intention clear,
ask what forgiveness
opportunity
wishes for you to
draw it near?

Yes in life your
initial response
is to look outside
of you,
but is not your power,
your True Essence,
wholly within
This Self
of You?

In this peaceful
State of Being,
may what you need
be able to flow,
what you require
is but a reset,
as Love reminds you
what you know.

Step off this path
of struggle,
walk with ease with
what you know,
All Love within is
always Here,
dear precious One,
you are never alone!

May you sense
your loved ones
now,
you need not wait,
allow your soul,
to show you there
is no distance,
there is no place
you need to go.

Yes as human
you know loss,
but simultaneously
in you dear,
your soul is with
your beloveds,
connected always
and oh so near.

Your human heart
may feel broken,
but it is resilient
and so strong,
may you go here
with your intention,
is it not Here where
Love belongs?

Let your soul
reassure,
there are no apologies
to make,
this loving bond
is eternal,
connected to you,
always.

May you sense
your loved ones
now,
and as human know
This is True –
Love is Here
within your heart,
where your Beloveds
are loving you!

Rest, Relax

Take a breath,
rest, relax,
you may feel
you have worked
so hard,
letting go is sometimes
difficult,
to be aware and
with Love,
discard.

May you honor your
earthly journey,
even as you let some
programs go,
the Love remains,
It is eternal,
and now you see
Love even more.

Memories may shift
to bring you
the True Essence
of Love’s Flow,
with forgiveness,
with compassion,
may you accept You
as the Love you know.

Yes, in this world
you work,
but Love reminds
you, dear, to play,
Be authentic,
Be You,
Be the Love You Are,
eternal,
always.
