beyond,
fully grounded,
centered, Here,
your human self
may feel the heat
from what is burning
so it may clear.

Through it all your
Light is needed,
shine it on yourself
with Love,
your Eternal Spark
may help another,
may This Exchange
fill you all up.

See each other as
brothers and sisters,
you may not agree on
life beliefs,
return to your heart
so tender,
help each other with
what you need.

May your Eyes of Love
envision
what you wish to see
in life,
Be This Now as
your heart beats
its rhythm of Love,
of Hope,
of Light!

Take care and
nurture you.

What comes to mind
when you hear this,
is it possible,
is it true?
Do you slough it off
or roll your eyes
at caring and
nurturing you?

Let your soul guide
what you need,
your mind need not
figure it all out,
a pause to look at
nature’s magic is
taking care and
nurturing you.

Tune into your heart’s
sweet rhythms,
refrain from pushing
to get somewhere,
Here is All you need to
notice how to care
and nurture you.

Caring is your heart
receiving,
nurture is unconditional
Love,
mix these two together
and ask your soul
to care and nurture
you.

Say yes to loving-kindness
that Love always
has for you,
may you exhale in
mindful moments
as you take care
and nurture you!

Is not your heart
a bridge,
to those you hold
dear,
with emotion,
with Love,
do you not draw
them near,
there is truly
no separation,
though in your life
you sense this
loss,
might you build
a bridge
with your loving heart,
letting love lead
you across?

With Love you are
always connected,
yet your five senses
may question this,
life around you looks
oh so different,
and there is so much
that you miss –
but your heart
knows the Love
story,
that has no beginning
and thus no end –
is it not Love
that draws you close,
and with Love
do you not meet
again?

Love is the bridge
that connects your
precious ones
to you,
there is no need
to cross any chasm,
that you think may
separate you,
you are always together,
feel with your heart
that this is True,
through emotion
and with Love,
are they not One
with You?

Once you are aware
of this Forever Bridge,
do you not delight
to see –
the bridge is always
in your heart,
together, yes,
you will always
Be.

Every Thread

Allow your present
to heal your past,
what comes up
currently for you?

You need not dive
back into story,
what you still believe
will trickle through.

As your Presence
grows and expands,
you bump into parts
that may feel strange.

Observe, reflect –
hold close and Love,
these roughed up parts
ignite your change.

Your Present Peace
says do not hurry,
you need not run,
you need not hide.

With heart and eyes
now fully open,
you see where to
direct your Light.

Love fully exists in
This Now Moment,
Be Peace with echoes
of your life.

Your stories weave
your life experience
and every thread
is Love, Divine!

By Your Side

by your side.

Do what you need
when it feels right,
take care of your vessel
that Love breathes,
take a break,
take a rest,
whatever you do,
it is your best –
and Love is always Here
by your side.

Do a lot or a little,
each day’s different,
do not compare yourself
to others,
or yourself,
whether up high or
way down low,
be it fast or
take it slow –
yes Love is always Here
by your side.

Life is full of surprises
that make your head spin,
to try to figure it out
is a lost cause,
let go of control,
let life now flow –
knowing Love is always Here
by your side.

through it All.

Honor your body as
Love breathes You,
observe emotions as
you take a break.

Experience All that
life sends your way,
anchoring with innate

release the pressure
as you breathe.

come a-knockin’,
this is a time for
sweet release.

Give your self
a pat on the back,
roads vary widely –

This Life of You.

Wrap your self
inside this blanket,
loved ones and angels
gather close.

Breathe in and sense
your power,
your soul rejoices
as Love it knows.

This is a time of
collective healing,

any corner dark.

dear precious child,

the Love You Are!

are not your brothers
and sisters here?
You need not an invite
to join this party,
your souls are connected
in This Everywhere.

Life is a potluck
of varied flavors,
you may have preferences
or a favorite dish,
but no matter what
you bring to the table,
is not Love at the top
of Everyone’s list?

Share your recipes
as you honor life’s
uniqueness,
see each other in
this colorful palette
of Life,
may Love be in everything
you bring to the table,
see the Whole of You
reflected in each other’s
Light!

Love’s Glow

A beam of Light
finds its way
through a window –
it may be Sun,
it may be Moon,
it matters not
what lights a room,
when there is One,
are there not more,
can Light not open
any door?

And cannot One
Beam of Light,
brighten up the
darkest sky,
when Light refracts,
do you not see,
all of the colors
that Light can be –
you may choose your
color,
but do you not know,
it is All colors combined,
that make Light’s glow?

You Are the beam,
You Are the sun,
You Are every color
that makes up One
bright shining Light
that is Love’s glow
and in your heart,
yes, this you know.

So shine on,
fellow Lights,
shine your Beam
of Love,
with your starlight,
a Beam of Light
always finds its way,
shine your loving Light,
Be Love today.
