There is an infinite
Flow of Love
that moves within you
and lovingly surrounds,
it is as close as
your breath,
reminding you
Love is always
around.

You may at times
feel it is hard
to get the body
to move with ease,
shift your focus
to Love’s smooth
flow,
let it lift you up
so that you may
fly free.

Let Love remove
all obstacles
that have you convinced
you may be stuck,
my dear,
you cannot be
held back,
let go of thoughts
that you are not
enough.

Let Love flow through
you and sense
This Peace that will
always remind you –
grace and ease is
Love’s sweet blessing,
step with Courage into
the Flow of You!

Here You Are

You Are Beloved,
precious child,
you need not carry
a mantle of guilt,
your True Nature
knows this fully,
you need not hide
behind walls
you’ve built.

You as spirit
are flowing,
inspired,
your soul rejoices
on this journey,
new,
your human self
may dig in deeper,
afraid of changes
that are changing
you.

May you see
your Self
as We do,
your loved ones,
angels and guides,
in your heart
you know you
hear Truth,
yet your ego wishes
to ask why.

Receive Love’s Light
that sparkles around
you,
may Love lift you
when you need
some reassurance
Love is within You,
there is no place
Love cannot Be.

May your breath
remind you of
Home,
Here You Are
flowing and free,
Love is You,
beloved dear one,
may you trust,
receive,
and believe!

This Gift

your perceived
story,
what might you
extend to then
receive,
relationship
is a means to
discover,
what you are ready
to transform and
believe.

When you share Love
with no strings,
do you not free
yourself as well,
this Flow of Love
is what you seek,
you hold the key,
you cannot fail.

Dive to the core
of your eternal
heart,
here find the way,
your Truth and
know,
as a powerful vessel
of Love,
where do you wish
for Love to go?

Hold in your heart
All who you wish
to receive Love’s
blessing and then
know, too,
This Gift of Love
you so tenderly
send,
always finds its way
back Home to You!

Be Gentle, You

Take care of you,
precious child,
do not invite guilt
when you do,
life is not what
you produce,
Love breathes you life,
this spark of You.

Ego may shake its
judging finger,
when it thinks you
could do more,
never satisfied, ego
makes up stories
that you have heard
before.

When ego interrupts
your sleep,
trying to sneak in
thoughts of woe,
might you call out
these old stories,
seeing them anew
with what you know.

Might your soul
see a new chance
for you to bring
the old to Light,
clearing out need not
wait for spring,
through darkness,
You Are Eternal Light.

Take care of you,
be gentle, child,
begin with You
to see This Truth,
your forgiveness
frees your soul,
to show you,
clearly,
Love is You!

A Return to You

Find Peace
in a joyous
return to
You.

You know this
familiar feeling,
when Light returns
to lighten you,
calm and patience
say hello,
as you rejoice in
this return to
You.

It is not based
upon the external,
though, yes,
that may help
as well,
but which comes first,
external or intention,
to lovingly return
to You.

Begin within,
when disruption
happens,
blame and judgment
have no power Here,
what do you learn,
what needs released,
so you may peacefully
return to You.

Planetary shifts
may shift your
comfort,
realign to what is
always True,
with compassion,
as Grace freely
shared,
Be Peace in this
loving return
to You.

Choosing You

When a problem arises,

do you not sometimes

stomp and fret,

is not frustration

when perceived control

slips beyond your

human grasp.

What to do when

Peace eludes you,

when solutions are not

coming fast,

might you realize

your reaction is focusing

on what never lasts.

When emotions have

moved through you,

might you shift to

truly see,

the root of angst,

of your frustration

may not be what

it seems to be.

Ask your Higher Self,

ask spirit,

to help you see

with a clearer lens,

what self-judgment may

need clearing,

so you may breathe

with Peace again.

These situations,

perceived problems,

are not for you

to beat up you,

are they not loving

opportunities

for you to choose Love

in all things you.

With compassion,

with gentle soothing,

receive what Love

wishes you to know,

in your humanness

or your True Nature,

you are adored

and

You Are Loved, so!

This Light

your foundation
firm,
stand secured and
anchored upon This,
let emotion,
experiences flow
through you as
you remember
You Are This.

When weighed down
with life’s heaviness,
your Strength and Courage
are always at the fore,
let Love lift what
you no longer need,
Love’s Light dispels
shadows from before.

See clearly now
with Light so
you may see,
Love is eternally Here
with you,
you may have thought
you struggled alone,
but Love has always
shined through You.

Stand with Love now,
secure and safe,
Love’s power forever
flows through you,
receive,
accept This Truth
and know,
Beloved One,
This Shining Light
is You!

Honoring

You may feel burdened,
overwhelmed,
feeling your back
against a wall,
sometimes you believe
struggle is needed
to keep your head
above it all.

Yes, this world has
many experiences
that ego loves to
wrap with fear,
might you take a breath
and remember,
you need not fight
to survive,
my dear!

Sometimes fear latches
onto memories
that were developed
at a young age,
might you shower
younger you with Love,
giving Gratitude to
who you are, today.

Embrace this opportunity
to honor emotions
that run so deep,
shedding a tear,
holding you close,
may you release
old thoughts that
you keep.

Extend a loving hand
to any parts of you
that wishes to know –
All of You
is
All of Love,
All is Well,
You Are Loved, so!

This Fountain of Love

Bring your worries,
your doubts,
to the Eternal Fountain
of Love.

Forgiveness flows here
always,
reminding below is
what is above.

Drink freely from
this cup,
that runneth over
and never runs
dry.

Bring to the surface
what hides in
shadow,
bless with forgiveness,
shower with Light.

Blessed Child of Love,
believe,
what your soul wishes
you to know.

You are awash in
the Fountain of Love,
forever loved
and never
alone.

A Loving Inventory

When bubbling emotions
come to the top,
you need not hide them
or make them pop,
they may have messages
for you,
to look with clarity and
see what is true.

As a child you do what
you need,
to make sense of what
may feel scary,
now with discernment
and your Truth as Love,
with clear eyes now,
what are you still
scared of?

Old familiar patterns
may still run through
the body that holds on
to what you used to do,
recalibrate,
re-tune to what you
know,
with Gratitude,
what can you lovingly
let go?

Do not fret when
in the midst of this,
this loving inventory
is a gift,
honor all phases life
may bring to you,
remembering always,
Love is All of You!
