Loving Kindness

What makes you
uncomfortable?
It may not be
what you think,
as you look beneath
the story,
what beliefs do you
now see?

In early years of
trying to
make sense of this
oft-senseless world,
there may have been
choices made,
that helped deflect
feelings of hurt.

My dear,
compassion is the
answer
to all judgments that
come up,
what you judge in
another
may be what you
are fearful of.

You need not unravel
every detail,
or analyze every step
you take,
but being gentle
with you
is the best choice
you can make.

When compassion flows
within,
it cannot help but
be shared,
with loving kindness
to your self,
rejoice that Love
is Everywhere!

Comfort and Kindness

Find comfort in the
familiar,
but try something new
today,
as created,
You Are creator,
what once was work
might you turn
into play?

What might you do
to make you smile,
and do not others
light up with this,
love and laughter
are contagious,
All souls respond
to light-heartedness.

Pamper yourself,
treat you with care,
are you then not
better able to give,
comfort and kindness
are Universal,
beginning with you,
what might you
forgive?

Find comfort with you
today,
Be at Home wherever
you may be,
You Are a Be-ing
of Love and blessings,
share All of This,
and as Love,
Be free!

An Infinite Embrace

Be lifted in Love’s Light,
Love reflects in
All you see,
as you share what
you create,
does Love not expand
exponentially?

Be Love’s mirror in
another’s eyes,
so all may see this
loving Truth,
you may see separate
beings here,
but as One Love,
you are seeing
You.

Visualize your arms
as infinite,
holding All of you
in this loving embrace,
may your heart grow
three sizes as Love
is the gift you share
with All, today!

This Instant

Precious child,
may Love remind,
you are never lost,
you are safe and
sound,
no matter the life experience,
your True Self
flies with angels
around.

Your human self
has worked so hard
to find a compartment
to fit in,
my dear,
there are no edges
to you –
You Are infinite Light
eternally within.

Yes, consciousness
can be deceiving,
tempting you to think
that this is it,
your soul’s essence
knows the Truth,
as part of the Whole,
You Are All
of This.

Yes, be grounded to
secure your footing,
but know you are free
of any human strife,
in This Instant
of recognition,
may you behold
your Infinite Light!

Kindness

Kindness is the
expression
of Love’s
unconditional
flow.

Let go of your worldly
conditions,
sharing This Love
that you know.

Leave your judgments
on the bank,
step into Love’s
river that never
runs dry.

Kindness is an
act of compassion,
not needing to ask
how or why.

Be Love’s bridge
as you connect
with your brother
or sister today.

Your heart knows
the language of
kindness,
allow your heart
to show you
the way.

Kindness is the
expression
of Love’s
unconditional
flow.

Be kind,
Be Truth,
Be real,
Be You –
as Love,
as One Who
knows.

Revelation

that you seek.

Welcome Home,
beloved child,
see your Self
as the Love
You Are,
as you drop your
false beliefs,
you see you need
not travel far.

Healing is Love
and forgiveness,
All Are One
and
One is You,
soak up the Peace
in this revelation,
may Love reveal
the Whole of You.

Your soul aligns
with Love’s true
power,
may it flow,
aligning you,
you find comfort
in this awareness,
All That you seek
is Home with You.

Welcome Home,
Love says,
joyful,
rest your weary
body Here,
Love rejuvenates
you wholly,
Holy Love
is You,
my dear.

Soul to Soul

See with your soul.

The human story
in its great detail,
is filled with turns
and many twists,
ego often makes
it hard to see,
what is at the center
of All of This?

As human you wish
to be seen,
accepted and validated,
too,
at times your own eyes
see beliefs,
that do not reflect
the Whole of You.

See with your soul
to see Love’s Truth,
in you and others
you wish to see,
beyond the story
is your loving bond,
helping each other
unfold perfectly.

May this awareness
help you to see
beyond the stories,
so you may know –
how bright is Love’s
Light gently shining,
between you and loved ones,
soul to soul.

A Beacon of Light

Turn up your
Beacon of Light.

You may not know
who needs to see,
who may have difficulty
with belief,
you need not fix,
but shine away –
turn up your
Beacon of Light.

Another’s path is theirs
to walk,
but alone they need
not be,
All are One in the
Light of Love –
turn up your
Beacon of Light.

Intersections of Love
are purposeful,
learning ensues on
many levels,
surrender, release,
Love knows what
to do –
return and Be
a Beacon of Light.

Is there not Grace always
Here for you,
Love’s Light helps you
to see this Truth,
Love walks with you
every step you take,
Love shines forever through
your Beacon of Light!

A Gracious Allowance

Be gentle with your self,
find Love’s sweet spot
that dwells in you,
ego is loud and loves
to drown out
your peaceful center
that knows your Truth.

Ego wants you to
stay small,
but your magnificence
cannot be hid,
Love is your Reality –
Here and Now,
ego may not want you
to see This.

Be gracious and grateful
for Who You Are,
with Grace,
acceptance is a
healing balm,
relax, return to
Love’s open arms,
in this release,
is there not Peace
and calm?

Be loving with your self
and feel Love’s ripples
flow from you,
in This allowance
is where Peace resides,
Here is Home,
in This Truth
of You!

A Sweet Release

What is release?

Give Gratitude
to the body for
what it brings,
are these not insights
into what may
trigger or ping?

You need not figure
it all out,
or find the root
it is about,
here is where Love
helps transform
as Love’s release.

Yes, the body has
a presence you need
not deny,
in this lifetime
this relationship
brings you insights.

Dig down deeper
to your core,
what are the beliefs
you need no more,
hand over to Love
what you,
with Love,
gently release.

You have intention,
but set expectation
to the side,
the world of cause
and effect can be
a bumpy ride.

With your soul guiding
you through,
with angels,
guides always
with you,
receiving,
knowing Love
is Peace,
this sweet release!
