Let Spirit be 
your Voice.

When you speak 
from your heart,
when you set ego 
to the side,
your soul rises 
to the occasion –
you let Spirit 
be your Voice.

You are always 
integrated,
your soul is Here 
always by your 
side,
working in tandem 
is your soul’s purpose – 
why not let Spirit 
be your Voice.

You may be hesitant 
to speak your Truth,
you may not know 
always what to say,
why not expand to 
your True Nature – 
and let Spirit 
be your Voice.

It may feel different –
this flowing experience,
but This Is You
always at your core,
rejoice experiencing 
You expanded – 
You Are Spirit –
This Is your Voice!

Love’s Connection

In life you look 
for the connections,
ego wishes for 
relationship,
is this not how life 
is experienced:
you are that – 
but I am this.

Yes life brings you 
many experiences,
allowing soul to 
participate,
but do not forget
You Are part of 
Love’s vast Web –
there is no need 
to wait.

These relationships 
are infinite –
loved ones and guides
are with you now,
do not the angels 
love to help
as you work on 
figuring the details
out.

One Mind is hard 
to understand
for the ego
in this life,
imagination is how
to access This – 
You Are connected 
by your beautiful 
Light. 

Be in relationship 
with Love,
ego’s hint of separateness 
allows you this,
but your soul knows 
there is no disconnect,
Love’s Connection 
is All That Is!

the Love

When stress is 
heightened,
you are on guard,
this is the human 
way to prepare,
your best preparation 
is to Be aligned – 
relax into
the Love 
You Are.

This is not hiding
or being aloof,
All of You is 
ready to help
and support,
when you need 
all hands on deck,
relax into 
the Love 
You Are.

A sharpened mind,
intuition ready,
your knowing 
comes out when 
you need it most,
to see with eyes 
that go beyond time,
relax into 
The Love 
You Are.

It may feel 
counter-intuitive 
to ego,
but the Whole 
of You is always
Here to help,
Be empowered with 
Strength and Courage –
relax into 
The Love 
You Are!

Ego looks ahead 
to smooth a path 
based on your 
experiences past,
it’s strength in the present
is to remove you from 
danger fast.

You as soul, 
as pure Awareness
is available beyond 
all time,
you may feel split
down the middle,
do I need the ego 
or soul to be fine?

You Are an integrated 
Be-ing,
you need nothing more
to Be Whole,
shift your perspective 
to Be on-line with 
your expansiveness –
You as Soul.

This is wholly 
Who You Are,
as you see beyond 
ego’s strict beliefs,
question gently 
if some of these 
are needed –
or are they giving 
only shallow relief.

As you release 
layers of belief,
may Love wash over 
all that you see,
ego creates stories 
to bring Love to you –
dear child, 
You Are This now,
Wholly!

Your path with spirit 
is familiar,
you travel together 
beyond time,
this is not a true 
partnership –
do you not share 
One Heart,
One Mind?

Yes it is hard to 
trust the ego,
but set your sights 
on what cannot
be seen,
the Love You Are 
never can waver,
trust This Love –
know and believe.

Surrender to This 
Higher Power,
This is You 
so wide and vast,
Everything is This –
now go create anew 
and not of the past.

Be bold in any 
new beginning,
present moments 
are to be revered,
Be You fearless and 
as a child of Love – 
Love trusts in you,
my dear!

Your Nature

Listen as nature 
talks to you,
be it breeze in the trees
or waves upon the shore,
may you receive wisdom 
from dear Owl,
who reminds you
This All Is You
and more.

Realign and sync
with All of This,
Love flows in the 
rhythms of the 
earth,
release expectations 
that ego always 
looks for,
sense Love’s vibration 
that moves beyond 
all words.

You can ask Love 
what to do next,
in your Be-ingness
sense the answer clear,
move with the rhythms 
of You as Soul,
Love is your Nature,
Be One with All 
right Here!

Transformational

Love says come back
to your breath,
Here is where
You Are always safe,
life cannot say
the same thing,
but You as Spirit
always know the way.

Honor every one
of your feelings,
they flow through
creating you anew,
may your experiences
be transformative,
as you arise in
your Wholeness,
True.

Breathe in your
Strength and Courage,
may they remind
you do not walk alone,
do not angels accompany
you Everywhere,
breathe in stillness,
may you hear
Love’s Song!

and seem far away,
when much work
needs to be done,
keep relying on
each other,
Love sustains and
finds a way.

See your Self in
brothers and sisters,
no one walks a
road alone,
lift each other in
big and small ways –
Love supports and
finds a way.

Take one day
at a time,
Be present in
each moment now,
as All are conduits
from Love’s Source –
Love empowers and
finds a way.

You are not lost
in times of struggle,
walk arm in arm
with fellow souls,
your heart is linked
to All sisters and
brothers –
Love connects and
leads the way!

You need not fight
your ego or
try to talk it
into anything,
Your Awareness
is always watching,
return Here to see
what Love brings.

It is hard to change
someone’s mind
and you are no different
from everyone else,
a subtle shift is
all that is needed,
to shift perspective
and bring Love close.

You know the futility
of ego versus ego,
but You are more
than this you see,
save your energy,
be it you or another,
meet in Love’s Field –
here is Harmony!

hiccups,
disruptions are part 
of the experience 
here,
yes you wish for 
more alignment,
but life is not where 
to look dear.

Re-align to Peace 
within,
then share This with 
all you see each
day,
help and do all 
that you can,
knowing Love is also
smoothing the way.

With This openness
to be being led,
know you are always 
in Love’s flow,
thank your mind for
all its help,
then tune into your
heart, your soul!
