the Joy of it,
do no-thing for
This Joy too,
Love flows freely
with no strings,
you need not do
to Be This Truth.
Your mind analyzes
all the time,
might you shift more
to your heart,
yes use mind to
work out details,
but soul as Witness
knows Who You Are.
You wish to do the
best you can,
but You as Joy is
your Essence true,
may Be-ingness give
your mind a rest –
behold This Joy
bubbling up in you!

There are myriad things
to do in life,
and a thousand reasons
to,
check in with your
intention –
and do all with Love.
Life stories can be
complicated,
plot lines and twists
at every turn,
distill reasons down
to their essence –
and do all with Love.
Be aware of expectation
or needing an outcome
to prove worth,
Love simply asks you
to Be You –
doing life,
with Love.
Draw from Love’s Fountain
that bubbles up
when you release the
need to change,
as the next thing
comes up in life –
simply do it
with Love!

in your life,
decisions are constant on
the human path,
you worry and ponder
the ramifications –
choose Love and
so it is.
A choice need not
be right or wrong,
it may be a new direction
to try out,
more forks in the road
will rise to meet you –
choose Love and
so it is.
Along the way
stop and smell
the roses,
Be Aware of each
step you take,
Love chooses you
in every moment –
Be Love and
so it is.

the parts of you,
your separateness has
many experiences
that your Wholeness
is witness to.
Separate parts can
be so critical,
comparisons are a
way of life,
trust your Soul
to see the Whole
of You with
unconditional
Loving Eyes.
May Love knit together
all parts of you
that were never
on their own,
you are held in this
Tapestry of Love,
always Beloved –
You Are Home!

This need not be
a formal task,
it may be a smile
shared,
seeing another who
may feel alone –
Be of service,
Be You Love.
Ask for these
experiences,
it matters not the
big or small,
connection is what
life is all about –
Be of service,
Be You Love.
And when you need
a little break,
time to breathe and
to reflect,
self-care is a healing
balm –
receive Love’s service,
You Be-ing Love!

are All you Love,
you do not walk
this path alone,
in life the past and
future beckon,
but in This Present –
You Are Home.
The fog of grief can
feel so heavy,
regret is judgment of
what is past,
as human you look
for hope and Light,
dear one, within is
All of This.
Return to heart,
expand with Love,
as human yes grief
will accompany you,
but You as Soul are
always connected
to All you Love and
who so Love you!

are egoic emotions
that run amok,
as human you fight
for your survival,

You Are a gem
evolving,
and so very Loved
throughout your life,
take care of you
with tenderness,
Be You authentic –
shining your Light!

often chaotic,

Relationships can be
amazing teachers,
though sometimes you
wish to hit pause,
you may be surprised

Fill up your tank
for you and others,
are not All of You
sharing experience
here,
healing begins with
compassion and kindness –
shower with This
your self today.
Set your judgements
to the side,
may expectation take
an overdue break,
behold This You,
beloved and honored –
you are showered dear
with Love always!
