Be Love today.

Be a breath of
fresh air,
infuse a room
with Light,
give a boost,
be there,
when someone
needs you to
Be.

Instead of waiting
to receive,
what do you have
to give –
can you make a
Circle of Love
that begins with You,
can you release Love
and let it go
where it may,
will Love not always
come back to you?

Be Love today.
It need not be
complicated
or fully thought out –
a kind gesture,
a warm smile,
can go a long way,
surprise yourself,
surprise another,
bring Love into
work or play,
you may be surprised
at the magic
that brightens
your day.

Even in the “doing”
of a day with
a list,
can you add
at the top –
Be Love Today?

And do not forget you
with your infusions
of Love –
pat yourself,
give you a hug,
tell yourself
I Love You –
see the smile,
feel the warmth,
as you are enveloped
with Light,
shine it now
for All to see –
for a minute
or for a day.

Love Is healing.
Love Is precious.
Love Is powerful.
Love Is You.
Take a chance.
Take a moment.
Be Love
today.

Respect Love

Respect Love.

Is not the simplest way
to respect Love,
to simply Be Love?

As You Are Love,
is not being present
with another
in the Presence
of Love
a way,
a space,
of reverence,
of honoring,
of respecting,
is not the simple
act of listening
a way to respect Love?

And as you look into
another’s eyes,
are you not able
to see the Love
that resides in All –
and from your
space of Love,
is it not easy
to honor,
to respect Love?

As it is Love
that connects
you All,
there may be times
when it is hard
to see,
but does not searching
for each Light’s Love
open your heart wider,
so you may be
a beacon,
a spotlight,
exclaiming,
“Here is Love!”
as you shine your
Light,
as you respect Love?

May you honor,
may you acknowledge,
each Light of Love.
Are you not all beams
of a Greater Light?

Do you not grow in Love
when you can see
All Lights –
with reverence,
with respect,
in the
Presence of Love.

“Face the music.”

Is this not a phrase
to confront
head on
what may be
uncomfortable,
is it not human
to repress,
to suppress
confrontation
face to face,
or experiences
that may feel
less than loving –
when you feel a pit
in your stomach,
is not this
uncomfortableness,
a perfect gauge
for ego-driven scripts
that play out in this
School of Life?

Before wading into waters
deep,
with defensiveness
to back you up,
instead of charging in
with armor on,
might you see
if opening up to You,
when facing the music,
might you feel it, too –
what may happen
if a love song
is playing softly
within your heart,
does not any experience
change its tune
when Love is in the
music
that you sing along to?

There will be prickly exchanges
in this Play of Life,
there will be scenes
that do not feel good –
is that not how
you find your way,
as you listen with
your heart
to the soft harmonic notes
of the Song of Love?

Is there no need to face the music
when You Are a Chorus of Love,
do you not change the energy
when you sing your Love Song –
what feels right within
your heart,
might another sing along,
when you invite each other in
to hear the Music of Love?

Be the music
that begins
in your heart.
Sing out
your Song
of Love.

A State of Love

Does not all healing happen
from the inside out?

Does not a scrape
or cut you have
begin to heal
beneath the skin –
is it not the outer layer,
visible to your eye,
that closes,
that heals last?

And might there be hurt,
pain you cannot see,
that lies beneath the surface –
does not your body,
your emotions,
give you clues
or hints,
that there may be
something
that has come up
to heal?

And though your body
may be appear to be dense,
holding on to what
it has experienced,
can you visualize your body
like a sieve,
taking in what it needs,
releasing what no longer
serves –
as you breathe,
as you are spirit
and so much more
than what you see,
are you not constantly
rejuvenating
with the Vibration of Love –
might healing happen
even though
you may not see
the outer scrape or cut
that is asking
for Love?

And with each breath
of this powerful Life Force,
are you not You
as you breathe in,
are you not You
as you breathe out,
no-thing needs to be stuck,
you need not keep
what is not Love –
can you let go
of what does not vibrate
with the healing
Power of Love?

Healing need not mean,
there is something broken,
something wrong –
is not healing when you
are clear
and back to your original
State of Love?
Your body is a barometer,
to let you know
when maintenance
is due –
but as you clear
out the layers,
you are still
always You.

Take in.
Let go.
Stay in the
Flow of Love.

Love Knows.
Love Heals.
Love Is All.
Love Is You.

Witness Love

Observe.
Notice.
Look around.

Do you not have
many perspectives
that you can take
as you witness life,
as you relate to
what particular role
you focus on
at any time?

As you are a
sister,
brother,
parent,
child,
partner,
spouse,
friend –
do you still
not see all
of these roles
from the perspective
of You?

And as birthdays
come and go
no matter how
you perceive age,
are you still not You
at your core,
complete and Whole,
when you remember
that Peace and Love
are always within
the heart of You?

And as you experience
these many roles,
as you multi-task
throughout your life,
are you not also
multi-dimensional
in your Be-ing –
as you are human,
but eternally a soul,
can you shift your perspective
to help you perceive,
observe,
notice,
look around
from the perspective of You –
who is the Essence of Love,
when you wish to
know Gratitude
and experience Peace?

When what is external
is not in your control,
when you ask yourself,
“what can I do?”,
can you move into
your heart,
are You not always There –
does not the question become,
“what can I Be?” –
and is not the answer,
always Love?

Observe.
Notice.
Look around.
Can you witness from
the perspective of Love?
May Love bring into focus
what you already Know –
that You Are Love.

What do your patterns
teach you?

In this world of duality
where cause and effect,
action and reaction,
may make you stretch,
struggle,
grow,
does your soul
not also expand,
as you try out new ways
to choose,
to see,
to break free
from patterns
that have put blinders
upon your human eyes?

Is it not when you
let go
of what “should” happen,
based upon the past
or the future expected,
then might you trust
your intuition,
the language of your
benevolent soul,
who is always with you,
cheering you on,
lending a hand,
to help you up
when you are ready
to stand,
ready to fly?

And with the non-judgmental
eyes
of Who You Are,
can you see that your patterns
have brought you to
this moment now,
every scrape,
every bruise
that you can lovingly
tend to,
with an expanding heart
that continues to get
stronger,
for hearts do not stay broken,
even when battered,
do they not get stronger
when healing comes –
when you open your heart
to the Love That You Are?

Can you send Gratitude
to your patterns,
your story,
your path
that you walk upon?
You Are Here –
but alone you do
not travel –
your soul,
your loved ones,
your guides,
and angels
are always with You,
whatever the labels
that your story prefers.

There is Love and support –
you are never separate
from the Love that beats
within the Heart of You.
You are always
connected
to Love.

Let your beautiful heart
remind you now –
that You Are Love.

Love Reigns

Love reigns.

When caught up
in the turmoil
of who is right
or who is wrong,
when comparisons are made
or judgements rule,
when fully human,
wondering this or that –
can you not see
the Light
come peeking through?
Love reigns.

As life is a pendulum
to show you movement
from here to there,
how does any experience
feel to you?
If there is not enough
Light
to see the way here,
might you explore
and check in on
how you feel there –
when you check in
with your heart,
where does Peace reside?
Love reigns.

There is learning,
there is growth
when you are open
to see,
what rumbles beneath
the surface,
what comes up
to breathe,
does your Light
not invite opportunities
for you to shine
on what is there –
what may be looking
for Love,
what wants to see
if Love cares,
but Love does not
work on conditions,
is it not always there?
No matter the circumstances,
Love reigns.

What do you do
with this Love?
This same Love flows
within all of You,
there are choices,
there are experiences,
when you may ask,
“where is the Love?”
But does not this
question
mean that you will
look again –
and in that searching
with your Light
turned on –
there It Is!
There is Love.
Yes, Love reigns.

Shine your Light
on corners dark.
When you look
it is Love
that you will find.
There is no winner,
there is no loser
as Love simply Is.
Love reigns.
Love Is.
Love.

Fully Love

As you are grounded
in mother earth,
your roots grow deep,
surrounding,
holding on
to rocks and dirt,
do you not sense
the history of
ancestral lines,
experiencing life,
connected by these
roots so strong –
is there not Strength
that rises up
from the very dirt
they walked upon?

And like the tree
that rises up,
as you look above
and feel yourself there –
beyond the stars and moon
that you see,
beyond the bright blue sky
and shining sun,
do you not sense the presence
of familial ties
connected by
the Power of Love?

Is your heart not
a bridge,
much like the strong
trunk of a tree,
an intersection
between ground and sky
and do not the branches
of this “family tree”
spread out and encompass
so much more?

As you are part
of the Family of Love,
are you not connected
to All That Is,
from the ground
you walk upon,
to the air that you breathe,
from each tree that sways
in the unseen wind,
to the energy
that breathes you
with Love you cannot see,
but feel within
your very Be-ing,
do you get a sense
of the Love That You Are –
part Here,
part There,
and fully Love?

Be Strength
as an intersection
of Love.
Be Courage
as you walk
upon the earth.
Be Love
as You Are part
of All That Is.

Wholly.
Holy.
Love.

Expressing Love

There are many ways
to express yourself –
by your words,
with what you wear,
what do you surround
yourself with –
what do you create
in your life
that reflects the
uniqueness of You?

And as you express
outwardly,
do you not also
soak up,
receive,
what might be new,
what feels familiar,
what resonates within
your soul?

And is there not
a constant dance,
as you evolve
both inside
and out –
are there not times
when one aspect of you
is catching up to
Where You Are,
is it not difficult
at times
to express the You
that you are
beginning to Know?

And do you not seek
to feel the flow,
to be in sync
with Who You Are –
as you step into
your authentic self,
does it not feel so familiar
and yet so new?

Might you feel
the urge
to express yourself
in a different way,
discarding what
no longer fits,
you may strip away layers
that once let you hide,
but as you are seeing
and loving You –
are you not ready
to shine your Light?

As You Are an expression
of All That Is,
as you turn up the Light
within your soul,
you may not recognize
yourself,
when you first glance
in the mirror,
but when you see
the Light of Love
in your eyes –
is that not when
you see yourself
as Who You Are –
and with Love,
welcome your-self
Home?

Express the Love
That You Are.
Love Is authentic.
Love Is amazing.
Love Is You.

A Quilt of Love

Love it all.

Being human can be like
a rollercoaster ride,
with emotions that are felt,
sometimes up
and sometimes down,
at times intense,
sometimes you are numb,
you may feel Joy
or deep regret –
what a spectrum
of experiences
that can vary
in a day,
in a life –
Love it all.

You wish to understand
as you travel upon
this Journey,
searching for meaning,
to know why
did you do this
or they do that –
have not all of
your experiences
brought you to
where you are
right now –
Love it all.

You are unique
as you are human,
with experiences
just for you,
but when you look
a bit more closely,
do not others
feel this, too –
can all not learn
from what is different,
makes you take notice,
then do you not find –
at your core,
do not all seek Love
and in the looking –
Love it all.

You weave a tapestry
of color,
but are you not part
of a bigger quilt,
each section tells
a story,
are you not a beautiful
part of the Whole?
Is there not comfort
in the Knowing
that this quilt
is made from Love –
Love is what connects you,
it is what holds you
all together –
Love it all.

What you see
in another
is a reminder
they are You –
can you open
up your heart,
to Love them
and Love you, too –
you can change,
you can remain,
but there is healing
when you see,
all of your experiences
bring you to You,
so you can
Love it all.

You Are Precious.
You Are Loved,
wrapped in the
Quilt of Love.
See the Love
in Who You Are –
Love it All.
