Gently set aside
what you no longer 
need,
unwind, let go
of what you are
ready to release.
Upon this day,
you may have 
intentions set,
why not 
be brave and 
willing to forget?

Be comfortable
trying on the unknown,
there is great wonder
in saying, I don’t know.
Do not your guides,
sweet angels,
walk with you today,
may you allow each 
moment to unfold 
in its own way?

May your path 
be lined
with Light,
with Love,
your heart is the bridge
to All you seek,
above,
you are gently birthed 
in each moment, Here,
may you know 
how sacred
and Loved 
You Are, my dear!

Might you sense it
in the trees,
that sway softly 
in the breeze,
is there not more 
than you can see,
surrounding you 
so gently?

We Are You,
yes, You Are Us,
your angels, 
guides and loved ones
too,
these connections
are as real,
as the sacred breath 
that breathes you.

Love is Eternal,
what does this mean –
eternity exists beyond
time,
there is no place that 
you are not,
You Are Everywhere
with All Divine.

May your heart,
with Love,
be full,
may you sense 
Love’s comfort Here,
beyond skies of blue,
yet as close as breath,
Dear One,
as Love,
You Are Everywhere.

Does not a song 
last forever,
as notes are played 
or even hummed,
do you not bring 
it back to life,
when you are inspired 
to sing along.

As music resides 
within your heart,
with its vibration a 
part of you,
is it not surprising 
that a song,
is often how loved ones
communicate with you.

So flow with Love’s 
Eternal Song,
sing along and know 
this magical Truth,
lose yourself  in the 
vibration of music,
and find All you Love
singing with you.

As energy is never-ending,
may you resonate 
with song,
open your heart to 
Love’s vibration,
loved ones rejoice 
and sing along!

Comfort and Kindness

Find comfort in the 
familiar,
but try something new
today,
as created,
You Are creator,
what once was work 
might you turn
into play?

What might you do 
to make you smile,
and do not others
light up with this,
love and laughter 
are contagious,
All souls respond 
to light-heartedness.

Pamper yourself,
treat you with care,
are you then not 
better able to give,
comfort and kindness 
are Universal,
beginning with you,
what might you 
forgive?

Find comfort with you
today,
Be at Home wherever 
you may be,
You Are a Be-ing 
of Love and blessings,
share All of This,
and as Love,
Be free!

An Infinite Embrace

Be lifted in Love’s Light,
Love reflects in 
All you see,
as you share what 
you create,
does Love not expand 
exponentially?

Be Love’s mirror in 
another’s eyes,
so all may see this 
loving Truth,
you may see separate 
beings here,
but as One Love,
you are seeing 
You.

Visualize your arms 
as infinite,
holding All of you
in this loving embrace,
may your heart grow 
three sizes as Love
is the gift you share 
with All, today!

Kindness

expression
of Love’s
unconditional 
flow.

Let go of your worldly 
conditions,
sharing This Love 
that you know.

Leave your judgments
on the bank,
step into Love’s 
river that never 
runs dry.

Kindness is an 
act of compassion,
not needing to ask
how or why.

Be Love’s bridge
as you connect
with your brother 
or sister today.

Your heart knows 
the language of 
kindness,
allow your heart 
to show you 
the way.

Kindness is the 
expression

your lighthouse

as Love,
Here is Light.

Familiar darkness
may remind you,
of your search 
in moments past,
may you know 
in any moment – 
as Love,
Here is Light.

Extend what you 
wish to receive,
and as you share 
with fellow Lights,
every One is looking 
for This – 
as All Are Love,
Here is Light.

With skies of gray 
or sunshine beaming,
may you walk 
with Love as You,
with a grateful heart
that knows This Truth –

A Sprinkle of Wonder

The world may distract 
you,
seasonal events come 
and go,
at times your mind 
is full of detail,
seemingly disrupting 
your Love’s flow.

My dear,
there is no-thing
that can prevent 
This Love to flow 
through you,
why not add the 
wonder of Love 
to every list,
in all you do?

In this world Love 
can be do-ing,
even as Be-ing may 
bring you Peace,
Be Love in this 
experience,
and let all judgment
be released.

Add Love to every 
task or detail 
you are attending 
to,
even when the mind 
is distracted,
Love flows through 
the Whole of You.

Let your heart guide 
and remind you,
all experiences flow
through You,
with your soul 
in joyful expression,
sprinkle Love
