Be Love’s flow
so another can feel
their inherent goodness
that is heaven-sent.
Be Love’s message,
let It speak through
you,
this is the bond
that connects you
All,
what you give freely
may you then receive –
listen with your heart,

in the Collective,
meet your sisters
and brothers Here,
Be-ing of service,
sharing your heart
is all Love asks
of you my dear.
Each journey traveled
is a miracle,
each hug is a sharing
of eternal Truth –
we walk together,
souls Here as human,
we so rejoice when
you say, “I see you!”
Walk your path on
your unique journey,
but know you never
walk alone,
collectively Here is a
greater purpose –

Love connects your soul

and those not passed.
Your souls are One
within Love’s purpose,
this may play out in
roles on earth,
but many dimensions
do you not travel,
beyond perceived endings,
before your birth.
Souls dancing together
is a Joy as They know
This One amazing Truth –
as you Love another
do you not find
a thousand ways
to Love You!

what does it say,
tender moments bring
you to tears,
might you experience
a tender day.
Rejoice as spring
begins new life,
hear song of bird that
in winter you missed,
may you sense hope
of a new day dawning,
turn your face to sun
for its warming kiss.
Enjoy family, friends
or time alone,
surrounded by Love –
alone you cannot be,
Love is in every
precious breath,
may your day unfold
so tenderly!

authentic voice,
if it is shaky,
take a breath,
allow your soul –
spirit to come through,
this is not performance,
there is no test.
Speaking as Love
is effortless,
release any expectation

your soulful breath
will lift Love’s message
that swirls and falls

Speak from your heart
for what you believe,
asking for guidance
from All above,
may your True Voice
join in with others
to harmonize

in the world,
you have lived through
many chapters dear,
no one lives in isolation,
the effect of one has
many ripples here.
You may think the world
is a heartless place,
but it is your heart
that is needed now,
may the hearts of many
connect with each other
to build compassion in the
world somehow.
Humanity is a living
entity
that has its own
collective heart,
all that is asked of you
in any moment
is to share Love and
Be Who You Are.
Rise up to any forces
that seek to silence
All Hearts that beat
as One,
One Voice,
One Heart that knows
This Truth,
shares the rhythm
beating as
One Love!

with other Lights

there may be despair
in a world of form,
but your Heart of Love
is a safe place to Be.
Your heart sustains you
when roads are rocky –
with compassion, kindness
and empathy,

struggle,
but tenderness is what
the world so needs.
You Are This Love,
no-thing can take
this,
This is your power,
your Truth,
your Light,
rest Here surrounded
by Love,
so cherished –
then share This Love

You are a kaleidoscope
of color,
so many layers
make up you,
honor all paths that
you have travelled,
hug yourself –
believe in you.
Judgment follows
in life’s footsteps,
cut this tether of
critical thought,
dance and relish in
new-found freedom,
see you wondrous –
believe in you.
Life is full of
imperfection,
how else can you
try things on
for size,
keep what delights
and satisfies,
amazing human –
believe in you.
See your self in
one another,
All working hard
to stay afloat,
Love is the ocean,
buoyant, supportive,
always and forever,
Love believes

shine your Light,
believe that Love knows
where to go,
are you not mending
Humanity’s Web,
helping to reinforce
any rip or hole.
There may be sides
in the human story,
life in the world is
either this or that,
but heart-based Lights
are always connected,
beyond beliefs that
do not always last.
Ego scans for fear
and loves to fight,
yes you as human
will stand for belief,
but You as soul know
a bigger picture,
surrounding All with
Love eternally.

another,
sisters, brothers,
neighbors, friends,
ego whispers thoughts
of separation,
Love says let us take
each other’s hand.
Beliefs are not as
solid as they seem,
might you find bits
of common ground,
everyone has struggles and
wishes to feel safe,
may connection help to
soothe this now.
May hearts find ways
to come together,
letting go of trying to
change minds,
begin to build new
paradigms of Be-ing,
hearts together know
how to shine!
