When you feel turmoil
churning inside,
is there not a lesson
waiting for you,
you can use it
to feel more separate
or you can dive deeper
to a greater truth,
the world is made up of
many divisions,
that beliefs have
separated you into,
can you find common ground,
even if it is only the sound,
that comes from
the beating heart
of all of you?

You may strive
to be right
or to “win”,
when there is a
push and pull
of what you believe in,
communication can be
so loud,
when it is shouted
from a crowd,
might one on one
be a place to
begin?

Can you listen to another’s
worries and fears,
that may be fueling
reactions and tears,
you may not agree
on a solution,
but is not listening
a beginning,
to honoring a
perspective that
each of you have
here on earth?

And when you are listening,
lend an ear to you –
as you listen to
what fear might
“make” you do,
what is there for
you to resolve,
what comes up
to help you evolve,
to find Love
where you think
there is no Love
at all?

Let Love guide
your heart,
listening with Love
is a start,
many stories are
to help you,
find the Love
deep inside of you,
begin with you,
shining Light
where it is dark.

As you light up
the Truth,
that You Are Love
and Love Is You,
Love You,
Love your neighbor,
You Are Them
and They Are You,
Let Love bring You
together,
All In Love.

Unite With Love

Unite with Love.

You look at differences,
do they not divide you,
do not dividing forces
set you up,
if you focus
on the division,
does it not get harder
to shout across?
Can you see each other
as fellow souls,
playing out a grand story
for you to find,
what unites
instead of divides you –
can you see
if you can
Unite with Love?

When the differences
are not the focus,
might you see
each other’s humanity –
all have fears
that set emotions spinning,
yes, earth school
is tough to sometimes
be.

When you add a
lightning rod
that draws in what is
boiling,
under the surface
to be healed,
do not get distracted
with these outer forces
that are simply reflecting
what many may feel –
is this not a perfect
opportunity,
to see what lies beneath
an exterior show,
can you look deeper
and change the focus,
to see how you
can Unite with Love?

When fear is the guiding
force,
when you find your back
up against the wall,
your human side goes
into surviving,
pushing, kicking,
to stay afloat,
can you look beneath
the surface
and not react
to the story told,
ask a different question,
not one that is scripted,
can you look with Love
beyond the story
that unfolds?

There are stories
that will divide you,
but can you share
in the Story of Love –
beyond belief
there is a loving place
you can go to –
meet another there
to Unite with Love.

Say hello.

A simple greeting,
a nod of the head,
a smile to acknowledge
you see someone there,
does not “hello”
open a door,
if even a crack,
to then say more,
might you build small bridges
throughout the day,
and not close off
what there might be
to say –
hello.

And you may greet
a long-lost friend,
someone out of touch
that you wish to connect with
again,
might “hello” open up
the door to then
light up connections
that have since gone
dim –
hello may seem to be
a very small
yet often-used word,
and in any language,
is it not spoken
around the world –
hello.

Say hello,
open up,
might dialog,
conversation,
acknowledgment
of another’s view,
all begin
beyond a greeting,
that says,
yes, I see you –
you need not stay
to carry on,
but “hello” acknowledges
you both belong,
in this space
you All are here,
together on earth,
forever through Love –
you may not feel it,
or even know it,
but look up,
open the door,
and from your heart,
say hello.

Rising

Love rises up.

When you review,
when you look back
on situations,
circumstance,
or experiences
that feel “less than”,
might you look
with loving eyes,
to see that
Love rises up?

Is Love not always
underneath,
even if you did not
choose it,
Love is always
possibility –
no matter the
time and space
you look at,
might you look back
in your mind
and with your loving heart
embrace it,
surrounding
All with Love,
Love rises up.

And with this loving
heart
and loving eyes
with no judgement,
is it not now
easy to find Love,
even when you thought
you could not see it,
Love is always here,
for you to heal
past or present –
You Are always One
with All That Is Love.
Love Is present,
Love Is now –
Love rises up.

Let Love rise up
at any time
with All you see.
Send Love now,
Be Love – how?
You Are Love –
rise up.

Peace and Love

On any day
with so much thinking,
might you focus
on the breath,
when you can be
in the present moment,
there is no need
to suppress
or forget –
the stories
and their details
are part of life
here on earth,
but might your soul
remind you Peace
is always present
before and after
your birth.

The Peace that surpasses
all understanding,
you love this phrase
and what does it mean –
you need not know
the “why”,
in any situation,
you may not make sense
of many things,
does Peace not help you
strip off layers,
to find the Truth
that is at your core,
with Love
do you not find Peace,
with Peace,
do you not sense Love
even more?

Peace and Love,
Love and Peace,
it matters not
the order you
put these in –
they are a tonic
for any discomfort,
or any imbalance
you feel within,
let Peace and Love
be a balm
that heals the
human side of You,
but remember,
always and forever,
Peace and Love
Are always You.

Reach out.
Connect.
Love.

Be there
for another,
really there,
face to face
or ear to ear –
can you sit
and really hear
what another
has to say,
you need not fix
or tidy up
what is shared
on any day,
with compassion,
an open heart,
do you not All
wish to be heard.
Listen.
Reach out.
Connect.
Love.

There are some
who wish to leave,
while others may
long to go,
you may not be
a part of the plan,
it is not yours to
say what is so,
but at any given
moment,
there are times
that make life tough,
is this not so Love
may smooth a road
that has become rocky
and very rough?

No matter the road
you are on,
even if you prefer
to be alone –
are there not times
when you may be
on either side
of the coin?
For you,
for another,
you are connected
through it All.
Remember.
Listen.
Reach out
and connect
with Love.

Reset With Love

Readjust.
Realign.
Recalibrate.

How do you
find balance,
when one side of
you
is thrown off its
center,
does not your natural
inertia,
draw all sides
back into You
and even as you
move forward,
might not experience
feel like change,
even as you remember,
are you not programmed
to create?

Your human side,
as well your soul,
knows there has been
and will be shifting,
do shifts not
afford you,
the opportunities
to adjust,
and while you may
need time for
the adjustment,
might you not see
or experience
something new,
for as you realign
to your center,
might it not bring
new awareness
back to You?

Take time when
realignment,
when shifts help you
to recalibrate,
if things look or
feel different,
might it feel like
a new you
a shift helped create –
no matter what you think
has changed,
at your core
you are always You,
return to your center,
to the Love that
always breathes You.

Readjust.
Realign.
Recalibrate
to reset
with Love.

With Love,
find your balance.
With Awareness,
know You Are Love.

The Grace of Love

When stories clash,
when tempers flare,
when to the surface
old wounds appear,
are these not opportunities
to take advantage of,
to receive the Grace
of healing Love?

And with that Grace
can you not imbue,
the Strength and Courage
that makes up You,
with no strings
can you surrender to
the healing balm,
that you can spread, too –
with Humility,
opening to Gratitude,
might you behold
the healing Power of Love?

Might you ask
to set drama aside,
though it appears
so you can see another
side,
what do you need
to create a healing space –
yes, healing comes
with Love’s tender
loving Grace.

Let Love show you,
let Love guide you,
then let Love
be beside you.
Love soothes.
Love heals.
Love smooths
what is rough
to feel.

Breathe it in,
send it out.
Let Love Be
within and without.
With Grace,
can you give and receive,
letting Love show you
how to Be.
The healing balm
of Love
knows what to do,
when you release
and let Love heal You.

With Strength and Courage,
with Humility,
with Grace,
Love Is you,
Love Is me,
Love Is Everywhere,
Love Is We.
Spread it out
to everyone –
the Power of Love
is its Healing Balm.

The Colors of Love

The bright blue sky
is big enough
for the sun,
as well as for
the clouds
that fill up,
so that rain
can come falling down,
is there not a cycle
to releasing
what builds up
to then let go,
are not drops of rain,
part of the cycle, too,
and when the sun
comes out,
might a rainbow
link the two?

The bright blue sky
is always there
behind the clouds,
and when nighttime
comes,
is sky not a palette
for the stars?

Is not the space
you call a sky
always there
through day or night,
much like You,
your Soul,
your Essence,
always You
in the dark or Light –
can you not fill
your sky
with the brightest
of Lights,
even as sometimes
there are clouds,
that filter the Light,
but is not the sky
so beautiful
before and after
a storm,
when the air is crisp
and clear,
when sometimes a
rainbow forms?

Are not the colors
of a rainbow
always there,
even if you cannot see,
does it not sometimes
take rain
to bring them out,
to see all of their
beauty,
as Love is your essence,
are not these colors
always within You –
as you know Light
as you know rain,
does not Love know
what to do –
move with the cycles
that beat with the
Rhythm of Life.
You Are sun.
You Are the stars.
You Are morning,
You Are night.

The bright beautiful
Sky of Love
is the canvas
for You to Be.
Be Light.
Be Love.
Be every color.
Be Free.

Winds of Love

In the world of duality,
you may forget,
indeed not see,
“you” may see this,
“they” may see that,
do not emotions flow
from any spat,
when there is friction,
can you look beyond
the story –
where there is no “right”
or “wrong”,
beneath the story
is where Love prevails,
how do you get the
wind back into
your sails?

Might you need to
turn your boat,
adjust your course,
to see where the
Flow of Love
can lift you up,
your body lets you know
what feels good,
what does not feel
right,
let the Winds of Love
show you the way,
might you ask Love
to show you
the best course to sail
each and every day?

There are times when
the seas
are too rough to sail,
you may need patience,
waiting for Winds of Love
to prevail,
but even when you float,
is there not a Current of Love
that holds you up,
are you not always connected
to the Flow of Love?

When you lose track,
when you get off course,
the Winds of Love
always have your back,
adjust,
refine,
tune in –
set your course
for Love.
Sail on,
riding with the
Winds of Love.
